背景技术
在兽医临床实践中，皮肤真菌病是一种十分常见和多发的疾病。致病真菌过量后附于畜禽皮肤，侵入皮肤毛发或趾甲、大量增殖，引起皮肤器质性病变的发生。畜禽皮肤真菌病的病程长、治愈难、易复发，并可在动物与动物，人与人、人与动物间互相传播，造成严重的公共卫生问题。其平均发病率约为10%～40%。发病率高、复发率亦高，己日益受到兽医临床工作者的关注。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种中药制剂，以解决现有禽类饲养过程中易感染皮肤病的问题。
为达到上述目的，本发明的基础技术方案如下：一种中药制剂，包括载体和药剂，载体包括弹性材料制成的外球体和内球体，内、外球体均内部中空，内球体位于外球体内部，内球体与外球体之间连接有若干支撑管，支撑管将内球体内部与外球体外部连通，内球体上设有若干进气孔，内球体与外球体之间连接有若干顶杆，外球体上开设有若干食槽，顶杆远离内球体的一端固定在食槽的底部；药剂盛装在内球体内部，药剂为按质量份数记蛇床子5-10份、川楝子10-15份、白鲜皮10-50份、土茯苓10-50份、冰片5-15份、斑蝥2-10份、生地黄18-20份、麦冬13-15份、防风10-15份、地肤子5-15份、黄柏2-6份、羌活3-5份制成的混合粉末。
本方案的原理是：实际应用时，载体作为药剂的承载，载体的外球体作为外部保护和支撑，内球体作为药剂的主要承载结构，支撑管作为内球体与外球体之间的支撑连接件，也是内球体内部与外界的连通件，进气孔作为气体进入内球体的通道，保证内球体内部能够保持有一定的气压使得药剂能够排出，顶杆作为外球体触发内球体排出药剂的触发件，食槽作为鸡食的盛装结构，盛装鸡食后吸引鸡啄食挤压食槽底部的顶杆从而触发内球体释放药剂到饲养环境中。采用多种中草药按照特定的比例范围配置的药剂为纯天然物质，具有多靶点、多效性的特点，具有杀虫止痒，清热燥湿的作用，并且无毒副作用，几乎无残留，不易产生耐药性，使用方便。
本方案的优点在于：1、通过球形的载体结合鸡食的喂食触发药剂的投放，粉末状的药剂能够在饲养环境中均匀分布，使鸡的生存环境中布满预防皮肤病的药剂，对鸡进行全方位的皮肤病防治，同时球形的载体在吸引鸡啄食的过程中滚动吸引鸡追逐加强运动，更有利于环境中的药剂粉末通过呼吸系统进入鸡的体内进行皮肤病的防治；2、药剂采用全中草药配置成的粉末，在使用过程中更方便均匀的分布在养殖空间内或者混合在鸡食中，更容易被鸡获取吸收，对鸡的皮肤病预防效果更好。
优选方案一，作为基础方案的一种改进，食槽为燕尾槽，食槽的底部设有补气孔。这样设置的食槽一方面使得鸡食能够稳定的盛放在食槽内，减少载体运动过程中鸡食从食槽掉落的几率，同时这样设置的补气孔具有一定的隐蔽性，通过食槽的结构及其中的鸡食能够对补气孔进行保护，避免外界的杂质将补气孔堵塞，使得通过补气孔能够使得外球体内部保持稳定的气压从而能够顺畅的变形和恢复形变。
优选方案二，作为优选方案一的一种改进，进气孔为锥形孔，进气孔的大端位于内球体的外侧。这样设置的进气孔能够减少内球体内部的药剂通过进气孔泄露在外球体内的几率，减小药剂残留在外球体内部的几率。
优选方案三，作为优选方案二的一种改进，支撑管内设有锥形的缩口，缩口的大径端朝向内球体内部。这样设置能够在支撑管内形成一定的单向通道，使得药剂从内球体通过支撑管排出容易，外界的杂质通过支撑管进入内球体污染药剂困难，能够药剂进行较好的保护。
优选方案四，作为优选方案三的一种改进，外球体为橡胶制成，内球体为硅胶制成。这样设置使得外球体在与外界环境接触的过程中更耐用，内球体具有更好的弹性性能，且不易对药剂造成质量上的影响。
优选方案五，作为优选方案四的一种改进，食槽的内侧底部固定有硬质底板，顶杆与底板固定连接，补气孔贯穿底板。这样设置使得鸡啄食产生的冲击力能够更稳定的传递给顶杆，从而对内球体造成挤压使得药剂排出，使得药剂排出更加稳定有效。
优选方案六，作为优选方案五的一种改进，药剂为按质量份数记蛇床子8份、川楝子13份、白鲜皮30份、土茯苓30份、冰片10份、斑蝥7份、生地黄19份、麦冬14份、防风13份、地肤子10份、黄柏4份、羌活4份制成的混合粉末。作为优选采用这样的药剂对鸡进行皮肤病防治的效果最好。

