The cover connecting shaft 240 is provided therein with a rotating shaft 244 for operating the cover 220 by being connected to the guide unit 320 of the opening/closing device 120, a bearing member 246 for supporting the rotating operation of the rotating shaft 244 is provided on an inner circumferential surface so as to surround the rotating shaft 244, a connecting body 242 is provided on an outer circumferential surface, and a cover fixing member 250 coupled to a distal end portion of the cover 220 is provided on the connecting body 242.
The cover connecting shaft 240 is provided with a connector 260, and the connector 260 is used for inserting and coupling both ends of the rotating shaft 244 and transmitting the rotation operation of the opening/closing device 120 to the rotating shaft 244 side by the guide unit 320 connecting the rotating shaft 244 and the opening/closing device 120.

On the other hand, the driving device 130 of the present invention includes: a driving motor 402 directly connected to a power source supplied from a structure of a vehicle for towing a convertible truck, and driven to rotate in a forward direction and a reverse direction when the power source is inputted thereto; a wire member 410 that moves the guide unit 320 of the opening and closing device 120 in the width direction by the rotational operation of the driving motor 402; a plurality of roller members 420, 430 for maintaining a constant tension of the wire member 410; and an opening/closing driving part 440 for unwinding and winding the wire member 410 by receiving the rotational force of the driving motor 402.
The wire member 410 includes: a closing wire 412 that is wound when the closing operation of the cover 220 is performed; and an opening wire 414 that is wound when the cover 220 is opened.
The closing wire 412 has one end connected to the wire work roll 448 of the opening/closing driving part 440 and the other end connected to the wire fixing shaft 330 of the guide unit 320, and moves the guide unit 320 in the width direction to operate the cover 220 when closing the opened upper portion of the loading platform 104.
The automatic cover device for a convertible car according to the present invention includes a plurality of closing rollers 420 so that the tension of the closing wire 412 is maintained constant and the operation is performed smoothly.
The closing roller 420 includes: a first closing roller 422 attached to the truck 102 for performing a first adjustment of the tension of the closing wire 412; and a second closing roller 424 attached to the guide frame 310 for maintaining a tension applied to the other end of the closing wire 412 connected to the guide unit 320.
The other end of the opening thread 414 is connected to the thread roller 448 of the opening/closing driving unit 440, and one end thereof is connected to the thread fixing shaft 330 of the guide unit 320. When the cargo box 104 is opened, the guide unit 320 is moved in the width direction of the cover case 210.
The automatic cover apparatus for a convertible truck of the present invention includes a plurality of opening rollers 430 to maintain tension of the opening wire 414 and to smoothly operate.
The opening roller 430 includes: a first opening roller 432 installed at the convertible wagon 102 for performing a first adjustment of the other end of the opening line 414; and a second opening roller 434 attached to the guide frame 310 and positioned on the cover case 210 side to maintain tension applied to one end of the opening wire 414 connected to the guide unit 320 side.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the thread member 410 described above, when the closing thread 412 is operated, the opening thread 414 is unwound from the thread operating roll 448 and the closing thread 412 is wound by the same amount as the unwinding amount, and the guide unit 320 is supported to move in the width direction.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, when the opening thread 414 is operated in the thread member 410, the closing thread 412 is unwound from the thread operating roll 448, and the opening thread 414 is wound by the same amount as the unwinding amount and the guide unit 320 is moved in the width direction, thereby opening the upper portion of the container 104.
The automatic lid device for a convertible truck according to the present invention is provided with an opening/closing driving unit 440, and the opening/closing driving unit 440 is connected to the driving motor 402, and operates the wire member 410 based on the rotational force transmitted from the driving motor 402 to open/close the lid cover 220.
The opening/closing driving part 440 includes: a drive gear 442 provided to the drive motor 402; a speed change gear 444 coupled with the driving gear 442, receiving the rotational force of the driving motor 402 from the driving gear 442, and changing the received rotational force; a working gear 446 that operates the wire member 410 by receiving a rotational force through shifting from the speed change gear 444; and a wire work roll 448 connected to the work gear 446 to unwind and wind the wire member 410.
Among them, it is preferable that the gear values of the driving gear 442 and the speed change gear 444 are constituted in a ratio of 1: 10.
In the case where the ratio of the driving gear 442 to the speed change gear 444 is less than 1:10, the opening and closing operation of the cover 220 is performed at a high speed while a malfunction between the gears may occur, and in the case where the ratio of the driving gear 442 to the speed change gear 444 is greater than 1:10, the opening and closing operation of the cover 220 is performed at an extremely low speed, and therefore, in the present invention, the optimum ratio of the driving gear 442 to the speed change gear 444 is 1: 10.
On the other hand, the driving device 130 of the present invention further includes: a power supply part 450 connected to a power source supplied from a vehicle for towing the trucks, and connected to a power source connection part provided to each truck, for inputting a power source to the driving motor 402; and an external power supply part 460 for supplying an external power when the power supply part 450 is failed.
