毛毯是一种常用的床上用品,具有保暖功能,与被子相比较薄。其原料多采用动物纤维(如羊毛、马海毛、兔毛、羊绒、驼绒、牦牛绒)或腈纶、粘胶纤维等化学纤维,也有的为动物纤维与化纤混纺制成的。双面都有丰厚毛绒的毛织物,表面有丰厚的毛绒,具有保暖性能的床上用毛织物,也可用作床罩、壁毯等装饰品。分纯毛毯、混纺毛毯、化纤毛毯三类,按织造方法分有机织、簇绒、经编、针刺、缝编等。毯面花式有提花、印花、素色、鸳鸯色、道子、格子等。毯面风格有绒面型、立绒型、顺毛型、滚球型和水纹型等。弹性和保暖性强,质地厚实。主要用作床上盖被,兼作床罩或壁毯等装饰品。毛毯的外观形象多样。
在拉舍尔毛毯领域,消费者不仅要求产品具有保暖的作用,而且具有绒面丰满、柔软舒适、素雅高贵、轻盈的手感风格。但是在国内市场上拉舍尔毛毯一般以腈纶毛毯为主,纯化纤的吸水透气性能不能和天然纤维相媲美,还有少部分的棉和羊毛拉舍尔毛毯,质量档次都不够高,均不能满足消费者对拉舍尔毛毯的需求。
中国专利200410099015.4公开了一种莫代尔绵拉舍尔毛毯,其以莫代尔和绵替代腈纶,它由下述重量百分比的原料配制:莫代尔35~50%、绵30~40%,涤纶15~30%,制作方法为将涤纶长丝进行整经,莫代尔和绵混纺后的毛纱整经,然后将二者编织,剖绒,检验,入半成品仓库。本发明的优点在于透气性好,导湿性强,表面光滑。但是该专利申请虽然解决了由纯化学纤维织造的拉舍尔毛毯所带来的吸水性能和手感差的缺点。但是由于莫代尔和绵的混纺纱属于绵型纱,只适合做薄型毛毯,而且其光泽黯淡,手感较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,获得一种透气性好,导湿性强,光泽感好,手感舒适,且可以根据使用需求调整厚度的毛毯,本发明提供了一种多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯,按重量份计,所述毛毯包括羊毛40~60份、腈纶10~35份、大豆蛋白纤维8~18份、牛奶蛋白纤维5~17份、蚕丝蛋白纤维6~18份、涤纶30~55份;所述羊毛的细度为16~19微米。
优选的,按重量份计,所述毛毯包括羊毛52份、腈纶28份、大豆蛋白纤维15份、牛奶蛋白纤维13份、蚕丝蛋白纤维13份、涤纶48份;所述羊毛的细度为18微米。
一种多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将羊毛、腈纶、大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和蚕丝蛋白纤维混合制成毛绒纱,并置于拉舍尔经编机的纱架上;将涤纶作为底丝整经,整经长度10000-12000m,整经速度400-600m/min;将整经后的底丝与毛绒纱织成坯布;编织速度为400-500r/min;
(2)将坯布置于染料助剂中进行印花处理,按重量份计,所述染料助剂包括兰纳洒脱黄1~5份、兰纳洒脱红1~5份、酒石酸2~8份、均染剂3~11份、糊料2~7份、固色剂3~8份、去离子水20~35份,螯合分散剂1~3份;染料助剂的pH为4.5~5.8,坯布与染料助剂的浴比为1:15~30;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的染色坯布进行碱处理,碱处理液中氢氧化钠的含量为4~8g/L,碳酸钠3~6g/L,坯布与碱处理液的浴比为1:15~25,碱处理温度为50~70℃,碱处理时间为40~70min;
(4)将碱处理后的坯布进行防霉处理,防霉用的防霉液中防霉剂含量为2~5g/L,纯碱1~2.5g/L,坯布与防霉液的浴比为1:18~20,防霉处理温度为35~55℃,防霉处理时间为1~3小时;
(5)将防霉处理后的坯布100~105℃蒸化35~50分钟,60~70℃水洗,水洗速度为3米/分钟,然后采用5节烘箱进行烘干,5节烘箱的温度依次设置为70~90℃、90~110℃、110~130℃、90~110℃、70~90℃,烘干过程中毛毯的移动速度为3~4米/分钟;
(6)从烘干后的毛毯按顺毛方向通过烘箱下方的热压辊进行热轧,热压辊的温度为150~160℃,走布速度为3~4米/分钟,热压辊的压力为4MPa。
优选的,步骤(1)中将羊毛、腈纶、大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和蚕丝蛋白纤维混合制成毛绒纱,并置于拉舍尔经编机的纱架上;将涤纶作为底丝整经,整经长度12000m,整经速度400m/min;将整经后的底丝与毛绒纱织成坯布;编织速度为450r/min。
优选的,步骤(2)中将坯布置于染料助剂中进行印花处理,按重量份计,所述染料助剂包括兰纳洒脱黄3份、兰纳洒脱红2份、酒石酸6份、均染剂9份、糊料5份、固色剂6份、去离子水28份,螯合分散剂2份;染料助剂的pH为5.2,坯布与染料助剂的浴比为1:25。
优选的,步骤(3)中将步骤(2)得到的染色坯布进行碱处理,碱处理液中氢氧化钠的含量为6g/L,碳酸钠5g/L,坯布与碱处理液的浴比为1:20,碱处理温度为65℃,碱处理时间为65min。
优选的,步骤(4)中将碱处理后的坯布进行防霉处理,防霉用的防霉液中防霉剂含量为3.5g/L,纯碱2g/L,坯布与防霉液的浴比为1:20,防霉处理温度为48℃,防霉处理时间为2小时。
优选的,步骤(5)中将防霉处理后的坯布105℃蒸化40分钟,65℃水洗,水洗速度为3米/分钟,然后采用5节烘箱进行烘干,5节烘箱的温度依次设置为80℃、100℃、120℃、100℃、80℃,烘干过程中毛毯的移动速度为3.5米/分钟。
优选的,步骤(6)中从烘干后的毛毯按顺毛方向通过烘箱下方的热压辊进行热轧,热压辊的温度为155℃,走布速度为3米/分钟,热压辊的压力为4MPa。
有益效果:(1)本发明所述毛毯具有羊绒的手感,真丝般的光泽,绵的透气保暖性,且与人体皮肤亲和性好,具有良好的保健作用;(2)本发明所述毛毯可以根据使用需求调整厚度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯,按重量份计,所述毛毯包括羊毛40份、腈纶10份、大豆蛋白纤维8份、牛奶蛋白纤维5份、蚕丝蛋白纤维6份、涤纶30份;所述羊毛的细度为16微米。
一种多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将羊毛、腈纶、大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和蚕丝蛋白纤维混合制成毛绒纱,并置于拉舍尔经编机的纱架上;将涤纶作为底丝整经,整经长度10000m,整经速度400m/min;将整经后的底丝与毛绒纱织成坯布;编织速度为400r/min;
(2)将坯布置于染料助剂中进行印花处理,按重量份计,所述染料助剂包括兰纳洒脱黄1份、兰纳洒脱红1份、酒石酸2份、均染剂3份、糊料2份、固色剂3份、去离子水20份,螯合分散剂1份;染料助剂的pH为4.5,坯布与染料助剂的浴比为1:15;

