本发明公开了一种抗静电绒布,采用涤纶长丝、导热丝和涤纶扁平低弹丝作为经纱织造的坯布,坯布经染整后制得抗静电绒布;抗静电绒布的厚度为0.8‑4.5毫米,按重量百分比,导电丝1%,涤纶长丝34%,涤纶扁平低弹丝65%,其制备方法包括坯布织造和染色定型。本发明的抗静电绒布抗静电性能好,耐用性和舒适性也好,使用寿命长,运用范围广。

背景技术:
现有的抗静电绒布编织方法复杂,抗静电性能与舒适性很难协调统一,无法做到在获得较佳抗静电的基础上实现舒适性,而且往往使用寿命不长,限制了其运用范围。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种抗静电性能好,耐用性和舒适性也好的抗静电绒布,该抗静电绒布设计独特,使用寿命长,运用范围广。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种抗静电绒布,采用涤纶长丝、导热丝和涤纶扁平低弹丝作为经纱织造的坯布,坯布经染整后制得抗静电绒布;抗静电绒布的厚度为0.8-4.5毫米,按重量百分比,导电丝1%,涤纶长丝34%,涤纶扁平低弹丝65%。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题是,提供一种抗静电绒布的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
a,坯布织造,
b,染色定型;
其中,坯布织造包括以下步骤,
(1)原料采购;
(2)纱线整经;
(3)织机织造形成坯布;
染色定型包括以下步骤,
(1)卧式定型机进行坯布定型,40±2m/分钟,温度为:190-200±2℃;
(2)起毛机起毛;
(3)烫光;
(4)剪毛;
(5)染色,125±2℃,速度为:95±2m/min;
(6)色坯定型;
(7)理毛;
(8)烫光;
(9)成品定型;
(10)成品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果,本发明采用具有优异性能的导电丝和涤纶扁平弹性纤维为原料,以特定的工艺条件编织正面毛绒结构,不仅提高了面料的抗静电性和服用性能,同时又赋予其良好耐用性和舒适性,有助于提高面料的使用寿命,广泛用于服装,家纺,玩具等领域市场前景广阔。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种抗静电绒布,其特征在于:采用涤纶长丝、导热丝和涤纶扁平低弹丝作为经纱织造的坯布,坯布经染整后制得抗静电绒布;抗静电绒布的厚度为0.8-4.5毫米,按重量百分比,导电丝1%,涤纶长丝34%,涤纶扁平低弹丝65%。
其制备方法包括如下步骤,a,坯布织造;b,染色定型,
其中,坯布织造包括以下步骤,
(1)原料采购;
(2)纱线整经;采用常州赛嘉SGZ320Z型高速整经机。
(3)织机织造形成坯布;采用德国卡尔迈耶进口HKS-M高速经编机。
染色定型包括以下步骤,
((1)卧式定型机进行坯布定型,40±2m/分钟,温度为:190-200±2℃;
(2)起毛机起毛;
(3)烫光;
(4)剪毛;
(5)染色,125±2℃,速度为:95±2m/min;
(6)色坯定型;
(7)理毛;
(8)烫光;
(9)成品定型;
(10)成品。

2.一种抗静电绒布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
a,坯布织造,
b,染色定型,其中,坯布织造包括以下步骤,

(2)纱线整经;
(3)织机织造形成坯布;
染色定型包括以下步骤,
(1)卧式定型机进行坯布定型,40±2m/分钟,温度为:190-200±2℃;
