Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用辅助储罐对液化石油气(liquefied petroleum gas,LPG)车辆充补LPG的系统。具体地,本发明涉及这样一种使用辅助储罐对LPG车辆充补LPG的系统:其配置成,即使在外部温度迅速升高的炎热季节(夏季)等,除了使用主储罐之外,也通过使用辅助储罐对主储罐充补LPG。
背景技术
如图7中所示,充补LPG车辆的方法通常包括:操作加油/气站的充补泵2的步骤、通过操作充补泵2而将LPG从加油/气站的LPG储存器1输送至注充枪3的步骤,以及通过注充枪3的LPG充补压力而用LPG充补车辆的LPG储罐的步骤。
然而,在外部温度迅速升高的炎热季节中,当车辆的LPG储罐中的压力高于LPG充补压力时,不能进行LPG的充补。
也就是说,当车辆的LPG储罐中的压力高于LPG充补压力时,与溢流阀整体形成的止回阀不能打开。为此原因,不能从注充枪用LPG充补LPG储罐。
例如,在大气温度等于或高于约40℃的炎热季节,车辆的LPG储罐中的压力(例如16.5巴)变得高于注充枪的LPG充补压力(16.3巴=8.3巴(其为加油/气站的LPG储存器中的压力)+8.0巴(其为由充补泵的操作产生的LPG泵送压力)),由此阻止与溢流阀整体形成的止回阀的打开。为此原因,不能从注充枪用LPG充补LPG储罐。

发明内容
本发明的各个方面旨在提供一种使用辅助储罐对LPG车辆充补LPG的系统,其配置为:在主储罐以外安装辅助储罐,在外部温度迅速升高的炎热季节,当主储罐中的压力高于注充枪的LPG充补压力时,通过将主储罐中部分的LPG移动至辅助储罐而使主储罐中的压力变得低于充补压力,从而对主储罐连续平滑地再次充补LPG。
在示例性实施方案中,使用辅助储罐对LPG车辆充补LPG的系统包括:主储罐和辅助储罐,其安装于LPG车辆;燃料传输管线,其连接在主储罐和辅助储罐之间;第一电磁阀,其安装于燃料传输管线,以可以打开或可以关闭;内部压力升高装置,其安装于辅助储罐,以增加辅助储罐中的温度和压力;以及控制器,其控制第一电磁阀的打开和关闭。
所述系统可以进一步包括第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器,所述第一压力传感器检测主储罐中的压力,所述第二压力传感器检测辅助储罐中的压力。
所述内部压力升高装置可以为辅助燃料泵,其安装于辅助储罐中以压缩LPG。
所述内部压力升高装置可以为加热器,其安装于辅助储罐以增加辅助储罐中的温度。
当主储罐中的压力高于参考充补压力时或者当通过内部压力升高装置的操作而升高的辅助储罐中的压力高于主储罐中的压力时,可以通过控制器打开第一电磁阀。
主储罐可以安装于位于车身的后底部的车辆底盘,辅助储罐可以安装于车辆内部的后备箱地板。
在另一示例性实施方案中,使用辅助储罐对LPG车辆充补LPG的系统包括:主储罐和辅助储罐,其安装于LPG车辆;燃料传输管线,其连接在主储罐和辅助储罐之间;第一电磁阀,其安装于燃料传输管线,以可以打开或可以关闭;辅助燃料泵,其安装于辅助储罐;第二电磁阀,其安装至辅助燃料泵的排放侧,在LPG直接供应至发动机时,所述第二电磁阀打开;以及控制器,其控制第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀的打开和关闭。

在发动机以低于预定负载量的负载驱动时,可以响应于控制器的控制信号而打开所述第二电磁阀。
在主储罐中的燃料不能泵送至发动机的紧急情况中,可以响应控制器的控制信号而打开所述第二电磁阀。
主储罐可以安装于位于车身的后底部的车辆底盘,辅助储罐可以安装于车辆内部的后备箱地板。

图1和图2中所示的用于充补LPG车辆的系统具有相同的构造,但它们相互区别于:在图1中,安装于辅助储罐中的内部压力升高装置显示为辅助燃料泵,而在图2中显示为加热器。
在图1和图2中,附图标记10是指作为LPG车辆的主燃料罐的主储罐。
在外部温度升高的炎热季节中,当主储罐10中的压力高于LPG注充枪的充补压力时,不能用LPG充补主储罐10。
为了解决不能用LPG再次充补主储罐10的现象,在本发明的示例性实施方案中,进一步将辅助储罐20与主储罐10一起安装于车辆。
