背景技术
洗脸清洁皂,又叫洁面皂,是一种使用天然有机成分制得的皂产品,由于其对皮肤刺激小,对环境无污染等特点深受消费者的喜爱,逐渐发展成为具有保湿、控油、抗痘、美白等功效的美容护肤类产品。
但是,一般的洁面产品都是碱性的,容易造成细胞失水,皮肤紧绷,大量经常使用,很容易造成皮肤的干燥脱水,打破皮下细胞水分和油分的分泌平衡,从而引发皮肤问题,因而需要提供一种减少碱液加入又不减弱去油能力的洁面皂。
由于现代人不健康的饮食习惯,不规律的作息导致皮肤细胞新成代谢速率减缓,皮肤角质细胞无法正常脱落,堆积形成了厚厚的角质层,这是皮肤暗沉、粗糙的主要诱因,所以需要一种去除角质的手段。
酵素又名为酶,是由发酵产生的一种含有生物活性组分的物质,具有特异的催化作用,如蛋白酶能分解角蛋白,脂肪酶能使油脂中C-O键断裂,超氧化物歧化酶能清除自由基抗细胞老化等。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有洁面皂不具备去角质能力且组分中减少碱液加入的同时会减弱去油清洁能力的问题,提供一种洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒,在洁面皂中适当加入皂用酵素颗粒不仅能去除多余角质和提升洁面皂的控油清洁能力,而且不会提高产品碱性,对环境无污染,对皮肤无刺激性的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒,由内向外由丸芯、喷涂于丸芯上的酵素液和外层喷涂的若干层包衣构成;皂用酵素颗粒所含组分的重量百分比为:5%~90%的丸芯,5%~90%的酵素液,5%~90%包衣层;
所述丸芯由重量百分比为0.1%~99.9%的粘合剂和0.1%~99.9%的填料组成,所述包衣层由重量百分比为0.1%~99.9%的颜料和0.1%~99.9%的填料组成,所述酵素液由重量百分比为1%~99%的酶和1%~99%酶抑制剂组成。
优选的,所述丸芯由重量百分比为0.5%~98%的粘合剂和余量为填料组成,所述包衣层由重量百分比为0.5%~98%的颜料和余量为填料组成,所述酵素液由重量百分比为3.5%~86%的酶和余量为酶抑制剂组成。
最优选的,所述丸芯由重量百分比为1.5%~92%的粘合剂和余量为填料组成,所述包衣层由重量百分比为1.5%~92%的颜料和余量为填料组成,所述酵素液由重量百分比为15%~72%的酶和余量为酶抑制剂组成。
所述皂用酵素颗粒的粒径为4目(4.75mm)~250目(0.0630mm)。
本发明提供的清洁皂中的酵素以颗粒形式存在,被多个包衣层包覆,在制备过程中包衣层将酵素与环境隔离,使酵素能稳定存在;在使用过程中包衣层剥离将酵素释放出,使酵素能发挥作用。酶抑制剂能抑制酶活性避免酵素之间相互作用,使用过程中在水中稀释,酶被释放,抑制效果减弱,活性回升。
制备本发明所述皂用酵素颗粒时,所用酵素液中的酶为木瓜蛋白酶、脂肪酶、超氧化物歧化酶SOD、胶原酶和辅酶Q10的一种或任意几种以任意比例混合的混合物;所述酵素液中的酶抑制剂为亮肽素、肽醛、肽硼酸、酰胺、聚酰胺或聚胺中的一种。
丸芯所用的填料为元明粉,芒硝,硫酸盐和可溶解钙盐的一种;所述丸芯所用的粘合剂为淀粉、氧化淀粉、接枝淀粉、酯化淀粉或阿拉伯树胶的一种。
包衣层所用的颜料为茜草、紫草、靛蓝、靛青、红花或黄栀子的一种或任意几种以任意比例混合的混合物;所述包衣层所用的填料为滑石粉、云母、高岭土、纤维素及其衍生物或聚合物的一种或任意几种以任意比例混合的混合物。
聚合物为苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物二嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-丁二烯-3-氯丙烯共聚物三嵌段共聚物、聚氯乙烯、聚氯乙烯的接枝共聚合物、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇的接枝聚合物、聚乙二醇、聚环氧乙烯、聚氧乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯或共聚物型的聚丙烯的一种。
优选聚乙二醇、聚环氧乙烯、聚氧乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的一种。
本发明其次的目的是提供一种制备上述皂用酵素颗粒的方法,包括以下步骤:在挤出机中将丸芯所用的填料与粘合剂混合、挤出,滚圆机中球化制成空白丸芯,丸芯大小为控制在9目(2.00mm)~270目(0.0530mm);然后将丸芯在流化床中喷涂酵素液,干燥后喷涂下一层包衣,根据包衣层数要求反复进行喷涂过程,形成一定层数的包衣层;最终皂用酵素颗粒的粒径大小控制在4目(4.75mm)~250目(0.0630mm)之间。
本发明提供的皂用酵素颗粒是由特殊的制备方法合成。酵素液涂覆于颗粒填料表面,酵素液中水分向外挥发或向颗粒内部渗透,酵素也渗入颗粒表层。这种造粒方式具有干燥迅速,颗粒圆整性好等特点。如图2所示。
本发明目的之三是提供上述酵素颗粒在所有皂类产品中的应用。
具体实施时,颗粒形状可以设计成精美图形嵌于洁面皂中,也可以根据消费者意愿进行设计,使用过程中随着洁面皂消耗,皂用酵素颗粒包裹层被一层层剥离,酵素被均匀释放出,增加洁面皂的去污作用。将上述酵素颗粒添加至洁面皂的制造方法按照本领域常规制造方法。
多层包衣方法使得酵素在皂类制备过程中保留了高活性,保证了皂类产品洗涤效果的提升。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:

