Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
In the related art, a full screen or ultra high screen ratio has been a trend of mobile terminal development. However, the technology of installing the distance sensor on the front of the mobile terminal becomes an obstacle for the mobile terminal to become a full screen. However, if a distance sensor based on infrared technology and TOF (Time Of flight) technology is placed under the screen, then black TP (Touch Panel) can realize hidden opening Of black infrared ink (equivalent to arranging a light-transmitting part on TP), but white and other color TPs must be physically opened, so that two visible holes with infrared or laser transmittances Of more than 85% Of LEDs and sensors must be opened.
In order to solve technical problems in the related art, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a mobile terminal, which can improve a screen occupation ratio of the mobile terminal.
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a mobile terminal according to an exemplary embodiment. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a structure of a mobile terminal according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a mobile terminal 1 of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a middle frame case 12, an outer case 13, a display panel 11, and a distance sensor 21.
As shown in fig. 1, the middle frame casing 12 is disposed inside the outer casing 13. The middle frame casing 12 includes a casing main body 121 and a frame 122 surrounding the casing main body 121. The display panel 11 is provided on the case main body 121 from the front, and a gap portion 22 is provided between the display panel 11 and the bezel 122.
The distance sensor 21 is disposed in the outer casing 13 and located on a side of the display panel 11 facing the outer casing 13, and a sensing direction of the distance sensor faces the gap portion 22. That is, the distance sensor 21 is located below the display panel 11, so that a larger space can be provided for the display panel.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the distance sensor is arranged on one side of the display panel facing the outer shell, namely below the display panel, and the sensing direction faces the gap part between the display panel and the frame, so that the normal work of the distance sensor is not influenced, a larger space can be provided for the display panel, and the screen occupation ratio of the mobile terminal can be improved.
As shown in FIGS. 1-3, in one embodiment, the glass cover 15 may be disposed on the bezel 122 and the display panel 11 from the front. As shown in fig. 3, the distance sensor 21 may include a transmitting portion 211 and a receiving portion 212. There is an overlapping region 33 of the first field of view 31 of the transmitting portion 211 and the second field of view 32 of the receiving portion 212. It will be appreciated that the further the distance between the transmitting portion 211 and the receiving portion 212, the greater the distance from a plane (not shown) formed by the intersection between the first field of view 31 and the second field of view 32 to the upper surface of the sensor 21. In one embodiment, the plane formed by the intersection between the first field of view 31 and the second field of view 32 is located on the side of the first glass cover plate 15 that is proximate to the distance sensor 21. In this way, the black hair problem and the greasy dirt problem can be balanced.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, glass cover 15 includes a light-transmissive portion 34. The light transmission part 34 can be integrally formed with the glass cover plate 15, so that the complexity of hole opening and structural design can be reduced, and the industrial design can be optimized. The light transmitting portion 34 is located opposite to the distance sensor 21. In this embodiment, the material of the transparent portion 34 may include transparent ink. For example, if the distance sensor 21 senses the distance by using an Infrared light signal, the material of the light-transmitting portion 34 may include an IR (Infrared Radiation) light-transmitting ink for allowing Infrared light to pass through, thereby facilitating color design of the mobile device and avoiding abandoning different color designs of the mobile terminal due to the distance sensor.
As shown in fig. 4, in another embodiment, a groove 151 may be provided on the first glass cover plate 15, the groove 151 being opposite to the gap portion 22, so that the groove 151 and the gap portion 22 together constitute a signal propagation path of the distance sensor 21.
