Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the detergent dispensing device and the washing machine having the same of the present invention will be described in further detail below by way of embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the detergent dispensing device of the present invention includes a detergent storage bin 100, a detergent quantifying bin 200, a connecting member 300, and a discharging pipe 400.
The detergent storage compartment 100 is used for storing detergent, and the shape of the detergent storage compartment 100 may be adjusted as needed, for example, may be a rectangular parallelepiped or a cubic. The top of the detergent storage bin 100 is provided with a storage bin inlet, and when the detergent storage bin is used, the detergent can be stored in the detergent storage bin 100 through the storage bin inlet. The bottom of the detergent storage bin 100 is provided with a storage bin outlet. Specifically, the detergent can be a liquid detergent, a powder detergent or a capsule detergent, wherein the capsule detergent is a soluble capsule in which a certain amount of detergent is encapsulated, so that the accurate quantification of the detergent can be further improved.
The detergent dosing bin 200 is used for containing a preset amount of detergent, and the detergent putting device is provided with at least one detergent dosing bin 200. The detergent quantifying bin 200 has a quantifying bin body 211, the volume of the quantifying bin body 211 is adjusted according to the preset amount of detergent, for example, the quantifying bin body 211 can be a hollow cylinder capable of containing 10g and 20g of detergent. A quantitative bin inlet 212 is formed in the top of the quantitative bin body 211, and a feeding switch is arranged at the quantitative bin inlet 212; the bottom of the quantitative bin body 211 is provided with a quantitative bin outlet which is provided with a discharge switch.
In the detergent feeding device, the detergent storage bin 100 stores detergent in advance, and the detergent does not need to be added every time of washing. The detergent quantitative bin 200 contains a preset amount of detergent, and the detergent is put in by taking the detergent quantitative bin 200 as a metering unit, so that the accurate quantitative putting of the detergent is realized.
Preferably, the detergent dispenser includes a plurality of (three or more) detergent dosing bins 200. When the quantitative washing machine is used, the quantity of the detergent quantitative bins 200 for discharging the detergent is adjusted by controlling the quantity of the opened discharge switches, so that the total quantity of the put detergent is adjusted.
Further, a detection device (not shown in the figures) is disposed in the quantitative bin body 211 of the detergent quantitative bin 200, and the detection device is preferably disposed at the inlet 212 of the quantitative bin and is used for detecting the height of the detergent in the quantitative bin body 211. When the detergent in the quantitative bin body 211 reaches a preset height, namely the detergent reaches a preset amount, the feeding switch is closed.
As an alternative, the feed switch or the discharge switch may be a solenoid valve.
With continued reference to fig. 5, as an alternative embodiment, the discharge switch has a piston 213, a spring 215, and an electromagnet 214.
The piston 213 is provided with a first station for blocking the outlet of the quantitative bin and a second station for avoiding the outlet of the quantitative bin; a spring 215 is provided on one side of the piston 213 to apply a force to the piston 213 to move it to the first station; an electromagnet 214 is provided on one side of piston 213 to apply a force to piston 213 to move it toward the second station. When the electromagnet 214 is not electrified, the piston 213 is positioned on the first station under the action of the spring 215, namely, the outlet of the quantitative bin is blocked, so that the detergent in the detergent quantitative bin 200 is prevented from being discharged; when the electromagnet 214 is electrified, the electromagnet 214 generates attraction force on the piston 213, so that the piston 213 moves from the first station to the second station, namely the piston 213 is separated from the outlet of the dosing bin, and the detergent in the detergent dosing bin 200 can be smoothly discharged from the detergent dosing bin 200; when the electromagnet 214 is powered off, the attraction force of the electromagnet 214 to the piston 213 disappears, and the piston 213 moves from the first station of the second station under the action of the spring 215 to block the outlet of the dosing bin.
Further, the spring 215 and the electromagnet 214 may be located on the same side of the piston 213, or may be located on opposite sides of the piston 213. When spring 215 is located on the same side of piston 213 as electromagnet 214, spring 215 exerts an elastic force on piston 213; when spring 215 and electromagnet 214 are located on opposite sides of piston 213, spring 215 exerts a pulling force on piston 213.