(5)将防霉处理后的坯布100℃蒸化35分钟,60℃水洗,水洗速度为3米/分钟,然后采用5节烘箱进行烘干,5节烘箱的温度依次设置为70℃、90℃、110℃、90℃、70℃,烘干过程中毛毯的移动速度为3米/分钟;

实施例2

(5)将防霉处理后的坯布105℃蒸化40分钟,65℃水洗,水洗速度为3米/分钟,然后采用5节烘箱进行烘干,5节烘箱的温度依次设置为80℃、100℃、120℃、100℃、80℃,烘干过程中毛毯的移动速度为3.5米/分钟;
(6)从烘干后的毛毯按顺毛方向通过烘箱下方的热压辊进行热轧,热压辊的温度为155℃,走布速度为3米/分钟,热压辊的压力为4MPa。
实施例3
一种多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯,按重量份计,所述毛毯包括羊毛60份、腈纶35份、大豆蛋白纤维18份、牛奶蛋白纤维17份、蚕丝蛋白纤维18份、涤纶55份;所述羊毛的细度为19微米。
一种多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将羊毛、腈纶、大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和蚕丝蛋白纤维混合制成毛绒纱,并置于拉舍尔经编机的纱架上;将涤纶作为底丝整经,整经长度12000m,整经速度600m/min;将整经后的底丝与毛绒纱织成坯布;编织速度为500r/min;
(2)将坯布置于染料助剂中进行印花处理,按重量份计,所述染料助剂包括兰纳洒脱黄5份、兰纳洒脱红5份、酒石酸8份、均染剂11份、糊料7份、固色剂8份、去离子水35份,螯合分散剂3份;染料助剂的pH为5.8,坯布与染料助剂的浴比为1:30;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的染色坯布进行碱处理,碱处理液中氢氧化钠的含量为8g/L,碳酸钠6g/L,坯布与碱处理液的浴比为1:25,碱处理温度为70℃,碱处理时间为70min;
(4)将碱处理后的坯布进行防霉处理,防霉用的防霉液中防霉剂含量为5g/L,纯碱2.5g/L,坯布与防霉液的浴比为1:20,防霉处理温度为55℃,防霉处理时间为3小时;
(5)将防霉处理后的坯布105℃蒸化50分钟,70℃水洗,水洗速度为3米/分钟,然后采用5节烘箱进行烘干,5节烘箱的温度依次设置为90℃、110℃、130℃、110℃、90℃,烘干过程中毛毯的移动速度为4米/分钟;
(6)从烘干后的毛毯按顺毛方向通过烘箱下方的热压辊进行热轧,热压辊的温度为160℃,走布速度为4米/分钟,热压辊的压力为4MPa。
对实施例1~3制备获得的多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯进行成分测试,结果如下表所示:
Claims (9)
1.一种多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述毛毯包括羊毛40~60份、腈纶10~35份、大豆蛋白纤维8~18份、牛奶蛋白纤维5~17份、蚕丝蛋白纤维6~18份、涤纶30~55份;所述羊毛的细度为16~19微米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述毛毯包括羊毛52份、腈纶28份、大豆蛋白纤维15份、牛奶蛋白纤维13份、蚕丝蛋白纤维13份、涤纶48份;所述羊毛的细度为18微米。
3.权利要求1或2所述的一种多功能蛋白纤维混纺经编毛毯的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
(1)将羊毛、腈纶、大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和蚕丝蛋白纤维混合制成毛绒纱,并置于拉舍尔经编机的纱架上;将涤纶作为底丝整经,整经长度10000-12000m,整经速度400-600m/min;将整经后的底丝与毛绒纱织成坯布;编织速度为400-500r/min;
(2)将坯布置于染料助剂中进行印花处理,按重量份计,所述染料助剂包括兰纳洒脱黄1~5份、兰纳洒脱红1~5份、酒石酸2~8份、均染剂3~11份、糊料2~7份、固色剂3~8份、去离子水20~35份,螯合分散剂1~3份;染料助剂的pH为4.5~5.8,坯布与染料助剂的浴比为1:15~30;
