Abstract
本发明公开了一种防癌抗癌保健组合物及其制备方法,所述防癌抗癌保健组合物,包括下述重量份原料:葛根粉20‑40份、蒲公英粉20‑40份、菱壳粉10‑30份、白花蛇舌草粉10‑30份。本发明含有的天然营养成份对防衰老、防癌、抗癌、杀菌、消炎等具有较好效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种防癌抗癌保健组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
癌症是常见多发病,严重危害着人们的生命和身体健康,由于癌症发病的部位不同,可有各种不同的癌症,如非小细胞肺癌、胃癌、肺癌、骨癌、皮肤癌、肠癌、肝癌等。癌细胞与正常组织和细胞不同,不按正常细胞的新陈代谢规律生长,从而变得不受约束和控制,并呈无规律的迅速生长,以至可以破坏正常组织器官的结构并影响其功能。癌细胞与正常细胞相比,有结构、功能和代谢的异常,它们具有超过正常的增生能力,这种增生和机体不相协调。恶性癌细胞能向周围浸润蔓延,甚至扩散转移到其它器官,继续成倍地增长,造成对人体或生命极大的危害。
由于癌症因子与内分泌的变化,癌症患者常常会有食欲下降、味觉改变,身体内部各大营养物质的代谢机制均发生变化,随之出现体重下降和营养耗竭,而营养衰竭以至出现癌症性的恶病质是患者的根本死亡原因。另外,目前采用的各种针对癌症的治疗手段,如放疗、化疗、手术等,是对癌症患者病体的又一种考验,比如化疗,有可能引起强烈的消化道反应,使病人在化疗期内被严重的恶心、呕吐所困扰,几乎不能进食。甚至有些化疗方法会直接引起营养物质在肾脏和肠道流失,导致患者营养严重缺乏。据国外资料显示,在医院接受放疗、化疗的患者,大约有20-40%是死于严重营养不良。由此可见,癌症患者在放疗或化疗期间的营养支持是十分重要的。
食物与营养在人类癌症发生和发展中的作用一直是癌症研究的重点,特别是在癌症的预防方面,人们对合理膳食、适宜营养的作用寄予很大希望。越来越多的研究表明,人类癌症的发生尽管与遗传因素有关,但主要是由环境因素引起的,因此是可以预防的。膳食抗氧化剂对癌症的保护作用是近年来的热门话题,蔬菜和水果越来越被证明是多种癌症的保护因素,包括消化道癌(口腔、食道、胃、结肠、直肠)、呼吸系统癌(咽、喉、肺)以及与内分泌有关的癌(乳腺、胰腺)。一般认为除了其中所含的抗氧化营养素和膳食纤维外,多种非营养素生物学活性物质很可能具有重要作用。

解决的技术问题:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种防癌抗癌保健组合物及其制备方法。
技术方案:
一种防癌抗癌保健组合物,包括下述重量份原料:
葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份。
葛根,中药名。为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖,趁鲜切成厚片或小块;干燥。甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。辟瘴不染:生葛捣汁一小盏服,去热毒瓦斯也。(《圣惠方》)烦躁热渴:葛粉四两,先以水浸粟米半升,一夜漉出,拌匀,煮粥食之。(《圣惠方》)。《本草纲目》:“本草十剂云,轻可去实,麻黄、葛根之属。盖麻黄乃太阳经药,兼入肺经,肺主皮毛;葛根乃阳明经药,兼入脾经,脾主肌肉。所以二味药皆轻扬发散,而所入迥然不同也。”
蒲公英,中药名。别名黄花地丁、婆婆丁、华花郎等。菊科多年生草本植物。头状花序,种子上有白色冠毛结成的绒球,花开后随风飘到新的地方孕育新生命。其为菊科植物蒲公英、碱地蒲公英或同属数种植物的干燥全草。苦、甘,寒。主要用于疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疬,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛等。《医林纂要》:“蒲公英点能化热毒,解食毒,消肿核,疗疔毒乳痈,皆泻火安上之功。通乳汁,以形用也。固齿牙,去阳阴热也。人言一茎两花,高尺许,根下大如拳,旁有人形拱抱,捣汁酒和,治噎隔神效。吾所见皆一茎一花,亦鲜高及尺者,然以治噎膈。”
菱壳,中药名。为菱科植物菱Trapa bispinosa Roxb.或其同属植物的果皮。菱各地均有栽培。乌菱分布于长江以南。无冠菱分布于我国东北、华北、西北、华东、华中等地。格菱分布于黑龙江、吉林及华北各地。具有涩肠止泻,止血,敛疮,解毒之功效。入药部位:果皮。性味:味涩,性平。归经:归肺、脾、大肠经。功效:涩肠止泻,止血,敛疮,解毒。
白花蛇舌草(学名:Hedyotis diffusa)为一年生披散草本,高15-50cm。其成药味苦、淡,性寒。主要功效是清热解毒、消痛散结、利尿除湿。尤善治疗各种类型炎症。在临床实践中,发现白花蛇舌草若配伍得当,可治疗多种疾病。别名:蛇舌草、蛇舌癀、蛇针草、蛇总管、二叶葎、白花十字草、尖刀草、甲猛草、龙舌草、蛇脷草、鹤舌草。白花蛇舌草在体内对白血病细胞如急性粒细胞白血病细胞、急性淋巴性白血病细胞有抑制作用;白花蛇舌草素对小白鼠腹水肝癌细胞有抑制、杀灭作用。