The driving device 130 of the present invention as described above is further provided with the wire fixing frame 140, and the wire fixing frame 140 prevents corrosion by preventing the wire member 410 from being exposed to the outside.
As shown in fig. 10, the driving device 130 of the present invention configured as described above is further provided with a manual operation unit 470 so that the cover 220 can be opened and closed by manual operation.
The manual operation unit 470 is provided at one side of the operation gear 446, and is configured to manually open and close the cover 220 when the cover 220 cannot be opened and closed due to a failure of the driving motor 402, and the manual operation unit 470 includes: a manual gear 474 for selectively meshing with the working gear 446 to rotate the working gear 446; and an operation knob 476 provided to the manual gear 474 for transmitting a predetermined rotational force to the manual gear 474 side.
The manual operating unit 470 includes an operating plate 442, and the operating plate 442 is used to couple and decouple the manual gear 474 and the operating gear 446 so that the manual gear 474 is engaged with and disengaged from the operating gear 44 only when manual operation is required.
The automatic lid device for a convertible car according to the present invention further includes a display lamp 478, and when the manual operation part 470 performs an opening and closing operation of the lid cover 220, the display lamp 478 displays the opening and closing operation.
Note that, it is preferable that the display lamp 478 not only displays the operation of the manual operation unit 470, but also displays whether or not the operation is performed by emitting light when the cover 220 is opened or closed by inputting power to the driving motor 402.
In the automatic lid device for a convertible, power is supplied to the driving motor 402 through the driving switch 150.
The driving switch 150 may be a remote controller type including a power supply button, a power supply cutoff button, and the like, or may be a normal limit switch type that determines whether or not to supply power depending on whether or not to contact the guide unit 320.
For example, as shown in fig. 11, the driving switch 150 of the present invention is located on the guide frame 310, and the driving switch 150 includes: a driving plate 510 disposed at an end of the guide frame 310 and contacting the guide unit 320; and a power switch 540 provided at an end of the driving board 510, for turning on or off power supply according to whether the driving board 510 is operated.
A rotation link 512 may be provided on one surface of the driving plate 510, and when the guide unit 320 is brought into contact with the driving plate 510, the rotation link 512 rotates the driving plate 510.
The driving plate 510 further includes an elastic body 530 formed of a component such as a spring, and the elastic body 530 returns the driving switch 150 to the home position after the rotation.
In a state where the guide unit 150 is not in contact with the drive switch 150, the drive switch 150 determines that the guide unit 320 is operating, and thus, the supply (ON) of power to the drive motor 402 side is continued, and when the guide unit 320 is in contact with the drive switch, the open/close operation of the cover 220 is determined to be completed, and the supply (OFF) of power to the drive motor 402 side is cut OFF.
The automatic lid device for a convertible truck according to the present invention configured as described above is an invention as follows: the upper part of the container can be opened and closed by the arrangement under the state that the equipment of the existing open wagon is not modified or removed, the loading and unloading work of goods is not hindered, when the open wagon runs, the pollution to the surrounding environment caused by scattered dust of the loaded goods can be prevented, the loaded goods can be protected from rain, snow and wind, and particularly, the accidental fire accidents of the goods with anthracite, bituminous coal and the like as ignition substances can be prevented.
The above description is merely an exemplary description of the technical idea of the present invention, and a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications and variations without departing from the essential characteristics of the present invention. Therefore, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention are provided to illustrate the technical idea of the present invention, not to limit the technical idea of the present invention, and the scope of the technical idea of the present invention is not limited by the above-described embodiments. The scope of the invention should be construed as being indicated by the appended claims, and all technical equivalents to the scope of the invention are intended to be embraced therein.
Industrial applicability
The invention relates to an automatic cover device for a truck, which can be used in the field of truck manufacturing industry.

Claims (20)

1. An automatic cover device for a convertible truck, comprising:
a cover part provided with a cover for opening and closing the upper part of a cargo box of the open wagon;
opening and closing devices respectively provided in front and rear of the convertible wagon, and coupled to both ends of the hood to support opening and closing operations of the hood; and
a driving device including a wire member for operating the opening and closing device, an opening and closing driving unit for supporting unwinding and winding operations of the wire member, a driving motor for supplying a rotational force to the opening and closing driving unit, and a power supply unit for supplying a power to the driving motor;
wherein, above-mentioned switching device includes:
guide means connected to the hood and the drive device, respectively, for moving the hood in a width direction of the truck in accordance with the drive of the drive device and opening and closing the hood;
guide frames respectively provided in front and rear of the convertible wagon, and provided with horizontal gears for guiding operation of the guide units so that the cover is opened and closed; and
and a dust blocking unit provided at one surface of the guide frame, for blocking inflow of dust or foreign substances of the goods stored in the container.