As shown in FIGS. 2-3, in one embodiment, the mobile terminal 1 further includes a first light barrier 23, and the first light barrier 23 is located between the emitting portion 211 and the receiving portion 212 and in the gap portion 22. In one embodiment, the first light barrier 23 may be a black light barrier. Since the first light-blocking panel 23 can block part of the signal emitted by the emitting portion 211 from entering the second field of view 32 of the receiving portion 212, interference with the target signal received by the receiving portion 212 can be reduced. Meanwhile, the first light barrier 23 also reduces the noise floor or interference signal of the signal emitted by the emitting portion 211 transmitted to the second field of view 32 of the receiving portion 212 through the bottom of the display panel 11 or the light inside the display panel 11, which forms the target signal received by the receiving portion 212.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, a first side 111 of the display panel 11 facing the gap portion 22 is provided with a first light absorption film, and a second side 123 of the bezel 122 facing the gap portion 22 is provided with a second light absorption film. In one embodiment, at least one of the first light absorbing film and the second light absorbing film is a black light absorbing film. In one embodiment, at least one of the first light absorbing film and the second light absorbing film has a rough surface. The black light absorbing film may be obtained by anodizing the first side surface 111 and the second side surface 123, respectively, and the rough surface may be obtained by sanding the first side surface 111 and the second side surface 123, respectively. In this way, the reflected back noise can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, a third light absorbing film is disposed on a third side 112 of the display panel 11 facing the distance sensor 21, and the third light absorbing film is located on a side of the third side 112 close to the gap portion 22. A fourth light absorbing film is disposed on a fourth side 124 of the bezel 122 facing the distance sensor 21, and the fourth light absorbing film is located on a side of the fourth side 124 close to the gap portion 22. In one embodiment, at least one of the third light absorbing film and the fourth light absorbing film is a black light absorbing film. In one embodiment, at least one of the third light absorbing film and the fourth light absorbing film has a rough surface. The black light absorbing film may be obtained by anodizing the third side surface 112 and the fourth side surface 124, respectively, and the rough surface may be obtained by frosting the third side surface 112 and the fourth side surface 124, respectively. In this way, the reflected back noise can be further reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the distance sensor 21 is an infrared type distance sensor. The distance between the distance sensor 21 and the first glass cover plate 15 is a first preset distance. The first preset distance may be an empirical value or a theoretical value. In this way, the airgap requirement of infrared distance sensors can be circumvented.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the outer case 13 is fitted with the middle frame case 12, and at least a battery 14 can be mounted. The mobile terminal 1 in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be a full-screen mobile phone or an ultra-high-screen mobile phone. Wherein, the screen of the full screen mobile phone accounts for 100%.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a structure of a mobile terminal according to another exemplary embodiment. FIG. 6 is a sliding schematic diagram of a movable screen shown in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the mobile terminal 6 of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a housing (not shown), a display panel 11, a first glass cover 15, a second glass cover 51, and a distance sensor 21.
In this embodiment, the housing includes a center housing (not shown) and a rear housing 62. The middle frame casing includes a casing main body (not labeled) and a frame 122 surrounding the casing main body. The display panel 11 is provided on the case main body from the front, and the rear case 62 is covered on the bezel 122 from the rear. The distance sensor 21 is disposed between the case main body and the rear case 62.
As shown in fig. 5, the first glass cover 15 is disposed on the display panel 11 and the frame 122. The second glass cover plate 51 is disposed between the case main body and the distance sensor 21, that is, the second glass cover plate 51 is disposed between the display panel 11 and the distance sensor 21. The second glass cover 51 includes a light-transmitting portion 511, and the light-transmitting portion 511 faces the distance sensor 21.
As shown in fig. 6, the first glass cover 15 and the display panel 11 are attached to form a movable screen 61. The case body is movably connected to the bezel 122 so that the movable screen 61 can slide with respect to the second glass cover plate 51 to expose or cover the light-transmitting portion 511. When the movable screen 61 slides, the display panel 11, the case main body for carrying the display panel 11, and the first glass cover plate 15 slide together with respect to the second glass cover plate 51.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, because the distance sensor is located between the second glass cover plate and the rear housing, and the movable screen formed by the joint of the first glass cover plate and the display panel can slide relative to the second glass cover plate to expose or cover the light-transmitting portion of the second glass cover plate opposite to the distance sensor, when the light-transmitting portion is exposed, the distance sensor can be used for sensing the distance, and a larger space can be provided for the display panel, so that the screen occupation ratio of the mobile terminal can be improved.