上述防癌抗癌保健组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为50-60℃干燥至含水量为5-10wt%,然后再分别粉碎至10-50目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份和白花蛇舌草粉10-30份,混合得到本发明的防癌抗癌保健组合物。
优选的,一种防癌抗癌保健组合物,包括下述重量份原料:
葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份、果胶酶0.1-2份。
上述防癌抗癌保健组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为50-60℃干燥至含水量为5-10wt%,然后再分别粉碎至10-50目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份和白花蛇舌草粉10-30份,混合,得到混合料;
(3)将上述混合料与0.1-2份果胶酶及300-1500份水混合,在温度为35-45℃下超声提取50-100min,过滤,得到提取液;
(4)将提取液进行真空冷冻干燥,即得所述防癌抗癌保健组合物。
进一步优选的,所述防癌抗癌保健组合物,包括下述重量份原料:
葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份、多糖0.3-0.8份、果胶酶0.1-2份。
所述多糖为龙须菜多糖和/或骏枣多糖。进一步地,所述多糖由龙须菜多糖、骏枣多糖按质量比为(1-3):(1-3)组成。
上述防癌抗癌保健组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为50-60℃干燥至含水量为5-10wt%,然后再分别粉碎至10-50目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份和多糖0.3-0.8份,混合,得到混合料;
(3)将上述混合料与0.1-2份果胶酶及300-1500份水混合,在温度为35-45℃下超声提取50-100min,过滤,得到提取液;
(4)将提取液进行真空冷冻干燥,即得所述防癌抗癌保健组合物。
再进一步优选的,所述防癌抗癌保健组合物,包括下述重量份原料:
葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份、多糖0.3-0.8份、改性环糊精0.5-2份、果胶酶0.1-2份。
进一步,所述改性环糊精的制备方法为:将95-105gβ-环糊精加入850-950mL水中混合均匀,然后加入0.3-0.7mL 2-辛烯基琥珀酸酐,在温度为20-40℃下反应1-3h,反应过程中用0.05-0.15mol/L的盐酸保持整个反应体系的pH在1.5-3.5,反应结束后得到反应产物;将反应产物在温度为55-65℃、绝对压强为0.03-0.05MPa下浓缩至200-400mL得到浓缩液;将浓缩液滴加至异丙醇中,有沉淀析出,离心分离,将沉淀在温度为55-65℃干燥至恒重,即得所述改性环糊精。优选的,所述离心分离的转速为5000-8000r/min,时间为15-25min。
上述防癌抗癌保健组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为50-60℃干燥至含水量为5-10wt%,然后再分别粉碎至10-50目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份和多糖0.3-0.8份,混合,得到混合料;
(3)将上述混合料和0.5-2份改性环糊精混合,粉碎至250-450目,得到超细混合料;优选的,所述粉碎为在球磨机中进行超微粉碎;
(4)将上述超细混合料与0.1-2份果胶酶及300-1500份水混合,在温度为35-45℃下超声提取50-100min,过滤,得到提取液;优选的,所述过滤为用450-750目滤布进行过滤;所述超声提取的超声功率为250-550W、超声频率为30-50kHz;
(5)将提取液进行真空冷冻干燥,即得所述防癌抗癌保健组合物。优选的,所述真空冷冻干燥的条件是控制提取液高度为4-9mm,设定预冻温度为-20~-30℃,当样品温度降到设定温度后保持1.5-2.5小时,设定升华温度为5-15℃,解析温度为30-40℃,绝对压强为10-30pa,干燥时间为15-25小时。
技术效果:
本发明防癌抗癌保健组合物及其制备方法,避免了现有的合成西药只能用于疾病的治疗不能用于疾病的防治,而现有的保健食品功能单一等不足,提供了一种具有防癌抗癌保健组合物,含有的天然营养成份对防衰老、防癌、抗癌、杀菌、消炎等具有特殊效果,人们只需通过日常的饮用,就可提高人们的免疫功能,防止外来病菌病毒对人体的伤害,防止体内细胞的癌变,以达到健体强身益智的目的。

蒲公英由亳州市信远中药科技有限公司提供,原产地安徽。
菱壳由安徽光大生物科技有限公司提供,原产地安徽。
