Description

Organic light emitting display panel and display device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of display technologies, and in particular, to an organic light emitting display panel and a display device.
Background

Referring to fig. 1, an organic light emitting display panel provided in the prior art includes a substrate 03, a thin film transistor 01 disposed on the substrate, and an organic light emitting diode 02. The thin film transistor 01 includes a gate electrode 011, a semiconductor portion 012, a source electrode 013, and a drain electrode 014, and the organic light emitting diode 02 includes an anode 021, a cathode 022, and an organic light emitting material portion 023 interposed between the anode 021 and the cathode 022. The anode 021 includes a reflective layer which can reflect light, the cathode 022 is a transparent electrode, and light emitted from the light-emitting material portion 023 exits from the cathode 022 side. This type of organic light emitting display panel is a top emission structure.
The organic light emitting display panel further includes a pixel defining layer 04 including an opening region at which the organic light emitting diode 02 is at least partially disposed. A part of the light emitted from the luminescent material portion 02 is irradiated onto the sidewall of the opening region, resulting in loss of the light.
In addition, the light beams of two adjacent organic light emitting diodes 02 may be converged to generate a color crosstalk phenomenon. When the organic light emitting display panel is a bendable flexible panel, the color crosstalk phenomenon is more serious in a state where the panel is bent. In order to reduce the cross color phenomenon, in the prior art, the distance W between two adjacent opening regions is set to be larger, which reduces the resolution of the organic light emitting display panel and is not beneficial to improving the resolution of the organic light emitting display panel.
