Adding 18wt% of sodium alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonate, 5wt% of alkyl glycoside, 7wt% of alcohol ether glycoside, 20wt% of sodium metasilicate, 15wt% of sodium hydroxide, 5wt% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and the balance of water into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing and stirring. Under the condition of 60 ℃, the cleaning rate of protein dirt can reach more than 90 percent.
Example 3
Adding 25wt% of sodium alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonate, 4wt% of alkyl glycoside, 2wt% of alcohol ether glycoside, 10wt% of sodium metasilicate, 10wt% of sodium hydroxide, 11wt% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and the balance of water into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing and stirring. Under the condition of 80 ℃, the cleaning rate of protein dirt can reach more than 85 percent.
Example 4
Adding 10wt% of sodium alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonate, 10wt% of alkyl glycoside, 4wt% of alcohol ether glycoside, 8wt% of sodium metasilicate, 20wt% of sodium hydroxide, 8wt% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and the balance of water into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing and stirring. Under the condition of 60 ℃, the cleaning rate of protein dirt can reach more than 85 percent.
Example 5
Adding 15wt% of sodium alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonate, 9wt% of alkyl glycoside, 2wt% of alcohol ether glycoside, 18wt% of sodium metasilicate, 16wt% of sodium hydroxide, 5wt% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and the balance of water into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing and stirring. Under the condition of 60 ℃, the cleaning rate of protein dirt can reach more than 90 percent.
Example 6
Adding 10wt% of sodium alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonate, 5wt% of alkyl glycoside, 2wt% of alcohol ether glycoside, 2wt% of sodium metasilicate, 10wt% of sodium hydroxide, 5wt% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and the balance of water into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing and stirring. Under the condition of 90 ℃, the cleaning rate of protein dirt can reach more than 85 percent.
Claims (1)
1. The high-temperature-resistant and low-foam protein dirt alkaline cleaning agent is characterized by comprising sodium alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonate, alkyl glycoside, alcohol ether glycoside, sodium metasilicate, sodium hydroxide, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and water, wherein the mass percentages of the components are as follows:
(1) 10 to 25 percent of sodium alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonate
(2) Alkyl glycoside 5-10%
(3) 2-10% of alcohol ether glycoside
(4) 2 to 20 percent of sodium metasilicate
(5) 10 to 20 percent of sodium hydroxide
(6) 5-15 percent of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether
(7) The balance of water;
sodium alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonate, alkyl glycoside and alcohol ether glycoside are used as detergents, sodium metasilicate and sodium hydroxide are used as washing aids, and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether is used as a solubilizer;
according to the composition of the cleaning agent, 10-25% of sodium alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonate, 5-10% of alkyl glycoside, 2-10% of alcohol ether glycoside, 2-20% of sodium metasilicate, 10-20% of sodium hydroxide, 5-15% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and water are mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain the product.