如图6中所示,主储罐10安装于车辆底盘30,车辆底盘30位于车身的后底部并且为有利于增加储罐容量的位置,辅助储罐20安装于后备箱地板32,其中,储罐的温度变化较小。
此处,主储罐10连接至辅助储罐20,使得主储罐10和辅助储罐20利用燃料传输管线12而彼此流动地连通。第一电磁阀14安装于燃料传输管线12,以阻断或允许燃料传输。
在此情况下,必须测量储罐10和20的每个中的压力,以在主储罐10和辅助储罐20之间传输LPG。
为此目的,用于检测主储罐10中的压力的第一压力传感器16安装于主储罐10,用于检测辅助储罐20中的压力的第二压力传感器18安装于辅助储罐20。
第一压力传感器16优选地包括在于调节器28,调节器28安装于燃料供应管线24和燃料返回管线26之间。
作为参考,在主储罐10的LPG经由燃料供应管线24而供应至发动机22并且未燃烧的燃料经由燃料返回管线26而返回至主储罐10时,调节器28控制燃料的流速和压力。
在主储罐10中的燃料经由燃料供应管线24而供应至发动机22时,由包括于调节器28的第一压力传感器来检测穿过调节器28的燃料的压力,将作为主储罐10中的压力信号的经检测的燃料压力传送至控制器38。
此外,因为由第二压力传感器18检测的辅助储罐20中的压力作为辅助储罐20中的压力信号而被传送至控制器38,所以控制器38基于第一压力传感器16和第二压力传感器18检测到的信号来控制第一电磁阀14的打开和关闭。
当主储罐10中的压力高于参考充补压力或者通过内部压力升高装置的操作而升高的辅助储罐20中的压力高于主储罐10中的压力时,控制器38使得第一电磁阀14打开。在其他情况中,控制器38使得第一电磁阀14关闭。
同时,为了将LPG从主储罐10传输至辅助储罐20并随后将LPG从辅助储罐20再次传输至主储罐10,辅助储罐20的燃料的压力或辅助储罐20中的压力必须增加。
为此目的,内部压力升高装置安装于辅助储罐20,以增加辅助储罐20中的温度和压力。
内部压力升高装置可以为辅助燃料泵34,辅助燃料泵34安装于辅助储罐20以压缩辅助储罐20中的LPG,或者内部压力升高装置可以为加热器36,加热器36安装于辅助储罐20以增加辅助储罐20中的温度和压力。
后文中,将参考图1至图3描述根据本发明的各个示例性实施方案的具有以上构造的用于充补LPG车辆的系统的操作。
首先,检测主储罐10中的压力。
也就是说,第一压力传感器16检测主储罐10中的压力,并将检测到的信号传送至控制器38。
控制器38将主储罐10中的压力与参考上限压力(例如10巴)进行比较(S101)。
当比较结果是主储罐10中的压力低于参考上限压力(例如10巴)时,控制器38使得第一电磁阀14关闭(S102)。
换言之,当主储罐10中的当前压力低于参考上限压力时,控制器38确定主储罐10中的压力低于注充枪的LPG充补压力,使得第一电磁阀14关闭。
因此,在由于第一电磁阀14的关闭而使燃料不能从主储罐10传输至辅助储罐20时,可以从加油/气站的注充枪用LPG容易地再次充补主储罐10,。
另一方面,当主储罐10中的压力高于参考上限压力(例如10巴)时,控制器38使得第一电磁阀14打开(S103)。
换言之,当主储罐10中的当前压力高于参考上限压力时,控制器38确定主储罐10中的压力高于注充枪的LPG充补压力,使得第一电磁阀14打开。
因此,将主储罐10中剩余的部分LPG沿燃料传输管线12而传输至辅助储罐20(S104)。
在此情况中,因为主储罐10以暴露状态安装于位于车身的后底部的车辆底盘30,所以由于炎热季节中的辐射热或地热等而使主储罐10中的压力增加。另一方面,因为辅助储罐20安装于后备箱地板32,其中,储罐的温度变化较小,所以相比于主储罐10,辅助储罐20中的温度和压力维持于较低状态。
因此,将主储罐10中剩余的一部分LPG沿燃料传输管线12而平滑地传输至辅助储罐20,由此使得主储罐中的压力可以逐渐减小。
当主储罐10中的压力减小时,将主储罐10中的压力与参考下限压力(例如8巴)进行比较(S105)。
当比较结果是主储罐10中的压力低于参考下限压力时,控制器38使得第一电磁阀14关闭(S106)。
