技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制品技术领域,具体为一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管及包覆硫化方法。
背景技术
所谓橡胶软管,是钢丝编织胶管。胶管由内胶层,一层钢丝编织层和外胶层组成。适用于输送液压流体,如醇,燃油,润滑油,乳化液等等。与硬管相区分,(橡胶)软管最大的特征是可弯曲性。根据使用工况和性能要求的差异软管的设计千差万别,常见的参数有尺寸、压力、重量、长度、弯曲度、化学耐用性等。相比民用软管,工业作业环境更复杂、更恶劣、设备对输送管的要求也更苛刻,因此工业软管从设计、对材料的选择到生产、运输甚至最终的储存都有严格的规范和标准。但是现有的橡胶软管采用钢丝编织层,其耐磨性、耐腐蚀性较差,此外一些软管还比较坚硬,抗拉强度较低、不耐高温的问题,常常使用不方便。
硫化是橡胶制品生产的最后一个工艺过程,也是橡胶加工的主要工艺之一,在橡胶软管生产中,硫化是使橡胶与补强层之间具有较高的粘合强度,使之成为一个整体的重要工艺,也是保证和提高产品质量的重要环节。传统的硫化方法是在软管硫化前在其半成品上缠水包布或包铅紧固,于蒸汽硫化罐中分批进行。包水包布硫化虽然也能增加软管的致密性,但其外观不好。一般采用包铅硫化可以使软管获得光滑的外表面,但是这种方法的一个重要缺点是存在严重的污染问题,这是由于包铅工艺中所用铅块在熔融和硫化过程中极易氧化,并伴有铅蒸汽造成的污染,此外对橡胶软管本身的性能有所影响,高分子材料经改性处理用作橡胶软管包覆材料时减轻铅污染的途径之一,鉴于上述提到的问题,本发明设计一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管及包覆硫化方法,以解决上述提到的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管及包覆硫化方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管,包括橡胶本体,所述橡胶本体的内壁设置有内胶层,所述橡胶本体的外壁设置有外胶层,所述内胶层和外胶层之间设置有加强层,所述外胶层的外壁设置有包覆层,所述加强层包括编织层和覆盖层,所述覆盖层位于编织层的外壁,所述编织层包括碳纤维编织层和玻璃纤维编织层,所述碳纤维编织层设置在玻璃纤维编织层的外壁。
优选的,所述覆盖层包括混合树脂层和聚乙烯纤维层,且混合树脂层位于聚乙烯纤维层的顶部。

S1:选取包覆层:包覆层由以下质量的原料组成:聚酰胺70g、聚丙烯30g、抗氧化剂1g、光亮剂0.8g和润滑剂2g;
S2:制包覆层管:将具有收缩性的包覆层倒入至制管型模内,加热融化后冷却,制成管状包覆层;
S3:软管组合:将橡胶本体以及内胶层、加强层和外胶层的橡胶软管半成品套接在加热柱上,然后将管状包覆层套接在橡胶软管半成品上;
S4:加热:对加热柱进行加热,管状包覆层收缩而紧固于橡胶软管半成品的外表面;
S5:硫化:然后将覆盖包覆层的橡胶软管置于一定温度和压力下的蒸汽硫化罐内进行硫化。
优选的,所述步骤S2中制管型模的直径大于橡胶软管半成品的直径。
优选的,所述步骤S4中加热柱加热温度为250℃。
优选的,所述步骤S5中的温度为150℃,压力为600KPa。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管及包覆硫化方法,该软管包覆层采用采用聚四氟乙烯结构的内胶层和外胶层,具有承受压力高、耐高温、耐腐蚀和增加橡胶软管使用寿命的优点,采用碳纤维编织层和玻璃纤维编织层,具有比强度高、比模量高,且质轻、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、耐高温、电绝缘、化学稳定性好等优良性能,混合树脂层和聚乙烯纤维层,具有高强高模的特点、耐腐蚀耐磨损、耐冲击性能和保温性能,包覆硫化方法采用聚酰胺和聚丙烯高分子材料使得橡胶软管具有抗拉伸强度高、耐高温的特点,能显著提高橡胶软管的外观品质,适应了软管工业发展的新要求,易于大范围推广。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管,包括橡胶本体1,所述橡胶本体1的内壁设置有内胶层2,所述橡胶本体1的外壁设置有外胶层3,所述内胶层2和外胶层3之间设置有加强层5,所述外胶层3的外壁设置有包覆层4,所述加强层5包括编织层6和覆盖层7,所述覆盖层7位于编织层6的外壁,所述编织层6包括碳纤维编织层8和玻璃纤维编织层9,所述碳纤维编织层8设置在玻璃纤维编织层9的外壁。
其中,所述覆盖层7包括混合树脂层10和聚乙烯纤维层11,且混合树脂层10位于聚乙烯纤维层11的顶部,具有高强高模的特点和耐腐蚀耐磨损的优点,所述内胶层2和外胶层3均为聚四氟乙烯结构,聚四氟乙烯结构具有承受压力高、耐高温、耐腐蚀和增加橡胶软管使用寿命的优点,所述混合树脂层10的外壁均匀开设有微孔,能够增加橡胶软管的耐冲击性能和保温性能。
工作原理:该橡胶软管采用聚四氟乙烯结构的内胶层2和外胶层3,具有承受压力高、耐高温、耐腐蚀和增加橡胶软管使用寿命的优点,并通过包覆层4粘接了加强层5,加强层5包括编织层6和覆盖层7,编织层6采用碳纤维编织层8和玻璃纤维编织层9,碳纤维编织层8具有比强度高、比模量高,且质轻、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、热膨胀系数小、摩擦系数低、耐高低温的特点,玻璃纤维编织层9也具有较高的拉伸强度,并具有不燃、耐高温、电绝缘、化学稳定性好等优良性能,覆盖层7包括混合树脂层10和聚乙烯纤维层11,具有高强高模的特点和耐腐蚀耐磨损的优点,混合树脂层10的外壁均匀开设有微孔,能够增加橡胶软管的耐冲击性能和保温性能。
一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管包覆硫化方法,该种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管包覆硫化方法具体步骤如下:
S1:选取包覆层:包覆层4由以下质量的原料组成:聚酰胺70g、聚丙烯30g、抗氧化剂1g、光亮剂0.8g和润滑剂2g;
S2:制包覆层管:将具有收缩性的包覆层4倒入至制管型模内,制管型模的直径大于橡胶软管半成品的直径,加热融化后冷却,制成管状包覆层;
S3:软管组合:将橡胶本体1以及内胶层2、加强层5和外胶层3的橡胶软管半成品套接在加热柱上,然后将管状包覆层套接在橡胶软管半成品上;
S4:加热:对加热柱进行加热,加热温度为250℃,管状包覆层收缩而紧固于橡胶软管半成品的外表面;
S5:硫化:然后将覆盖包覆层的橡胶软管置于温度为150℃和压力为600KPa下的蒸汽硫化罐内进行硫化。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管,包括橡胶本体(1),其特征在于:所述橡胶本体(1)的内壁设置有内胶层(2),所述橡胶本体(1)的外壁设置有外胶层(3),所述内胶层(2)和外胶层(3)之间设置有加强层(5),所述外胶层(3)的外壁设置有包覆层(4),所述加强层(5)包括编织层(6)和覆盖层(7),所述覆盖层(7)位于编织层(6)的外壁,所述编织层(6)包括碳纤维编织层(8)和玻璃纤维编织层(9),所述碳纤维编织层(8)设置在玻璃纤维编织层(9)的外壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管,其特征在于:所述覆盖层(7)包括混合树脂层(10)和聚乙烯纤维层(11),且混合树脂层(10)位于聚乙烯纤维层(11)的顶部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管,其特征在于:所述内胶层(2)和外胶层(3)均为聚四氟乙烯结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管,其特征在于:所述混合树脂层(10)的外壁均匀开设有微孔。
5.一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管包覆硫化方法,其特征在于:该种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管包覆硫化方法具体步骤如下:
S1:选取包覆层:包覆层(4)由以下质量的原料组成:聚酰胺70g、聚丙烯30g、抗氧化剂1g、光亮剂0.8g和润滑剂2g;
S2:制包覆层管:将具有收缩性的包覆层(4)倒入至制管型模内,加热融化后冷却,制成管状包覆层;
S3:软管组合:将橡胶本体(1)以及内胶层(2)、加强层(5)和外胶层(3)的橡胶软管半成品套接在加热柱上,然后将管状包覆层套接在橡胶软管半成品上;
S4:加热:对加热柱进行加热,管状包覆层收缩而紧固于橡胶软管半成品的外表面;
S5:硫化:然后将覆盖包覆层的橡胶软管置于一定温度和压力下的蒸汽硫化罐内进行硫化。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管包覆硫化方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中制管型模的直径大于橡胶软管半成品的直径。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管包覆硫化方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中加热柱加热温度为250℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有碳纤维编织层的橡胶软管包覆硫化方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中的温度为150℃,压力为600KPa。