The detergent storage bin 100 and the detergent dosing bin 200 may be directly connected. Specifically, the outlet of the detergent storage bin 100 is directly connected to the inlet 212 of the detergent dosing bin 200.
The detergent storage compartment 100 and the detergent quantifying compartment 200 may be connected by a connector.
As an alternative embodiment, the connector 300 includes a main connecting pipe 310 and a plurality of branch distributing pipes 330, the number of which is the same as that of the detergent dosing chambers 200, the main connecting pipe 310 is respectively communicated with the detergent storage chamber 100 and the plurality of branch distributing pipes 330, and each branch distributing pipe 300 is also communicated with one detergent dosing chamber 200.
As an alternative embodiment, the detergent storage compartment 100 communicates with the detergent dosing compartment 200 through a connection 300. The connector 300 has a main connecting pipe 310 and a distribution pipe 320 which are communicated with each other, the main connecting pipe 310 is also communicated with the storage bin outlet of the detergent storage bin 100, and the distribution pipe 320 is also communicated with the dosing bin inlets 212 of all the detergent dosing bins 200. The connecting main pipe 310 guides the detergent from the detergent storage compartment 100 into the distribution pipe 320, and distributes the detergent in the distribution pipe 320 to the respective detergent dosing compartments 200.
Further, as an alternative embodiment, the distribution pipe 320 has a ring shape, and the ring-shaped distribution pipe 320 is communicated with the connecting main pipe 310 through a plurality of distribution branch pipes 330. The annular distribution pipe 320 can save the occupied space, and further, the distribution branch pipe 330 is used for communicating the connection branch pipe with the annular distribution pipe 320, so that the efficiency of distributing the detergent into the detergent quantifying bin 200 through the connection main pipe 310 and the distribution pipe 320 can be improved.
Further, as an alternative embodiment, the distribution branch pipes 330 are distributed in a tapered shape between the connecting main pipe 310 and the ring-shaped distribution pipe 320.
Further, as an alternative embodiment, the connection part of the main connection pipe 310 and the detergent storage bin 100 is provided with an inverted cone-shaped flow guide part 311 and is connected with the storage bin outlet of the detergent storage bin 100 through the cone-shaped flow guide part. The reverse tapered guide part 311 facilitates the detergent to enter the connecting main pipe 310 through the outlet of the storage bin.
Further, as an alternative embodiment, the bottom of the detergent storage bin 100 is provided with a conical flow guide portion, and the storage bin outlet is arranged at the center of the conical flow guide portion, so that the detergent can enter the connecting main pipe 310 through the storage bin outlet.
As an alternative embodiment, the connector 300 is a unitary structure. Further, the connector 300 is also integrally formed with the detergent storage compartment 100 or the detergent dosing compartment 200.
As an alternative embodiment, the detergent dosing bin 200 discharges a dosed amount of detergent into the washing machine through a discharge pipe 400. The discharging pipe 400 is provided with a main discharging pipe 410 and branch discharging pipes 420, each branch discharging pipe 420 is correspondingly connected with one detergent quantifying bin 200, each branch discharging pipe 420 is also communicated with the main discharging pipe 410, and the main discharging pipe 410 is provided with a detergent outlet. The discharging branch pipe 420 joins the detergent in the detergent dosing bin 200 to the discharging main pipe 410, and discharges the detergent into the washing machine through the detergent outlet of the discharging outlet pipe.
Further, as an alternative embodiment, the discharging branch pipe 420 is arranged in a tapered shape between the detergent dosing bin 200 and the discharging main pipe 410.
As an optional embodiment, a second detection device is disposed in the detergent storage bin 100 or the connecting member 300, preferably, in the main connecting pipe 310 of the connecting member 300, and is configured to detect the height of the detergent in the detergent storage bin 100 or the connecting member 300, and when the height of the detergent in the detergent storage bin 100 or the connecting member 300 is lower than a preset height, the second detection device can transmit a signal to a control device of the washing machine, and the control device gives an alarm to remind the user of adding the detergent.