白花蛇舌草由亳州市林中森药业销售有限公司提供,原产地江西,生产许可证编号SC11434160207753。
果胶酶为广州亿添元生物科技有限公司提供的食品级果胶酶,酶活力为30000u/g。
β-环糊精为浙江一梦生物科技有限公司提供的食品级β-环糊精。
2-辛烯基琥珀酸酐,CAS号:26680-54-6。
骏枣多糖按照申请号为201310090353.0的中国专利中实施例一所示方法制备。
超微粉碎机为江阴市振锋药化机械有限公司提供的型号为WFJ-20型超微粉碎机,主转速为5400r/min。
行星式球磨机为卓的仪器设备(上海)有限公司提供的型号为PMQ0.4L型行星式球磨机,球磨机转速为300r/min,球磨罐材质为不锈钢,球磨罐体积为50mL,磨球用量为4个,磨球材质为氧化锆,磨球规格为6mm。
龙须菜多糖按照申请号为200710044610.1的中国专利中实施例1所示方法制备。
实施例1
防癌抗癌保健组合物配方:
葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份、白花蛇舌草粉20重量份。
制备方法:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为55℃干燥至含水量为8wt%,然后再分别粉碎至30目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份和白花蛇舌草粉20重量份,混合得到本发明的防癌抗癌保健组合物。
实施例2
防癌抗癌保健组合物配方:
葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份、白花蛇舌草粉20重量份、果胶酶1重量份。
制备方法:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为55℃干燥至含水量为8wt%,然后再分别粉碎至30目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份和白花蛇舌草粉20重量份,混合,得到100重量份的混合料;
(3)将上述100重量份的混合料与1重量份果胶酶及1000重量份水混合,在温度为40℃下超声提取80min,其中超声提取的超声功率为350W、超声频率为40kHz;用500目滤布进行过滤,得到提取液;
(4)将提取液进行真空冷冻干燥,具体参数为:控制提取液高度为7mm,设定预冻温度为-25℃,当样品温度降到设定温度后保持2小时,设定升华温度为10℃,解析温度为35℃,绝对压强为20pa,干燥时间为20小时,即得所述防癌抗癌保健组合物。
实施例3
防癌抗癌保健组合物配方:
葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份、白花蛇舌草粉20重量份、龙须菜多糖0.5重量份、果胶酶1重量份。
制备方法:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为55℃干燥至含水量为8wt%,然后再分别粉碎至30目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份、白花蛇舌草粉20重量份和龙须菜多糖0.5重量份,混合,得到100.5重量份的混合料;
(3)将上述100.5重量份的混合料与1重量份果胶酶及1000重量份水混合,在温度为40℃下超声提取80min,其中超声提取的超声功率为350W、超声频率为40kHz;用500目滤布进行过滤,得到提取液;
(4)将提取液进行真空冷冻干燥,具体参数为:控制提取液高度为7mm,设定预冻温度为-25℃,当样品温度降到设定温度后保持2小时,设定升华温度为10℃,解析温度为35℃,绝对压强为20pa,干燥时间为20小时,即得所述防癌抗癌保健组合物。
实施例4
防癌抗癌保健组合物配方:
葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份、白花蛇舌草粉20重量份、骏枣多糖0.5重量份、果胶酶1重量份。
制备方法:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为55℃干燥至含水量为8wt%,然后再分别粉碎至30目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份、白花蛇舌草粉20重量份和骏枣多糖0.5重量份,混合,得到100.5重量份的混合料;
(3)将上述100.5重量份的混合料与1重量份果胶酶及1000重量份水混合,在温度为40℃下超声提取80min,其中超声提取的超声功率为350W、超声频率为40kHz;用500目滤布进行过滤,得到提取液;
(4)将提取液进行真空冷冻干燥,具体参数为:控制提取液高度为7mm,设定预冻温度为-25℃,当样品温度降到设定温度后保持2小时,设定升华温度为10℃,解析温度为35℃,绝对压强为20pa,干燥时间为20小时,即得所述防癌抗癌保健组合物。
实施例5
防癌抗癌保健组合物配方:
葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份、白花蛇舌草粉20重量份、龙须菜多糖0.25重量份、骏枣多糖0.25重量份、果胶酶1重量份。
制备方法:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为55℃干燥至含水量为8wt%,然后再分别粉碎至30目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份、白花蛇舌草粉20重量份、龙须菜多糖0.25重量份和骏枣多糖0.25重量份,混合,得到100.5重量份的混合料;
(3)将上述100.5重量份的混合料与1重量份果胶酶及1000重量份水混合,在温度为40℃下超声提取80min,其中超声提取的超声功率为350W、超声频率为40kHz;用500目滤布进行过滤,得到提取液;

实施例6
防癌抗癌保健组合物配方:
葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份、白花蛇舌草粉20重量份、龙须菜多糖0.25重量份、骏枣多糖0.25重量份、改性环糊精1重量份、果胶酶1重量份。
制备方法:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为55℃干燥至含水量为8wt%,然后再分别粉碎至30目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉30重量份、蒲公英粉30重量份、菱壳粉20重量份、白花蛇舌草粉20重量份、龙须菜多糖0.25重量份和骏枣多糖0.25重量份,混合,得到100.5重量份的混合料;
(3)将上述100.5重量份的混合料和1重量份的改性环糊精混合,加入行星式球磨机中进行超微粉碎至300目,得到超细混合料;
(3)将上述101.5重量份的超细混合料与1重量份果胶酶及1000重量份水混合,在温度为40℃下超声提取80min,其中超声提取的超声功率为350W、超声频率为40kHz;用500目滤布进行过滤,得到提取液;
(4)将提取液进行真空冷冻干燥,具体参数为:控制提取液高度为7mm,设定预冻温度为-25℃,当样品温度降到设定温度后保持2小时,设定升华温度为10℃,解析温度为35℃,绝对压强为20pa,干燥时间为20小时,即得所述防癌抗癌保健组合物。
测试例1
将实施例1-6的防癌抗癌保健组合物进行治癌效果测试。具体测试结果见表1。
1.病例选择及实验分组
选择确诊为乳腺癌女性患者150例,其中年龄最大者60岁,最小者35岁;随机分为六组,分别服用实施例1-6制备的防癌抗癌保健组合物。各组病情、年龄、性别等,经统计学处理P>0.05,无显著性差异。
2.治疗方法
每日3次,每次1.5g防癌抗癌保健组合物,温水冲服,6周一个疗程,连续服用2个疗程。
3.疗效判定
(1)显效:肿瘤瘤体缩小10%以上,自觉症状明显改善,主要症状消失;
(2)有效:肿瘤瘤体缩小3-10%,临床症状明显改善;
(3)改善:肿瘤瘤体缩小1-10%,临床症状改善;
(4)无效:肿瘤瘤体继续增长,临床症状无改善或加重。

测试例2
对实施例1-6的防癌抗癌保健组合物的治疗肿瘤抑制率效果进行测试。
将肺癌细胞株混悬于PBS溶液中,配制成为1×107个/mL的溶液,然后按照0.1mL的容量移植到8周龄的BALB/c雌性小鼠(SPF级,广州省医学实验动物中心提供)的右肋腹皮下部。从肿瘤体积达到约100mm3时,连续口服本发明所述防癌抗癌保健组合物4周,口服剂量为2g/kg。最后一次口服给药后,次日称重,处死动物后剖瘤称重。每组20只动物。
按照下列公式计算肿瘤抑制率:肿瘤抑制率(%)=(对照组平均肿瘤重量-实验组平均肿瘤重量)/对照组平均肿瘤重量×100。
具体测试结果见表2。

测试例3
将实施例1-6的防癌抗癌保健组合物进行DPPH自由基清除能力测试。取10g防癌抗癌保健组合物加入1000g温度为40℃的水中混合均匀,得到样品液。
DPPH自由基的清除率测定:采用DPPH法。准确称取DPPH,配制成0.2mmol/L DPPH的溶液,于棕色瓶避光低温保存。取2mL样品液于试管内,加入2mL、0.2mmol/L DPPH溶液混合均匀,室温下避光静置30min后,用紫外分光光度计UV-2000(尤尼柯(上海)有限仪器公司)测定517nm处吸光度值,计为Ai,同时测定2mL样品液加2mL无水乙醇,室温下避光静置30min后,用紫外分光光度计UV-2000(尤尼柯(上海)有限仪器公司)测定在517nm处吸光度值,计为Aj,以及2mL、0.2mmol/LDPPH溶液加2ml蒸馏水静置,用紫外分光光度计UV-2000(尤尼柯(上海)有限仪器公司)测定在517nm处吸光度值,计为Ac。样品对DPPH自由基的清除率按下式计算:清除率=[1-(Ai-Aj)/Ac]×100%。
具体治疗结果见表3。

本发明防癌抗癌保健组合物及其制备方法,避免了现有的合成西药只能用于疾病的治疗不能用于疾病的防治,而现有的保健食品功能单一等不足,提供了一种具有防癌抗癌保健组合物,含有的天然营养成份,清楚体内自由基,对防衰老、防癌、抗癌、杀菌、消炎等具有特殊效果,人们只需通过日常的饮用,就可提高人们的免疫功能,防止外来病菌病毒对人体的伤害,防止体内细胞的癌变,以达到健体强身益智的目的。