本发明实施例中各项性质由本领域常规方法测得。如木瓜蛋白酶、脂肪酶、SOD酶、胶原酶分别采用福林酚法、橄榄油法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、Mandl胶原酶活力测定法等测得。
实施例1
一种洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒,由内向外由丸芯、喷涂于丸芯上的酵素液和外层喷涂的若干层包衣构成;所述皂用酵素颗粒由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:5%的丸芯,5%的酵素液,90%的包衣层;
丸芯组成为重量百分比为10%的接枝淀粉,90%的芒硝。
酵素液由重量百分比为90%的木瓜蛋白酶,10%的肽醛。
包衣层由重量百分比为10%/8%/7%的靛蓝/靓青/紫草,滑石粉36%/38%/37%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)54%/54%/56%。

丸芯组成为重量百分比为80%的碳酸钙,20%的氧化淀粉。
酵素液由重量百分比为60%的木瓜蛋白酶,38%的脂肪酶,2%的酰胺。
包衣层由重量百分比为7%/7%/7%的靛蓝/靓青/紫草,60%/69%/78%的纤维素/甲基纤维素/乙基纤维素,33%/24%/15%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)。
制备上述皂用酵素颗粒的方法步骤为:在挤出机中将丸芯所用的填料与粘合剂混合、挤出,滚圆机中球化制成空白丸芯,丸芯大小为控制在60目(0.25mm)~115目(0.125mm);然后将丸芯在流化床中喷涂酵素液,干燥后喷涂下一层包衣,根据包衣层数要求反复进行喷涂过程,形成四层包衣层;最终皂用酵素颗粒的粒径大小控制在40目(0.38mm)~80目(0.18mm)目之间。

一种洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒,由内向外由丸芯、喷涂于丸芯上的酵素液和外层喷涂的若干层包衣构成;所述皂用酵素颗粒由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:20%的丸芯,30%的酵素液,50%的包衣层;
丸芯组成为重量百分比为80%的元明粉,20%的淀粉。
酵素液由重量百分比为81%的木瓜蛋白酶,18%的超氧化物歧化酶SOD,1%的聚酰胺。
包衣层由重量百分比为5%/7%/8%的靛蓝/靓青/紫草,40%/36%/32%的聚氯乙烯(PVC),55%/57%/60%的高岭土。
制备上述皂用酵素颗粒的方法步骤为:在挤出机中将丸芯所用的填料与粘合剂混合、挤出,滚圆机中球化制成空白丸芯,丸芯大小为控制在100目(0.15mm)~170目(0.09mm);然后将丸芯在流化床中喷涂酵素液,干燥后喷涂下一层包衣,根据包衣层数要求反复进行喷涂过程,形成三层包衣层;最终皂用酵素颗粒的粒径大小控制在70目(0.21mm)~120目(0.12mm)之间。