换言之,当主储罐10中的当前压力低于参考下限压力时,控制器38确定主储罐10中的压力低于注充枪的LPG充补压力,使得第一电磁阀14关闭。
因此,在由于第一电磁阀14的关闭而使燃料不从主储罐10传输至辅助储罐20时,可以从加油/气站的注充枪用LPG容易地再次充补主储罐10。
因此,可以通过将主储罐10中的燃料传输至辅助储罐20,而将主储罐10中的压力调节为低于充补压力。因此,可以用LPG容易地再次充补主储罐10。
同时,在车辆驱动时,将主储罐10中的燃料供应至发动机,因此连续地消耗主储罐10中的燃料。就此而论,可以将传输至辅助储罐20的燃料再次传输至主储罐10,以补充主储罐10。
因此,为了将传输至辅助储罐20的燃料再次传输至主储罐10,辅助储罐20中的压力必须变为高于主储罐10中的压力。
例如,车辆在夜间驱动的同时,当主储罐10和辅助储罐20中的压力之间的差低于参考压力差(例如3巴)时,即,当从辅助储罐20中的压力减去主储罐中的压力10而获得的值低于参考压力差时,辅助储罐20中的压力必须变得比主储罐10中的压力高出参考压力差。
基于第一压力传感器16检测到的主储罐10中的压力的信号指示和第二压力传感器18检测到的辅助储罐20中的压力的信号指示,控制器38确定主储罐10和辅助储罐20中的压力之间的差,并将所确定的结果与参考压力差进行比较(S107)。
当比较结果是从辅助储罐20中的压力减去主储罐10中的压力而获得的值低于参考压力差时,控制器38操作内部压力升高装置(S108)。
在此情况中,作为内部压力升高装置安装于辅助储罐20的辅助燃料泵34可以通过压缩LPG而增加辅助储罐20中的压力。可选地,作为内部压力升高装置安装于辅助储罐20中的加热器36可以运行为同时增加辅助储罐20中的温度和压力。
接着,控制器38再次确定主储罐10和辅助储罐20中的压力之间的差(S109)。当确定辅助储罐20中的压力比主储罐10中的压力高出参考压力差时,控制器38使得第一电磁阀14打开(S110)。
因此,将传输至辅助储罐20的LPG沿燃料传输管线12而再次传输至主储罐10(S111)。
因此,因为传输至辅助储罐20的LPG被再循环至主储罐10,所以可以用燃料补充主储罐10。
图4为示出了根据本发明的各个示例性实施方案的使用辅助储罐对LPG车辆充补LPG的系统的示意图。
根据本发明的各个示例性实施方案的用于充补LPG车辆的系统的特征为:从主储罐10传输至辅助储罐20的LPG可以直接供应至发动机。
为了解决不能用LPG再次充补主储罐10的现象,在本发明的各个示例性实施方案中进一步将辅助储罐20与主储罐10一起安装于车辆。
此外,主储罐10连接至辅助储罐20,使得主储罐10和辅助储罐20经由燃料传输管线12而彼此流动连通。第一电磁阀14安装于燃料传输管线12,以阻断或允许燃料传输。当主储罐10中的压力高于参考充补压力时,第一电磁阀14通过控制器38的控制而打开。
此外,用于检测主储罐10中的压力的第一压力传感器16安装于主储罐10,用于检测辅助储罐20中的压力的第二压力传感器18安装于辅助储罐20。
类似地,第一压力传感器16可以包括于调节器28,调节器28安装于燃料供应管线24和燃料返回管线26之间。
在本发明的各个示例性实施方案中,辅助燃料泵34安装于辅助储罐20,第二电磁阀40安装于辅助储罐20,当LPG从辅助燃料泵34的排放侧而直接供应至发动机时打开第二电磁阀40。
在此情况中,第二电磁阀40的出口管线连接至燃料供应管线24,燃料经由该燃料供应管线24而从主储罐10供应至发动机22。
因此,在发动机以低负载(即,低于预定负载量的负载)驱动时,响应控制器38的控制信号而打开第二电磁阀40,使得辅助储罐20中的LPG经由燃料供应管线24而直接供应至发动机。
可选地,在主储罐10中的燃料没有泵送至发动机的紧急情况中,响应控制器38的控制信号而打开第二电磁阀40,因此辅助储罐20中的LPG可以经由燃料供应管线24而直接供应至发动机。
后文中,将参考图4和图5描述根据本发明的各个示例性实施方案的具有以上构造的用于充补LPG车辆的系统的操作。
首先,检测主储罐10中的压力。