Claims (10)
1.一种防癌抗癌保健组合物,其特征在于,包括下述重量份原料:
葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述防癌抗癌保健组合物,其特征在于,包括下述重量份原料:
葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份、果胶酶0.1-2份。
3.如权利要求1所述防癌抗癌保健组合物,其特征在于,包括下述重量份原料:
葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份、多糖0.3-0.8份、果胶酶0.1-2份。
4.如权利要求3所述防癌抗癌保健组合物,其特征在于,所述多糖为龙须菜多糖和/或骏枣多糖。
5.如权利要求1所述防癌抗癌保健组合物,其特征在于,包括下述重量份原料:
葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份、多糖0.3-0.8份、改性环糊精0.5-2份、果胶酶0.1-2份。
6.如权利要求5所述防癌抗癌保健组合物,其特征在于,所述改性环糊精的制备方法为:将95-105gβ-环糊精加入850-950mL水中混合均匀,然后加入0.3-0.7mL 2-辛烯基琥珀酸酐,在温度为20-40℃下反应1-3h,反应过程中用0.05-0.15mol/L的盐酸保持整个反应体系的pH在1.5-3.5,反应结束后得到反应产物;将反应产物在温度为55-65℃、绝对压强为0.03-0.05MPa下浓缩至200-400mL得到浓缩液;将浓缩液滴加至异丙醇中,有沉淀析出,离心分离,将沉淀在温度为55-65℃干燥至恒重,即得所述改性环糊精。优选的,所述离心分离的转速为5000-8000r/min,时间为15-25min。
7.如权利要求1所述的防癌抗癌保健组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为50-60℃干燥至含水量为5-10wt%,然后再分别粉碎至10-50目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份和白花蛇舌草粉10-30份,混合得到本发明的防癌抗癌保健组合物。
8.如权利要求2所述的防癌抗癌保健组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为50-60℃干燥至含水量为5-10wt%,然后再分别粉碎至10-50目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份和白花蛇舌草粉10-30份,混合,得到混合料;
(3)将上述混合料与0.1-2份果胶酶及300-1500份水混合,在温度为35-45℃下超声提取50-100min,过滤,得到提取液;
(4)将提取液进行真空冷冻干燥,即得所述防癌抗癌保健组合物。
9.如权利要求3所述的防癌抗癌保健组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为50-60℃干燥至含水量为5-10wt%,然后再分别粉碎至10-50目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份和多糖0.3-0.8份,混合,得到混合料;
(3)将上述混合料与0.1-2份果胶酶及300-1500份水混合,在温度为35-45℃下超声提取50-100min,过滤,得到提取液;
(4)将提取液进行真空冷冻干燥,即得所述防癌抗癌保健组合物。
10.如权利要求5所述的防癌抗癌保健组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葛根、蒲公英、菱壳和白花蛇舌草分别在温度为50-60℃干燥至含水量为5-10wt%,然后再分别粉碎至10-50目,分别得到葛根粉、蒲公英粉、菱壳粉和白花蛇舌草粉;
(2)取葛根粉20-40份、蒲公英粉20-40份、菱壳粉10-30份、白花蛇舌草粉10-30份和多糖0.3-0.8份,混合,得到混合料;
(3)将上述混合料和0.5-2份改性环糊精混合,粉碎至250-450目,得到超细混合料;优选的,所述粉碎为在球磨机中进行超微粉碎;
(4)将上述超细混合料与0.1-2份果胶酶及300-1500份水混合,在温度为35-45℃下超声提取50-100min,过滤,得到提取液;优选的,所述过滤为用450-750目滤布进行过滤;所述超声提取的超声功率为250-550W、超声频率为30-50kHz;
(5)将提取液进行真空冷冻干燥,即得所述防癌抗癌保健组合物;优选的,所述真空冷冻干燥的条件是控制提取液高度为4-9mm,设定预冻温度为-20~-30℃,当样品温度降到设定温度后保持1.5-2.5小时,设定升华温度为5-15℃,解析温度为30-40℃,绝对压强为10-30pa,干燥时间为15-25小时。