丸芯组成为重量百分比为90%的元明粉,10%的阿拉伯树胶。
酵素液由重量百分比为50%的木瓜蛋白酶,30%的脂肪酶,18%的超氧化物歧化酶SOD,2%的肽硼酸。
包衣层由重量百分比为7%/8%/9%的靛蓝/靓青/紫草,55%/46%/37%的聚丙烯,38%/46%/54%的滑石粉。
制备上述皂用酵素颗粒的方法步骤为:在挤出机中将丸芯所用的填料与粘合剂混合、挤出,滚圆机中球化制成空白丸芯,丸芯大小为控制在70目(0.21mm)~100目(0.15mm);然后将丸芯在流化床中喷涂酵素液,干燥后喷涂下一层包衣,根据包衣层数要求反复进行喷涂过程,形成三层包衣层;最终皂用酵素颗粒的粒径大小控制在30目(0.55mm)~70目(0.21mm)之间。

丸芯组成为重量百分比为90%的硫酸钠,10%的酯化淀粉。
酵素液由重量百分比为40%的木瓜蛋白酶,30%的脂肪酶,10%的胶原酶,18%的超氧化物歧化酶SOD,2%的亮肽素。
包衣层由重量百分比为2%/3%/4%的靛蓝/靓青/紫草,20%/30%/40%的云母,78%/67%/56%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)。
制备上述皂用酵素颗粒的方法步骤为:在挤出机中将丸芯所用的填料与粘合剂混合、挤出,滚圆机中球化制成空白丸芯,丸芯大小为控制在130目(0.11mm)~170目(0.09mm);然后将丸芯在流化床中喷涂酵素液,干燥后喷涂下一层包衣,根据包衣层数要求反复进行喷涂过程,形成三层包衣层;最终皂用酵素颗粒的粒径大小控制在80目(0.18mm)~120目(0.12mm)之间。

一种洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒,由内向外由丸芯、喷涂于丸芯上的酵素液和外层喷涂的若干层包衣构成;所述皂用酵素颗粒由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:20%的丸芯,30%的酵素液,50%的包衣层;
丸芯组成为重量百分比为80%的甲酸钙,20%的接枝淀粉。
酵素液由重量百分比为98%的超氧化物歧化酶SOD,2%的肽醛。
包衣层由重量百分比为7%/5%/8%/9%的靛蓝/靓青/紫草/红花,30%/25%/20%/15%的滑石粉,63%/70%/72%/76%的苯乙烯-丁二烯-3-氯丙烯共聚物。
制备上述皂用酵素颗粒的方法步骤为:在挤出机中将丸芯所用的填料与粘合剂混合、挤出,滚圆机中球化制成空白丸芯,丸芯大小为控制在120目(0.12mm)~170目(0.09mm);然后将丸芯在流化床中喷涂酵素液,干燥后喷涂下一层包衣,根据包衣层数要求反复进行喷涂过程,形成四层包衣层;最终皂用酵素颗粒的粒径大小控制在80目(0.18mm)~120目(0.12mm)之间。

丸芯组成为重量百分比为80%的硫酸镁,20%的酯化淀粉。
酵素液由重量百分比为80%的脂肪酶,10%的辅酶Q10,10%的肽硼酸。,
包衣层由重量百分比为7%/5%/4%/3%/2%的靛蓝/靓青/紫草/红花/茜草,30%/25%/20%/15%/10%的纤维素硝酸酯、/纤维素乙酸丁酸酯/纤维素乙酸酯/高岭土/纤维素,63%/70%/76%/82%/88%的苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物。
制备上述皂用酵素颗粒的方法步骤为:在挤出机中将丸芯所用的填料与粘合剂混合、挤出,滚圆机中球化制成空白丸芯,丸芯大小为控制在70目(0.21mm)~170目(0.09mm);然后将丸芯在流化床中喷涂酵素液,干燥后喷涂下一层包衣,根据包衣层数要求反复进行喷涂过程,形成五层包衣层;最终皂用酵素颗粒的粒径大小控制在40目(0.38mm)~120目(0.12mm)之间。

