背景技术

上述高浓缩洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,将聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸钠分散于乙醇中后,一起加入60份水中搅拌得组合物一;步骤2,将硅藻土、沸石粉、香精、蛋白酶和脂肪酶均匀混合后,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、酯基季铵盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱得组合物二;步骤3,强组合物一喷洒至组合物二中,并不断搅拌得组合物三;步骤4,将组合物三通过压片机压制得半成品,其中压片机由两组压辊组成,轧辊间距20mm;步骤5,将半成品分段干燥,所述的分段干燥依次包括55℃的预热、65℃的中热、95℃的高热、45℃的低热四个阶段,干燥用的热源为蒸汽,当含水率在10%以内时停止干燥,分拣,包装即可。
实施例3
取实施例1洗衣片和同重量的德国denila超浓缩洗衣片,在相同条件下对蛋白污布、炭黑污布、皮脂污布进行洗涤,比较去污效果,以比对出其对不同污渍的去污能力。
试验条件如下:洗衣片各1g,水1.5升,洗涤时间7分钟,再用清水洗涤5min,水PH值7.1,水温26℃。结果如下表所示。
通过对比本发明产品和德国delina产品对三种污布洗涤后的白度值可知,本发明产品对炭黑污渍和皮脂污渍的去污能力稍强与德国delina产品,但对蛋白污渍的去污能力若于德国delina产品。

Claims (6)
1.一种高浓缩洗衣片,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份数计的组分:表面活性剂50-80份,粘接剂0.01-15份,润湿剂0-10份,润滑剂0.01-10份,辅料0.001-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高浓缩洗衣片,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份数计的组分:表面活性剂60份,粘接剂8份,润湿剂15份,润滑剂8份,辅料0.21份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高浓缩洗衣片,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂醇硫酸酯TEA盐、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸钠 、椰子油单乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚葡糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛癸醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、酯基季铵盐中一种或多种组合;所述粘接剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、聚维酮、预糊化淀粉、水溶性纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、海藻酸钠中一种或多种组合;所述润湿剂包括聚乙二醇、乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇中一种或多种组合;所述润滑剂为滑石粉、沸石粉、硅藻土、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙中任一种或多种组合;所述辅料至少为三氯卡班、EDTA二钠、香精、色素、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶中任三种混合。
4.基于权利要求1所述的一种高浓缩洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤1,称取各组分,将粘接剂分散于润湿剂中,再溶解于水中得组合物一;步骤2,将润滑剂和辅料混合均匀后,再加入表面活性剂得组合物二;步骤3,将组合物一喷洒至组合物二中,并不断搅拌得组合物三;步骤4,将组合物三通过压片机压制得半成品;步骤5,将半成品分段干燥,干燥温度为35-95℃,当含水率在10%以内时停止干燥,分拣,包装即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高浓缩洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4中压片机由两组压辊组成,轧辊间距2.0-20mm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种高浓缩洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5中所述的分段干燥依次包括35-55℃的预热、55-65℃的中热、65-95℃的高热、35-45℃的低热四个阶段,干燥用的热源为蒸汽或辐射灯光。