In one embodiment, the light-transmitting portion 511 and the distance sensor 21 may be both located at the top of the mobile terminal, and the movable screen 61 can slide toward the bottom of the mobile terminal or toward the top of the mobile terminal with respect to the second glass cover plate 51. When the movable screen 61 covers the light-transmitting portion 511 and the edges of the first and second glass cover plates 15 and 51 are flush, the light-transmitting portion is opposed to the gap portion. When the movable screen 61 slides toward the bottom of the mobile terminal and exposes the light-transmitting portion 511, the distance may be sensed using the distance sensor.
In one embodiment, the light-transmitting portion 511 may be integrally formed with the second glass cover plate 51, which may reduce the complexity of opening holes and designing the structure. In one embodiment, the material of the transparent portion 511 may include transparent ink. For example, if the distance sensor 21 senses the distance by using an Infrared light signal, the material of the light-transmitting portion 511 may include an IR (Infrared Radiation) light-transmitting ink for allowing Infrared light to pass through. In one exemplary embodiment, the wavelength of the infrared light signal emitted by the distance sensor 21 may be 850nm or 940 nm. Of course, in another embodiment, the light-transmitting portion 511 may be a through hole.
In one embodiment, the housing body is movably coupled to the bezel 122 via a rail structure. In practical applications, the connection manner of the housing main body and the frame 122 may not be limited to the rail structure. The implementation of the movable screen is not limited to the implementation provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, a gap portion 22 exists between the display panel 11 and the bezel 122. When the movable screen 61 covers the light-transmitting portion 511 and the edges of the first glass cover plate 15 and the second glass cover plate 51 are flush, the light-transmitting portion 511 is opposed to the gap portion 22. In this way, even if the movable screen 61 covers the light-transmitting portion 511, the distance can be sensed using the distance sensor 21.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the mobile terminal 6 further includes a first light barrier 23 and a second light barrier 52. The distance sensor 21 includes an emitting portion 211 and a receiving portion 212, the second light blocking plate 52 is located between the emitting portion 211 and the receiving portion 212 and between the distance sensor 21 and the second glass cover plate 51, and the first light blocking plate 23 is located in the gap portion 22 and opposite to the second light blocking plate 52. In one embodiment, the first light barrier 23 and the second light barrier 52 may be both black light barriers. Since the first light-blocking plate 23 and the second light-blocking plate 52 can physically block a part of the signal emitted by the emitting portion 211 from entering the field of view of the receiving portion 212, interference with the target signal received by the receiving portion 212 can be reduced. Meanwhile, the first light barrier 23 also reduces the noise floor or interference signal of the signal emitted by the emitting portion 211 transmitted to the receiving portion 212 through the bottom of the display panel 11 or the field of view of the light inside the display panel 11, which forms the target signal received by the receiving portion 212. The second light blocking plate 52 also reduces the noise floor or interference signals of the signals emitted from the emitting portion 211 transmitted to the field of view forming receiving portion 212 through the bottom of the second glass cover plate 51 to form the target signals received by the receiving portion 212.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the distance sensor 21 is an infrared type distance sensor. The distance between the distance sensor 21 and the second glass cover plate 51 is a second preset distance, and the distance between the second glass cover plate 51 and the first glass cover plate 15 is a third preset distance. The second preset distance and the third preset distance may be empirical values or theoretical values. In this way, the airgap requirement of infrared distance sensors can be circumvented.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, a first side 111 of the display panel 11 facing the gap portion 22 is provided with a first light absorption film, and a second side 123 of the bezel 122 facing the gap portion 22 is provided with a second light absorption film. Therefore, the bottom noise of the reflected back can be reduced, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the distance sensor is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, a third light absorbing film is disposed on a third side 112 of the display panel 11 facing the distance sensor 21, and the third light absorbing film is located on a side of the third side 112 close to the gap portion 22. Therefore, the bottom noise reflected back can be further reduced, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the distance sensor is improved.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the display panel may be, but is not limited to, an OLED panel.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the "front side" is a side where a screen of the mobile terminal is located, and the "back side" is a side opposite to the "front side". The above-mentioned "top" is a side of the mobile terminal away from the ground when the user erects the mobile terminal, and is generally a side of a receiver on the mobile terminal.