实施例基本如附图1所示：一种中药制剂，包括载体和药剂，载体包括耐磨橡胶制成的外球体1和硅胶制成的内球体5，内、外球体1均内部中空，内球体5位于外球体1内部，内球体5与外球体1之间连接有若干支撑管3，支撑管3将内球体5内部与外球体1外部连通，支撑管3内设有锥形的缩口6，缩口6的大径端朝向内球体5内部，内球体5上设有若干进气孔7，进气孔7为锥形孔，进气孔7的大端位于内球体5的外侧，内球体5与外球体1之间连接有若干顶杆，外球体1上开设有若干食槽2，食槽2为燕尾槽，食槽2的底部设有补气孔4，食槽2的内侧底部固定有硬质底板，顶杆与底板固定连接，补气孔4贯穿底板。顶杆远离内球体5的一端固定在食槽2的底部。药剂盛装在内球体5内部，药剂为蛇床子5g、川楝子10g、白鲜皮10g、土茯苓10g、冰片5g、斑蝥2g、生地黄18g、麦冬13g、防风10g、地肤子5g、黄柏2g、羌活3g制成的混合粉末。
本实施例中，实际应用时将药剂粉末过300目筛后收集超细粉通过针筒注入盛装在内球体5内，在内球体5内预留五分之一的空间，然后在外球体1的食槽2内填塞鸡食，然后将载体投放到鸡的饲养场内，鸡在啄食鸡食的过程中对外球体1产生冲击，冲击力通过底板传递给顶杆，顶杆向内挤压内球体5，内球体5产生变形将内部盛装的药剂粉末通过支撑管3排出到外界环境中，鸡在啄食过程中使得外球体1滚动，同时将药剂分散到饲养场内，内球体5变形后由于自身弹性性能恢复形变，过程中通过进气孔7将外球体1内部的空气补入到内球体5内，使得内球体5内部保持气压便于下一次排出药剂，外球体1变形后通过补气孔4补充内部空气保持稳定的气压恢复形变，便于保持球形便于滚动。
实施例二，本实施例中，实际应用时，与实施例一的区别仅在于药剂为蛇床子8g、川楝子13g、白鲜皮30g、土茯苓30g、冰片10g、斑蝥7g、生地黄19g、麦冬14g、防风13g、地肤子10g、黄柏4g、羌活4g制成的混合粉末。
实施例三，本实施例中与实施例一的区别仅在于，药剂为蛇床子10g、川楝子15g、白鲜皮50g、土茯苓50g、冰片15g、斑蝥10g、生地黄20g、麦冬15g、防风15g、地肤子15g、黄柏6g、羌活5g制成的混合粉末。

1.一种中药制剂，其特征在于：包括载体和药剂，所述载体包括弹性材料制成的外球体和内球体，内、外球体均内部中空，内球体位于外球体内部，内球体与外球体之间连接有若干支撑管，支撑管将内球体内部与外球体外部连通，内球体上设有若干进气孔，内球体与外球体之间连接有若干顶杆，外球体上开设有若干食槽，顶杆远离内球体的一端固定在食槽的底部；所述药剂盛装在内球体内部，药剂为按质量份数记蛇床子5-10份、川楝子10-15份、白鲜皮10-50份、土茯苓10-50份、冰片5-15份、斑蝥2-10份、生地黄18-20份、麦冬13-15份、防风10-15份、地肤子5-15份、黄柏2-6份、羌活3-5份制成的混合粉末。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药制剂，其特征在于：所述食槽为燕尾槽，食槽的底部设有补气孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的中药制剂，其特征在于：所述进气孔为锥形孔，进气孔的大端位于内球体的外侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的中药制剂，其特征在于：所述支撑管内设有锥形的缩口，缩口的大径端朝向内球体内部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的中药制剂，其特征在于：所述外球体为橡胶制成，所述内球体为硅胶制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的中药制剂，其特征在于：所述食槽的内侧底部固定有硬质底板，顶杆与底板固定连接，补气孔贯穿底板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的中药制剂，其特征在于：所述药剂为按质量份数记蛇床子8份、川楝子13份、白鲜皮30份、土茯苓30份、冰片10份、斑蝥7份、生地黄19份、麦冬14份、防风13份、地肤子10份、黄柏4份、羌活4份制成的混合粉末。