2. The automatic cover device for a convertible truck of claim 1, wherein the cover portion comprises:
a cover for opening and closing an upper part of the cargo box;
a cover winding unit for winding the cover and supporting the opening and closing operation of the cover by being connected to the wire member;
a cover case for accommodating the cover and the cover winding unit;
a cover connecting shaft provided at a distal end portion of the cover and connected to the opening/closing device; and
and a cover brush provided on an upper surface of the cover housing to block inflow of the foreign matter when the cover is opened and closed.
3. The automatic lid device for a convertible truck as claimed in claim 2, wherein said cover comprises:
a plurality of support ribs and auxiliary ribs for preventing a sagging phenomenon generated by a weight load of a self weight or an external foreign matter when the cargo box is closed; and
and a plurality of rib fixing units for connecting the cover with the support ribs and fixing the positions of the support ribs.
4. The automatic lid device for a convertible truck as claimed in claim 2, wherein said hood connecting shaft comprises:
a rotating shaft connected to the opening/closing device to support the opening/closing operation of the cover;
a bearing member for supporting a rotation operation of the rotary shaft;
a cover fixing member coupled to a distal end portion of the cover; and
and a connecting body portion in which the rotating shaft and the bearing member are incorporated.
5. The automatic lid device for a convertible truck as claimed in claim 4, wherein said hood connecting shaft further comprises a connector for connecting said rotary shaft and said opening and closing means.

The automatic lid device for a convertible truck as claimed in claim 2, wherein a lid access hole for pushing and pulling out the lid cover is formed at one side of an upper portion in the lid housing, and a foreign matter discharge port for discharging rainwater or foreign matter is formed at a lower end portion.
7. The automatic lid device for a convertible truck as claimed in claim 2, wherein said lid housing further comprises a sagging prevention member provided at a lower portion of said lid rolling unit for preventing the lid cover from sagging in a curved form.
8. The automatic lid device for a convertible according to claim 1, wherein the opening and closing device further comprises a lid fixing unit for fixing a position of the lid cover where the opening and closing operation is completed by selectively stopping the operation of the guide unit.
9. The automatic cover device for a convertible truck according to claim 8, wherein the cover fixing unit comprises:
a rotating panel which rotates in contact with the guide unit; and
and a stopper provided at an end of the rotating panel, for stopping the operation of the guide unit after the opening operation or the closing operation of the cover is completed.
10. The automatic lid device for a convertible truck according to claim 1, wherein the guide unit comprises:
a guide rail provided inside the guide frame, for guiding the guide unit to move in a width direction so as to open and close the cover;
a guide gear engaged with the horizontal gear to support the guide unit to move in a width direction;
a thread fixing shaft which is connected with the thread member and moves along the width direction, and is used for unwinding or winding the thread member;
a guide shaft for guiding an opening/closing operation of the cover by connecting the guide unit and the cover; and
and a support bearing for supporting the guide unit to move along the width direction by rotating.
11. The automatic lid device for a convertible truck as claimed in claim 10, wherein the guide frame further comprises rail protrusions and rail grooves provided at positions corresponding to each other to support the guide rails to operate.
12. The automatic lid device for a convertible truck according to claim 1, wherein the wire member comprises:
a plurality of closing wires which are wound when the cover is closed; and
and a plurality of opening wires which are wound when the cover is opened.
13. The automatic lid device for a convertible according to claim 1, wherein the driving device is provided with a plurality of closing rollers and opening rollers for maintaining a constant tension of the wire member.
14. The automatic lid device for a convertible according to claim 1, wherein the opening/closing driving part comprises:
a drive gear provided to the drive motor;
a speed change gear coupled to the driving gear for changing a rotational speed of the driving motor;
a working gear for operating the wire member by receiving a rotational force through a speed change from the speed change gear; and
and a wire work roller connected to the work gear, and configured to open and close the cover by operating the opening and closing device by unwinding and winding the wire member.
15. The automatic lid device for a convertible truck as claimed in claim 14, wherein the drive gear and the change gear are formed in a ratio of 1: 10.
16. The automatic lid device for a convertible truck as claimed in claim 1, wherein said driving means further comprises an external power supply for supplying an external power when said power supply is failed.
17. The automatic lid device for a convertible according to claim 1, wherein the driving means further comprises a wire fixing frame for preventing corrosion by blocking the wire member from being exposed to the outside.
18. The automatic lid device for a convertible truck as claimed in claim 1, wherein said driving means further comprises a manual operating portion for manually operating said wire member.
19. The automatic lid device for a convertible according to claim 1, wherein said driving means further comprises a display lamp for displaying whether said lid cover is operated or not when said opening and closing means is operated.
20. The automatic lid device for a convertible cargo vehicle according to claim 1, further comprising a drive switch for automatically supplying and cutting off power to the drive device side according to whether the opening and closing device is operated.