也就是说,第一压力传感器16检测主储罐10中的压力,并将检测到的信号传送至控制器38。
控制器38将主储罐10中的压力与参考上限压力(例如10巴)进行比较(S201)。
当比较结果是主储罐10中的压力低于参考上限压力(10巴)时,控制器38使得第一电磁阀14关闭(S202)。
换言之,当主储罐10中的当前压力低于参考上限压力时,控制器38确定主储罐10中的压力低于注充枪的LPG充补压力,使得第一电磁阀14关闭。
因此,在由于第一电磁阀14的关闭而使燃料不从主储罐10传输至辅助储罐20时,可以从加油/气站的注充枪用LPG容易地再次充补主储罐10。
另一方面,当主储罐10中的压力高于参考上限压力(例如10巴)时,控制器38使得第一电磁阀14打开(S203)。
换言之,当主储罐10中的当前压力高于参考上限压力时,控制器38确定主储罐10中的压力高于注充枪的LPG充补压力,使得第一电磁阀14打开。
因此,将主储罐10中剩余的部分LPG经由燃料传输管线12而传输至辅助储罐20(S204)。
在此情况中,因为主储罐10以暴露状态安装于位于车身的后底部的车辆底盘30,所以主储罐10中的压力因为炎热季节中的辐射热或地热等而增加。另一方面,因为辅助储罐20安装于后备箱地板32,其中,储罐的温度变化较小,所以辅助储罐20中的温度和压力相比于主储罐10而维持于较低状态。
因此,将主储罐10中剩余的一部分LPG沿燃料传输管线12而平滑地传输至辅助储罐20,由此使得主储罐10中的压力可以逐渐减小。
当主储罐10中的压力减小时,将主储罐10中的压力与参考下限压力(例如8巴)进行比较(S205)。
当比较结果是主储罐10中的压力低于参考下限压力时,控制器38使得第一电磁阀14关闭(S206)。
换言之,当主储罐10中的当前压力低于参考下限压力时,控制器38确定主储罐10中的压力低于注充枪的LPG充补压力,由此使得第一电磁阀14关闭。
因此,在由于第一电磁阀14的关闭而使燃料不从主储罐10传输至辅助储罐20时,可以从加油/气站的注充枪用LPG容易地再次充补主储罐10。
在本发明的各个实施方案中,当发动机以低负载驱动时,将从主储罐10传输至辅助储罐20的燃料直接供应至发动机而不再次传输至主储罐10。
为此目的,控制器38确定发动机以低负载驱动(S207)。
当确定发动机以低负载驱动时,控制器38使得安装于辅助储罐20的辅助燃料泵34运行(S208),并使得安装至辅助储罐20的出口侧的第二电磁阀40打开(S209)。
因此,由于辅助储罐20中的LPG沿燃料供应管线24而直接供应至发动机22并在发动机22中燃烧,所以可以消耗从主储罐10传输至辅助储罐20的燃料(S210)。
同时,在紧急情况中(例如,主储罐中的燃料耗尽、主储罐中的燃料泵故障等),当LPG从主储罐10传输至辅助储罐20时,控制器38检查安装于辅助储罐20的第二压力传感器18的检测信号。
接着,当第二压力传感器检测到的压力等于或大于预定水平时,控制器38确定LPG存在于辅助储罐20中,使得安装至辅助储罐20的出口侧的第二电磁阀40打开。
因此,由于辅助储罐20中的LPG沿燃料供应管线24而直接供应至发动机22并在发动机22中燃烧,车辆可以在紧急情况(例如,主储罐中的燃料耗尽、主储罐中的燃料泵故障等)下驱动。
随着上文描述而明显的是,本发明具有如下效果。
首先,在外部温度快速升高的炎热季节等,当主储罐中的压力变得高于注充枪的LPG充补压力时,主储罐中的部分的LPG移动至辅助储罐,使得主储罐中的压力变得低于充补压力。因此,可以用LPG连续地再次充补主储罐。
其次,当主储罐中的压力调节为低于充补压力时,可以通过将传输至辅助储罐的燃料再次传输回主储罐而用燃料再次充补主储罐。
第三,在发动机以低负载驱动时,可以通过将传输至辅助储罐的燃料直接供应至发动机而使用辅助储罐中的全部剩余燃料。
最后,因为在紧急情况(如,主储罐中的全部燃料耗尽或主储罐中的燃料泵故障)下将传输至辅助储罐的燃料直接供应至发动机,所以可以处理紧急情况。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语“上部”、“下部”、“内”、“外”、“上”、“下”、“上部”、“下部”、“向上”、“向下”、“前”、“后”、“背部”、“内侧”、“外侧”、“向内”、“向外”、“内部”、“外部”、“内”、“外”、“向前”和“向后”被用于参考附图中所显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性实施方式的特征。

