Artificial dirt used was prepared by dissolving 20 g of fat and oil mixed with beef tallow and soybean oil in a volume ratio of 1: 1, 0.25 g of monoolein and 0.1 g of oil red in 60 cc of chloroform at the same time, followed by heat oxidation.

The cleaning and sterilizing composition was placed in a beaker, the test plate was immersed, and washed for 15 seconds and 30 seconds using an ultrasonic cleaner.
The artificial dirt weight of the test plate before and after washing was measured, and the washing power was determined by relative evaluation with the washing power of pH 12.5 strong alkaline electrolyzed water having a washing time of 30 seconds as 100%.
The results are shown in Table 1.

pH12.5の強アルカリ電解水は洗浄力、大腸菌に対する除菌力はあるが、黄色ブドウ球菌に対する除菌力が不足している。
またpH11以下のアルカリ電解水にグレープフルーツ種子抽出物を添加すると、アルカリ電解水が酸性分で中和されるため、除菌力は向上するが洗浄力が低下することがわかる。
pH11以上の強アルカリ電解水にグレープフルーツ種子抽出物を添加すると添加量に応じて黄色ブドウ球菌の除菌力が向上し、しかも同時に洗浄力も向上することがわかる。
さらにpH11以上の強アルカリ電解水にグレープフルーツ種子抽出物を濃縮エキス換算で0.005%以上添加すると、洗浄力が強アルカリ電解水単独と比較して6%〜22%上昇し、大腸菌、黄色ブドウ球菌とも5分以内で1×10以上の菌を除菌することが可能となる。
したがって、本発明で規定する範囲内で柑橘類種子抽出物質を添加することで、一液での洗浄、除菌効果が発揮されることが明らかである。

It can be seen that when grapefruit seed extract is added to strong alkaline electrolyzed water having a pH of 11 or more, the sterilizing power of Staphylococcus aureus is improved according to the amount added, and at the same time, the cleaning power is also improved.
Furthermore, when grapefruit seed extract is added to strong alkaline electrolyzed water having a pH of 11 or more in an amount of 0.005% or more in terms of concentrated extract, the detergency is increased by 6% to 22% compared to strong alkaline electrolyzed water alone, and Escherichia coli, yellow grapes It becomes possible to disinfect 1 × 10 7 or more bacteria within 5 minutes with both cocci.
Therefore, it is clear that the addition of the citrus seed extract within the range defined in the present invention exhibits the effect of washing and disinfecting with a single solution.