The invention also provides a washing machine which comprises the detergent putting device, the inner barrel and the control device, wherein the detergent outlet of the detergent putting device is communicated with the inner barrel, and the detergent putting device is in signal connection with the control device.
Further, the working principle of the detergent feeding device in the washing machine is as follows:
detergent is added into the detergent storage bin 100, the washing machine is started, the detergent feeding device is started, the discharging switch is closed, the feeding switch is opened, the detergent in the detergent storage bin 100 enters the detergent quantifying bin 200 through the connecting piece 300, and when the detection device of the detergent quantifying bin 200 detects that the detergent in the corresponding detergent quantifying bin 200 reaches the preset amount, the corresponding feeding switch is closed.
When the washing machine runs a washing program, weighing clothes to be washed, selecting the amount of detergent to be added according to the weight of the clothes to be washed, and opening the discharge ports of the detergent quantifying bins 200 with corresponding amount to put in the detergent; after the detergent in the detergent quantifying bin 200 is put in, the corresponding discharging switch is closed, the corresponding feeding switch is opened, the detergent in the detergent storage bin 100 is added into the detergent quantifying bin 200, when the detection device of the detergent quantifying bin 200 detects that the detergent in the corresponding detergent quantifying bin 200 reaches the preset amount, the corresponding feeding switch is closed, and the detergent quantifying bin 200 is used for reuse after the detergent is added.
Taking the second detection device disposed in the main connection pipe 310 of the connection member 300 as an example, when the second detection device detects that the detergent in the main connection pipe 310 is lower than the preset height, the second detection device sends a signal to the control device of the washing machine, and the control device gives an alarm to remind the user of adding the detergent.

3. The detergent dispensing device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the detergent dosing bins (200) is three or more.
4. The detergent dispensing device according to claim 1, comprising a connection member (300), said connection member (300) being adapted to connect the dosing bin inlet (212) to the detergent storage bin (100);
the connecting piece (300) comprises a connecting main pipe (310) and a distributing branch pipe (330);
the main connecting pipe (310) is respectively communicated with the detergent storage bin (100) and the distribution branch pipe (330);
the number of the distribution branch pipes (330) corresponds to that of the detergent quantitative bins (200) and is respectively communicated with the detergent quantitative bins.
5. The detergent dispensing device according to claim 1, comprising a connection member (300), said connection member (300) being adapted to connect the dosing bin inlet (212) to the detergent storage bin (100);
the connecting piece (300) comprises a connecting main pipe (310), a distributing pipe (320) and a distributing branch pipe (330);
the main connecting pipe (310) is respectively communicated with the detergent storage bin (100) and the distribution branch pipe (330);
the distribution branch pipe (330) is also communicated with the distribution pipe (320);
the distribution pipe (320) is annular and is communicated with all the detergent quantifying bins (200).

The detergent dispensing device according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the detergent storage bin (100) or the connecting main pipe (310) is provided with an inverted cone-shaped guide part (311), and the detergent storage bin (100) and the connecting main pipe (310) are communicated through the inverted cone-shaped guide part (311).

The detergent dispensing device according to claim 4 or 5, further comprising a discharge pipe (400), wherein the discharge pipe (400) comprises a main discharge pipe (410) and a branch discharge pipe (420), the main discharge pipe (410) is provided with a detergent outlet, and the dosing bin outlets of all the detergent dosing bins (200) are communicated with the main discharge pipe (410) through the branch discharge pipe (420).

11. Detergent dispensing device according to claim 1, wherein the outlet switch comprises a piston (213), a spring (215) and an electromagnet (214);
the piston (213) is provided with a first station for blocking the outlet of the quantitative bin and a second station for avoiding the outlet of the quantitative bin;
when the electromagnet (214) is electrified, acting force moving from the first station to the second station is applied to the piston (213), the spring (215) applies acting force moving from the second station to the first station to the piston (213), when the electromagnet (214) is not electrified, the spring maintains the piston (213) at the first station, and when the electromagnet (214) is electrified, the electromagnet (214) maintains the piston (213) at the second station.
12. A washing machine, characterized in that it comprises a detergent delivery device according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