丸芯组成为重量百分比为0.5%的碳酸钙,98%的氧化淀粉。
酵素液由重量百分比为60%的木瓜蛋白酶,25%的脂肪酶,15%的酰胺。
包衣层由重量百分比为3.5%/3.5%/3.5%的靛蓝/靓青/紫草,60%/69%/78%的纤维素/甲基纤维素/乙基纤维素,36.5%/27.5%/18.5%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)。
制备上述皂用酵素颗粒的方法步骤为:在挤出机中将丸芯所用的填料与粘合剂混合、挤出,滚圆机中球化制成空白丸芯,丸芯大小为控制在100目(0.15mm)~270目(0.53mm);然后将丸芯在流化床中喷涂酵素液,干燥后喷涂下一层包衣,根据包衣层数要求反复进行喷涂过程,形成一层包衣层;最终皂用酵素颗粒的粒径大小控制在90目(0.16mm)~230目(0.06mm)之间。
实施例9
一种洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒,由内向外由丸芯、喷涂于丸芯上的酵素液和外层喷涂的若干层包衣构成;所述皂用酵素颗粒由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:5%的丸芯,90%的酵素液,5%的包衣层;
丸芯组成为重量百分比为3.5%的接枝淀粉,96.5%的芒硝。
酵素液由重量百分比为9%的木瓜蛋白酶,1.5%的肽醛。
包衣层由重量百分比为0.5%/0.1%/2%的靛蓝/靓青/紫草,滑石粉45.5%/45.9%/42%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)54%/54%/56%。
制备上述皂用酵素颗粒的方法步骤为:在挤出机中将丸芯所用的填料与粘合剂混合、挤出,滚圆机中球化制成空白丸芯,丸芯大小为控制在20目(0.85mm)~60目(0.25mm);然后将丸芯在流化床中喷涂酵素液,干燥后喷涂下一层包衣,根据包衣层数要求反复进行喷涂过程,形成一层包衣层;最终皂用酵素颗粒的粒径大小控制在10目(1.7mm)~40目(0.38mm)之间。
Claims (4)
1.一种制备洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:在挤出机中将丸芯所用的填料与粘合剂混合、挤出,滚圆机中球化制成空白丸芯,丸芯大小为控制在0.0530mm~2.00 mm;然后将丸芯在流化床中喷涂酵素液,干燥后喷涂下一层包衣,根据包衣层数要求反复进行喷涂过程,形成一定层数的包衣层;最终皂用酵素颗粒的粒径大小控制在0.0630mm~4.75mm之间;
所述洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒,由内向外由丸芯、喷涂于丸芯上的酵素液和外层喷涂的若干层包衣构成;皂用酵素颗粒所含组分的重量百分比为:5%~90%的丸芯,5%~90%的酵素液,5%~90%包衣层;
所述丸芯由重量百分比为0.1%~99.9%的粘合剂和0.1%~99.9%的填料组成,所述包衣层由重量百分比为0.1%~99.9%的颜料和0.1%~99.9%的填料组成,所述酵素液由重量百分比为1%~99%的酶和1%~99%酶抑制剂组成;
所述酵素液中的酶为木瓜蛋白酶、脂肪酶、超氧化物歧化酶SOD、胶原酶和辅酶Q10的一种或任意几种以任意比例混合的混合物;所述酵素液中的酶抑制剂为亮肽素、肽醛、肽硼酸、酰胺、聚酰胺或聚胺中的一种;
所述丸芯所用的填料为硫酸盐和可溶解钙盐的一种;所述丸芯所用的粘合剂为淀粉、氧化淀粉、接枝淀粉、酯化淀粉或阿拉伯树胶的一种;
所述包衣层所用的颜料为茜草、紫草、靛蓝、靛青、红花或黄栀子的一种或任意几种以任意比例混合的混合物;所述包衣层所用的填料为滑石粉、云母、高岭土、纤维素及其衍生物或聚合物的一种或任意几种以任意比例混合的混合物;
所述聚合物为苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物二嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-丁二烯-3-氯丙烯共聚物三嵌段共聚物、聚氯乙烯、聚氯乙烯的接枝共聚合物、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇的接枝聚合物、聚氧乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯或共聚物型的聚丙烯的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒的方法,其特征在于: 所述丸芯由重量百分比为0.5%~98%的粘合剂和余量为填料组成,所述包衣层由重量百分比为0.5%~98%的颜料和余量为填料组成,所述酵素液由重量百分比为3.5%~86%的酶和余量为酶抑制剂组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒的方法,其特征在于: 所述丸芯由重量百分比为1.5%~92%的粘合剂和余量为填料组成,所述包衣层由重量百分比为1.5%~92%的颜料和余量为填料组成,所述酵素液由重量百分比为15%~72%的酶和余量为酶抑制剂组成。
4.权利要求1至3任意一项所述制备洗脸用清洁皂用酵素颗粒的方法制备得到的洗脸清洁皂用酵素颗粒在所有皂类产品中的应用。
