Abstract
The invention provides a method, a device and a mobile terminal for realizing single radio frequency voice call continuity before ringing. The method comprises the following steps: sending a telephone establishment request message to an LTE network; when the LTE network signal is degraded, receiving instruction switching information issued by the LTE network; when the fact that whether the LTE network supports single radio frequency voice call continuity (bSRVCC) switching before ringing or not is unknown, the LTE network is defaulted to support the bSRVCC switching, and a network access module is switched from an LTE module to an 2/3G module; synchronizing a telephony state under the LTE module to the 2/3G module circuit switched domain; when receiving the message which is sent by the network side and is being established by the telephone of the circuit switching domain, continuing the subsequent call establishment action, otherwise, dropping the call by the telephone. The invention can reduce the failure rate of bSRVCC switching before receiving the conversation progress message, thereby reducing the probability of call drop.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for implementing continuity of a single radio frequency voice call before ringing, and a mobile terminal.
Background
With the continuous development of mobile phone technology and the gradual deepening of 4G network, the 4G-based voice service is developed greatly, the 4G-based voice service is an IP data transmission technology, and can bear all services on the 4G network without depending on the previous 2G/3G network, thereby realizing the unification of data and voice services on the same network; that is, with the support of 4G-based voice services, we can not only enjoy high-rate data services in 4G networks, but also use it for higher-quality voice and video calls.
The single radio frequency voice call continuity scheme is a standard scheme for keeping a 4G based voice telephone continuous when the telephone is switched to 2/3G circuit switched domain.
The bSRVCC technology generally refers to that after a terminal receives a session progress message, handover occurs Before a Ringing message is received, because a network simultaneously establishes an evolved packet system bearer when sending the session progress message to the terminal, wherein the session progress message indicates whether the network supports bSRVCC handover, when the network supports bSRVCC handover, the network is handed over to an 2/3G network through bSRVCC after receiving a handover instruction to perform a session, and if the network does not support bSRVCC handover, the network handover fails.
However, when the session progress message is transmitted through a TCP connection or a UDP connection, the terminal may receive a handover command sent by the network before receiving the session progress message due to poor signals of the 4G network or network delay, and at this time, the terminal may default that the network does not support bSRVCC for processing.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following technical problems exist in the prior art:
in the prior art, for the situation that a handover command issued by a network is received before a terminal receives a session progress message, the network does not support bSRVCC by default, and no matter whether the actual network supports bSRVCC or not, the problem that the terminal does not perform handover due to the default network does not support bSRVCC occurs, so that a call drop phenomenon occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
The method, the device and the mobile terminal for realizing the continuity of the single radio frequency voice call before ringing provided by the invention process the process of switching the 4G-based voice telephone from 4G to 2/3G by assuming the way that the network supports bSRVCC switching when the unknown network supports bSRVCC switching, and can reduce the failure rate of bSRVCC switching before receiving the session progress message, thereby reducing the frequency of call drop.

Optionally, before receiving information indicating to switch networks sent by a network, receiving a session progress message, and determining whether the network supports the bSRVCC handover according to header information carried in the session progress message;
optionally, the continuing the subsequent call establishment action when receiving the message that the telephone in the circuit switched domain sent by the network side is being established includes:
receiving a ringing message sent by the 2/3G network;
receiving a call completion message sent by the 2/3G network;
and replying to the message for confirming the telephone answering on the network side.

a sending unit, configured to send a telephone setup request message to an LTE network;

the second receiving module is used for receiving a call completion message sent by the 2/3G network;
and the confirmation module is used for replying a message for confirming the telephone answering to the network side.

after the network access module is switched from the LTE module to the 2/3G module, synchronizing the telephone state under the LTE module to the 2/3G module circuit switching domain;
when receiving the message which is sent by the network side and is being established by the telephone of the circuit switching domain, continuing the subsequent call establishment action, otherwise, dropping the call by the telephone.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the handover indication network information delivered by the LTE network further comprises:

receiving a ringing message sent by the 2/3G network;
receiving a call completion message sent by the 2/3G network;

a sending unit, configured to send a telephone setup request message to an LTE network;
a receiving unit, configured to receive network information indicating handover issued by the LTE network when the LTE network signal is degraded, where the LTE network supports bSRVCC handover;
a switching unit, configured to, when it is unknown whether the LTE network supports single radio frequency voice call continuity bSRVCC handover before ringing, default that the LTE network supports the bSRVCC handover, and switch the network access module from an LTE module to an 2/3G module;
a synchronization unit, configured to synchronize a phone state under the LTE module to the 2/3G module circuit switched domain after the network access module is switched from the LTE module to the 2/3G module;
the first processing unit is used for continuing the subsequent call establishment action when receiving a message which is sent by the network side and is established by the telephone in the circuit switching domain, otherwise, the telephone is dropped.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the receiving unit is further configured to:
