Abstract
本发明涉及显示领域,特别涉及一种复合保护层及柔性显示装置。所述复合保护层包括聚酰亚胺层,以及分别设置于所述聚酰亚胺层两侧的第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层;所述第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层中,至少一层中包含纳米级着色剂。本发明还涉及柔性显示装置,包括柔性显示面板和设置在所述柔性显示面板出光侧的所述复合保护层。纳米级着色剂在可见光波段具有光谱调整效果,通过在硬涂层或透明光学粘合剂层中加入纳米级着色剂,可以补偿聚酰亚胺层引入的微黄色以产生所需要的色相,特别是配合聚酰亚胺层而产生较白的透射光,从而改善色彩失真的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示领域,特别涉及一种复合保护层及柔性显示装置。
背景技术
随着显示技术的发展,柔性显示装置的应用越来越广泛。柔性显示装置中包括柔性显示面板、触摸屏、偏光层和设置在所述柔性显示面板的出光侧的保护层(Cover film)。
透明聚酰亚胺薄膜(Colorless PI Film)因具有优异的弯折性能、热性能、机械性能与光学性能,从而可极好的匹配柔性显示特征,是未来柔性显示技术理想的保护层材料。
然而,目前业界应用于保护层的聚酰亚胺薄膜仍然可被观察到具有轻微的黄色色调,其在CIELAB标度中对应于b*的正值(b*=0.5~0.8)。由于其自身的轻微黄色色调,该种聚酰亚胺薄膜应用于柔性显示面板后,会使柔性显示装置出现轻微色彩失真。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合保护层及柔性显示装置,所述复合保护层或柔性显示装置的光谱可受到调节,减弱聚酰亚胺层的轻微黄色色调,改善色彩失真情况。
本发明公开了一种复合保护层,包括聚酰亚胺层,以及分别设置于所述聚酰亚胺层两侧的第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层;
所述第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层中,至少一层中包含纳米级着色剂。
优选的,所述聚酰亚胺层与第一透明光学粘合剂层之间还设置有第二硬涂层。
优选的,所述第二硬涂层中包含所述纳米级着色剂。
优选的,所述纳米级着色剂在400~750nm的波段具有光谱调整效果。
优选的,所述纳米级着色剂包括具有纳米级结构的金属和/或纳米级颜料;
所述具有纳米级结构的金属为纳米金属板、纳米金属颗粒、纳米金属带、纳米金属线、纳米金属棒、或纳米金属棱柱;所述具有纳米级结构的金属中,金属为银、金、铟、锡、铝、钛、铁、铜及其合金中的一种或多种;
所述纳米级颜料为纳米氧化硅、纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化锌或者纳米氧化镁;
所述具有纳米级结构的金属的平均粒径不超过100nm;所述纳米级颜料的平均粒径为10~50nm。
优选的,所述第一硬涂层或者第二硬涂层分别由以下组分固化而成:
0.001wt%~40wt%的纳米级着色剂;
10wt%~20wt%的聚合物;
0.02wt%~5wt%的粘合剂;
至少一种添加剂,每种添加剂均不超过5wt%;
余量的第一溶剂;
所述第一硬涂层的厚度为15nm~50μm。
优选的,所述第一透明光学粘合剂层包括光学胶层;
所述光学胶层由以下组分固化而成:
1~20重量份的纳米级着色剂;
60~80重量份的光学胶;
至少一种添加剂,每种添加剂均为0.1~2重量份;
20~40重量份的第二溶剂。
优选的,所述第一透明光学粘合剂层包括依次设置的重离型膜、光学胶层和轻离型胶膜;
所述轻离型胶膜的厚度为25μm~75μm,离型力为2~20g/f;
所述重离型膜的厚度为50μm~125μm,离型力为30~100g/f。
本发明公开了一种柔性显示装置,柔性显示面板和设置在所述柔性显示面板的出光侧的如上述技术方案所述的复合保护层。
优选的,包括依次设置的柔性显示面板、第二透明光学粘合剂层、触摸屏、偏光层和如上述技术方案所述的复合保护层;
所述第二透明光学粘合剂层包含上述技术方案所述的纳米级着色剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的复合保护层包括聚酰亚胺层,以及分别设置于所述聚酰亚胺层两侧的第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层;所述第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层中,至少一层中包含纳米级着色剂。纳米级着色剂在可见光波段具有光谱调整效果,通过在硬涂层或透明光学粘合剂层中加入纳米级着色剂,可以补偿聚酰亚胺层引入的微黄色以产生所需要的色相,特别是配合聚酰亚胺层而产生较白的透射光,从而改善色彩失真的情况。本发明涉及的柔性显示装置,同样包含所述纳米级着色剂,可以补偿聚酰亚胺层引入的微黄色以产生所需要的色相,特别是配合聚酰亚胺层而产生较白的透射光,从而改善色彩失真的情况。
实验结果显示,本发明的复合保护层黄色色相减弱,b*值减小,但是可见光透过率降低不超过2%。

为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明优选实施方案进行描述,但是应当理解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
CIELAB为国际照明委员会(CIE)判定的色彩空间。CIELAB色彩空间使用三维坐标系:L*、a*及b*,其中L*关于色彩的亮度,a*关于色彩在红色与绿色之间的位置;b*关于红色与蓝色之间的位置;「*」值表示相对于标准白色的正规化值。
本发明的实施例公开了一种复合保护层,包括聚酰亚胺层,以及分别设置于所述聚酰亚胺层两侧的第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层;
所述第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层中,至少一层中包含纳米级着色剂。
本发明所述的复合保护层应用于显示装置的外层,所述显示装置包括依次设置的柔性显示面板、触摸屏、偏光层和复合保护层。
如图1所示,所述复合保护层以聚酰亚胺层2为主要结构,所述聚酰亚胺层2由透明聚酰亚胺薄膜制成。所述复合保护层还包括分别设置于所述聚酰亚胺层两侧的第一硬涂层1和第一透明光学粘合剂层3;所述第一硬涂层1的厚度优选为15nm~50μm。
优选的,如图2所示,所述聚酰亚胺层2与第一透明光学粘合剂层3之间还设置有第二硬涂层1’。所述第二硬涂层1’的厚度与所述第一硬涂层的厚度1相同或者不相同,优选为15nm~50μm。
在本发明的实施例中,所述第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层中,至少一层中包含纳米级着色剂。即:所述第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层任意一层中包含纳米级着色剂,或者两层中均包含纳米级着色剂。
优选的,所述第二硬涂层中也包含纳米级着色剂。
在本发明的纳米级着色剂中,优选的,所述纳米级着色剂在400~750nm的波段具有光谱调整效果。
优选的,所述纳米级着色剂包括具有纳米级结构的金属和/或纳米级颜料。
所述具有纳米级结构的金属可以具有不同的形貌、组成和结构,在可见光400~750nm波段具有不同表面等离子体谐振,因此,展现出不同的光谱调整效果。
所述具有纳米级结构的金属优选为纳米金属板、纳米金属颗粒、纳米金属带、纳米金属线、纳米金属棒、或纳米金属棱柱;
所述述具有纳米级结构的金属中,金属优选为银、金、铟、锡、铝、钛、铁、铜及其合金中的一种或多种。
例如:纳米银颗粒可以透射出波长400~450nm的光波,纳米银棒可以透射出波长450~750nm的光波,纳米金颗粒可以透射出波长480~550nm的光波,纳米金棒可以透射出波长530~750nm的光波,纳米金银合金颗粒可以透射出波长400~450nm的光波,空心纳米金颗粒可以透射出波长530~750nm的光波,纳米银管可以透射出波长400~550nm的光波,纳米银板可以透射出波长520~730nm的光波。
所述具有纳米级结构的金属更优选为纳米银颗粒,纳米金银合金颗粒,或纳米银管。所述具有纳米级结构的金属在蓝绿光波段透过率高、在黄光波段透过率尽可能小甚至为0,从而可以有效的与聚酰亚胺层配合作用,减弱其发黄程度。
所述具有纳米级结构的金属透射过的光波还与粒径相关,不同粒径的具有纳米级结构的金属粒子可以展现不同的光谱调整效果。优选的,所述具有纳米级结构的金属的平均粒径不超过100nm。
本发明对于所述具有纳米级结构的金属的来源没有特殊限制,可通过物理的蒸发冷凝法,分子束外延法(MBE),机械球磨法,化学的气相沉积法(CVD),液相沉淀法,溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-gel),自组装单分子层和表面图案化法,水热/溶剂热法等方法来制备,还可以选用市售产品。
所述纳米级颜料为可展现不同色彩的颜料的纳米粒子,可为无机组合物、有机组合物或有机金属组合物,一些颜料可经过加工以形成纳米级微粒或购买市售具有适当的粒子大小的颜料,例如:纳米氧化硅、纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化锌或者纳米氧化镁。所述纳米级颜料的平均粒径优选为10~50nm。
在本发明的实施例中,优选的,所述第一硬涂层或者第二硬涂层分别由以下组分固化而成:
0.001wt%~40wt%的纳米级着色剂;
10wt%~20wt%的聚合物;
0.02wt%~5wt%的粘合剂;
至少一种添加剂,每种添加剂均不超过5wt%;
余量的第一溶剂。
所述聚合物为现有硬涂层中常用的组分,优选包含聚硅氧烷、聚倍半硅氧烷、聚胺基甲酸酯、丙烯酸系树脂、丙烯酸系共聚物、纤维素醚及纤维素酯、其他不溶于水的聚醚、聚酯、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物、聚硫化物及其混合物。
所述添加剂优选为抗氧化剂、润湿剂、表面活性剂、紫外稳定剂、去泡剂、抗起泡剂、抗沉降剂、粘度改善剂或其类似物;在第一硬化层或第二硬化层中,至少包含一种所述添加剂。
所述粘合剂为调节硬涂层各组分均匀混合粘度的物质,一般为胶类,如丙烯酸类、硅基树脂类、聚氨酯类和环氧树脂类中的至少一种或几种。
所述第一溶剂优选为水、醇、酮、醚、酯、芳族化合物、烷烃及其类似物或者所述物质的混合物。
所述第一硬涂层或者第二硬涂层的制备方法优选为:
将0.001wt%~40wt%的纳米级着色剂;10wt%~20wt%的聚合物;0.02wt%~5wt%的粘合剂;至少一种添加剂,每种添加剂均不超过5wt%以及余量的第一溶剂混合,形成混合物;
将所述混合物涂布在聚酰亚胺层的一侧,经过固化,得到第一硬涂层;
或者将所述混合物涂布在聚酰亚胺层的两侧,经过固化,分别得到第一硬涂层和第二硬涂层。
涂布方法可选用以下任一方法,诸如浸涂、喷涂、刀口涂布、棒涂、狭缝挤压式涂布、旋涂、凹版印刷、喷墨印刷等类似方法;固化方法可以使用紫外固化、热固化或其他辐射固化。
在本发明的实施例中,优选的,所述第一透明光学粘合剂层包括光学胶层;
所述光学胶层由以下组分固化而成:
1~20重量份的纳米级着色剂;
60~80重量份的光学胶;
至少一种添加剂,每种添加剂均为0.1~2重量份;
20~40重量份的溶剂。
所述光学胶优选为丙烯酸类、硅基树脂类、聚氨酯类、环氧树脂类中的至少一种或几种。
所述添加剂优选为抗氧化剂、润湿剂、表面活性剂、紫外稳定剂、去泡剂、抗起泡剂、抗沉降剂、粘度改善剂或其类似物;在所述光学胶层中,至少包含一种所述添加剂。
按照本发明的实施例,优选的,所述第一透明光学粘合剂层包括依次设置的重离型膜、光学胶层和轻离型胶膜;
所述轻离型胶膜的厚度为25μm~75μm,离型力为2~20g/f;所述轻离型膜可以是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)中的任意一种;
所述重离型膜的厚度为50μm~125μm,离型力为30~100g/f;重离型膜可以是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)中的任意一种。
所述第一透明光学粘合剂层的制备方法优选为:将光学胶层中的各组分混合,涂布在重离型膜上,干燥固化,形成光学胶层;然后在光学胶层远离重离型膜的一侧贴覆上轻离型膜。
本发明实施例还公开了一种柔性显示装置,包括柔性显示面板和设置在所述柔性显示面板的出光侧的上述技术方案所述的复合保护层。
优选的,所述柔性显示装置包括依次设置的柔性显示面板、第二透明光学粘合剂层、触摸屏、偏光层和保护层;
优选的,所述柔性显示面板包括依次设置的柔性衬底、薄膜晶体管阵列、有机发光单元和薄膜封装层。
优选的,所述柔性显示装置还包括支撑柔性衬底的底层膜片。
优选的,所述第二透明光学粘合剂层包含上述技术方案所述纳米级着色剂。
优选的,所述第二透明光学粘合剂层包括光学胶层;
所述光学胶层由以下组分固化而成:
1~20重量份的纳米级着色剂;
60~80重量份的光学胶;
至少一种添加剂,每种添加剂均为0.1~2重量份;
20~40重量份的溶剂。
所述光学胶优选为丙烯酸类、硅基树脂类、聚氨酯类、环氧树脂类中的至少一种或几种。
所述添加剂优选的为抗氧化剂、润湿剂、表面活性剂、紫外稳定剂、去泡剂、抗起泡剂、抗沉降剂、粘度改善剂或其类似物;在所述光学胶层中,至少包含一种所述添加剂。
按照本发明的实施例,优选的,所述第二透明光学粘合剂层包括依次设置的重离型膜、光学胶层和轻离型胶膜;
所述轻离型胶膜的厚度为25μm~75μm,离型力为2~20g/f;所述轻离型膜可以是PET、PVC、PC、PE、PP中的任意一种;
所述重离型膜的厚度为50μm~125μm,离型力为30~100g/f;重离型膜可以是PET、PVC、PC、PE、PP中的任意一种。
所述第二透明光学粘合剂层的制备方法为:将光学胶层中的各组分混合,涂布在重离型膜上,干燥固化,形成光学胶层;然后在光学胶层远离重离型膜的二侧贴覆上轻离型膜。
所述纳米级着色剂在整个可见光光谱范围(400nm~750nm)内对光谱的作用,会产生很强的吸收。加入所述纳米级着色剂后,柔性显示装置b*会减小,可将光透过率会降低,而且对于b*的降低会更明显。因此对加入所述纳米级着色剂的量的控制极为重要。所述纳米级着色剂的添加量在上述范围内,通过调整可以达到b*至少减小0.1个单位且不明显牺牲其光学性质(例如,可见光透过率降低不超过约2%)。
按照本发明的实施例,柔性显示装置的制备方法为:
提供柔性显示面板;
在柔性显示面板出光侧的表面上形成第二透明光学粘合剂层;
在所述第二透明光学粘合剂层上依次形成触摸屏和偏光层;
在聚酰亚胺层的一侧形成第一硬涂层;
在所述聚酰亚胺层的另一侧形成第一透明光学粘合剂层,使聚酰亚胺层与偏光层通过所述第一透明光学粘合剂层粘合在一起,得到柔性显示装置;
所述第一硬涂层和/或所述第一透明光学粘合剂层中包含纳米级着色剂。
所述第二透明光学粘合剂层中包含纳米级着色剂或者不包含纳米级着色剂。
所述制备方法制备形成的柔性显示装置如图3所示。所述柔性显示装置包括依次设置的柔性显示面板7,第二透明光学粘合剂层6,触摸屏5,偏光层4,第一透明光学粘合剂层3,聚酰亚胺层2,第一硬化层1。
按照本发明的实施例,柔性显示装置的制备方法还可以为:
提供柔性显示面板;
在柔性显示面板出光侧的表面上形成第二透明光学粘合剂层;
在所述第二透明光学粘合剂层上依次形成触摸屏和偏光层;
在聚酰亚胺层的两侧分别形成第一硬涂层和第二硬涂层;
在所述第二硬涂层的另一侧形成第一透明光学粘合剂层,使第二硬涂层与偏光层通过所述第一透明光学粘合剂层粘合在一起,得到柔性显示装置;
所述第一硬涂层和/或所述第一透明光学粘合剂层中包含纳米级着色剂。所述第二透明光学粘合剂层包含或者不包含纳米级着色剂。
所述制备方法制备形成的柔性显示装置如图4所示。所述柔性显示装置包括依次设置的柔性显示面板7,第二透明光学粘合剂层6,触摸屏5,偏光层4,第一透明光学粘合剂层3,第二硬化层1’,聚酰亚胺层2,第一硬化层1。
按照本发明的实施例,柔性显示装置的制备方法还可以为:
提供柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板包括依次设置的柔性衬底、薄膜晶体管阵列、有机发光单元、薄膜封装层;
在所述薄膜封装成上形成第二透明光学粘合剂层;
在所述第二透明光学粘合剂层上依次形成触摸屏和偏光层;
在聚酰亚胺层的一侧形成第一硬涂层;
在所述聚酰亚胺层的另一侧形成第一透明光学粘合剂层,使聚酰亚胺层与偏光层通过所述第一透明光学粘合剂层粘合在一起,得到柔性显示装置;
所述第一硬涂层和/或所述第一透明光学粘合剂层中包含纳米级着色剂。
所述第二透明光学粘合剂层包含或者不包含纳米级着色剂。
所述制备方法制备形成的柔性显示装置如图5所示。所述柔性显示装置包括依次设置的柔性衬底7-4,薄膜晶体管阵列7-3,有机发光单元7-2,薄膜封装层7-1,第二透明光学粘合剂层6,触摸屏5,偏光层4,第一透明光学粘合剂层3,聚酰亚胺层2,第一硬化层1。
按照本发明的实施例,柔性显示装置的制备方法另外可以为:
提供柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板包括依次设置的底层膜片,柔性衬底、薄膜晶体管阵列、有机发光单元、薄膜封装层;
在所述薄膜封装成上形成第二透明光学粘合剂层;
在所述第二透明光学粘合剂层上依次形成触摸屏和偏光层;
在聚酰亚胺层的两侧分别形成第一硬涂层和第二硬涂层;
在所述第二硬涂层的另一侧形成第一透明光学粘合剂层,使第二硬涂层与偏光层通过所述第一透明光学粘合剂层粘合在一起,得到柔性显示装置;
所述第一硬涂层和/或所述第一透明光学粘合剂层中包含纳米级着色剂。
所述第二透明光学粘合剂层包含或者不包含纳米级着色剂。
所述制备方法制备形成的柔性显示装置如图6所示。所述柔性显示装置包括依次设置的底层膜片7-5,柔性衬底7-4,薄膜晶体管阵列7-3,有机发光单元7-2,薄膜封装层7-1,第二透明光学粘合剂层6,触摸屏5,偏光层4,第一透明光学粘合剂层3,第二硬化层1’,聚酰亚胺层2,第一硬化层1。

Claims (10)
1.一种复合保护层,其特征在于,包括聚酰亚胺层,以及分别设置于所述聚酰亚胺层两侧的第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层;
所述第一硬涂层和第一透明光学粘合剂层中,至少一层中包含纳米级着色剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合保护层,其特征在于,所述聚酰亚胺层与第一透明光学粘合剂层之间还设置有第二硬涂层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合保护层,其特征在于,所述第二硬涂层中包含所述纳米级着色剂。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的复合保护层,其特征在于,所述纳米级着色剂在400~750nm的波段具有光谱调整效果。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合保护层,其特征在于,所述纳米级着色剂包括具有纳米级结构的金属和/或纳米级颜料;
所述具有纳米级结构的金属为纳米金属板、纳米金属颗粒、纳米金属带、纳米金属线、纳米金属棒、或纳米金属棱柱;所述具有纳米级结构的金属中,金属为银、金、铟、锡、铝、钛、铁、铜及其合金中的一种或多种;
所述纳米级颜料为纳米氧化硅、纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化锌或者纳米氧化镁;
所述具有纳米级结构的金属的平均粒径不超过100nm;所述纳米级颜料的平均粒径为10~50nm。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的复合保护层,其特征在于,所述第一硬涂层或者第二硬涂层分别由以下组分固化而成:
0.001wt%~40wt%的纳米级着色剂;
10wt%~20wt%的聚合物;
0.02wt%~5wt%的粘合剂;
至少一种添加剂,每种添加剂均不超过5wt%;
余量的第一溶剂;
所述第一硬涂层的厚度为15nm~50μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合保护层,其特征在于,所述第一透明光学粘合剂层包括光学胶层;
所述光学胶层由以下组分固化而成:
1~20重量份的纳米级着色剂;
60~80重量份的光学胶;
至少一种添加剂,每种添加剂均为0.1~2重量份;
20~40重量份的第二溶剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的复合保护层,其特征在于,所述第一透明光学粘合剂层包括依次设置的重离型膜、光学胶层和轻离型胶膜;
所述轻离型胶膜的厚度为25μm~75μm,离型力为2~20g/f;
所述重离型膜的厚度为50μm~125μm,离型力为30~100g/f。
9.一种柔性显示装置,其特征在于,包括柔性显示面板和设置在所述柔性显示面板的出光侧的如权利要求1~8任意一项所述的复合保护层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,包括依次设置的柔性显示面板、第二透明光学粘合剂层、触摸屏、偏光层和如权利要求1~8任意一项所述的复合保护层;
所述第二透明光学粘合剂层包含权利要求1中所述的纳米级着色剂。