Claims (13)
1.一种使用辅助储罐对液化石油气车辆充补液化石油气的系统,其包括:
主储罐和辅助储罐,其安装于液化石油气车辆;
燃料传输管线,其连接在主储罐和辅助储罐之间;
第一电磁阀,其安装于燃料传输管线,以能够打开或能够关闭;
内部压力升高装置,其安装于辅助储罐,以增加辅助储罐中的温度和压力;以及
控制器,其配置为控制第一电磁阀的打开或关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其进一步包括第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器,所述第一压力传感器配置成检测主储罐中的压力,所述第二压力传感器配置成检测辅助储罐中的压力。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述内部压力升高装置为辅助燃料泵,其安装于辅助储罐中以压缩液化石油气。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述内部压力升高装置为加热器,其安装于辅助储罐以增加辅助储罐中的温度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,当主储罐中的压力高于参考充补压力时或者当通过内部压力升高装置的操作而升高的辅助储罐中的压力高于主储罐中的压力时,第一电磁阀配置成通过控制器打开。
6.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,主储罐安装于位于车身的后底部的车辆底盘,辅助储罐安装于车辆内部的后备箱地板。
7.一种使用辅助储罐对液化石油气车辆充补液化石油气的系统,其包括:
主储罐和辅助储罐,其安装于液化石油气车辆;
燃料传输管线,其连接在主储罐和辅助储罐之间;
第一电磁阀,其安装于燃料传输管线,以能够打开或能够关闭;
辅助燃料泵,其安装于辅助储罐;
第二电磁阀,其安装至辅助燃料泵的排放侧,在液化石油气直接供应至发动机时,所述第二电磁阀打开;以及
控制器,其配置为控制第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀的打开或关闭。
8.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其进一步包括第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器,所述第一压力传感器配置成检测主储罐中的压力,所述第二压力传感器配置成检测辅助储罐中的压力。
9.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中,当主储罐中的压力高于参考充补压力时,第一电磁阀配置成通过控制器打开。
10.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中,第二电磁阀的出口管线连接至燃料供应管线,燃料经由所述燃料供应管线而从主储罐供应至发动机。
11.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中,第二电磁阀配置成,在发动机以低于预定负载量的负载驱动时,响应于控制器的控制信号而打开所述第二电磁阀。
12.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中,第二电磁阀配置成,在主储罐中的燃料不能泵送至发动机的紧急情况中,响应控制器的控制信号而打开所述第二电磁阀。
13.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中,主储罐安装于位于车身的后底部的车辆底盘,辅助储罐安装于车辆内部的后备箱地板。
