在专利EP 2321192中已知并公开有一种具有易碎储存器的安全瓶盖。该瓶盖包括：
-帽部，其封堵容器的嘴部件，并包括易碎的底部；
-切割器，其设计成在由作用在其上的压力引起的平移运动之后，打开所述易碎嘴部。切割器是中空的，且与易碎嘴部相结合，其限定出储存器，该储存器的内部收纳有溶质，该溶质待溶解于容器中存在的溶剂。

鉴于此，覆盖物4限定出供切割器3的一端部插入的环形凹槽43，该凹槽相对于切割刃30位于相反一侧。
在该情况下，由使用者施加在覆盖物4上的旋转可以容易地传递到切割器3上，重要的是，以适当的方式引导切割器3启动。实际上，若切割器具有设计成仅通过平移运动来切割/破坏储存器的切割刃，则使用者实施的拧紧动作可能(甚至不经意地)伴随着扭转/旋转，从而具有将易碎嘴部20完全切断的风险(其结果是，这导致易碎嘴部20落入容器内部)。为了克服该缺点，切割器的切割刃必须根据适于仅通过旋转来破坏储存器的几何形状进行设计。因此，通过沿着帽部2拧紧覆盖物4，从而启动切割器3从静止构造到可操作构造的运动。

其特征在于，切割所述易碎嘴部(20)的步骤包括沿着所述帽部(2)拧紧所述覆盖物(4)的至少第一部分(400)的步骤，从而引起所述切割器(3)旋转平移运动；通过第一带齿连接装置(5)使所述切割器(3)与所述覆盖物(4)的所述第一部分(400)一体地旋转。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法，其特征在于，切割所述易碎嘴部(20)的步骤包括沿着圆心角在250°与320°之间的范围内的的圆弧切割所述易碎嘴部(20)，留下所述易碎嘴部(20)的一个边缘连接到所述帽部(2)的其余部分。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，部分地设置在覆盖物(4)且部分地设置在帽部(2)上的第二带齿连接装置(6)使覆盖物(4)的第一部分(400)与帽部(2)以旋转平移运动的方式一体地运动，从而使帽部(2)与覆盖物(4)的第一部分(400)在帽部(2)相对于容器(7)可能的拧紧/松开的过程中保持牢固约束；将第二带齿连接装置(6)相互锁定的步骤在完成沿着帽部(2)拧紧所述覆盖物(4)的步骤完成时进行。
10.一种用于组装权利要求1至5中任一项所述的封闭瓶盖的方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤：
-将切割器(3)的一部分插入覆盖物(4)；
-在易碎嘴部(20)破坏之后，将待落入容器(7)中的产品插入切割器(3)；以及
-将切割器(3)及覆盖物(4)与帽部(2)连接，将帽部(2)的至少环形部分插入切割器(3)与覆盖物(4)之间。
