权利要求1中所述的配比严格合理,可有效对体内的乙醇降解,使人们酒醉后迅速清醒,恢复理智,且安全可靠。在不饮酒时使用所述保健饮料可对人体有很强的保健作用,具备有效降低血脂、血糖、血压的作用,提高酶活性,增强合成DNA、RNA、蛋白质的能力,促进细胞及组织活化,维持生理平衡,提高机体抵抗能力。
背景技术
中国几千年的酒文化一直在传播,源远流长,经久不衰,遍布全国乃至世界。但现实中由于各种场合经常即兴饮酒失控,导致过量而酒醉,损肝伤胃影响人们的身体健康,出现一些失控的危险行为,甚至危及生命。 如何让酒醉的人们快速醒酒甚至不醉? 经过近八年的潜心研发终于研制出一种解酒效果最佳的绿色环保饮料(CU-08)。
发明内容
由于所述饮料的成份为人体所须的营养物质,是人体不可或缺的营养成分,在日常饮食中对机体起着至关重要的健康作用。又由于其成分与混合物、组合物具有一些特性,对乙醇有很强的降解作用。其特征在于饮用所述饮料后即形成胃保护膜,阻止胃内酒精毒素进入肝脏及血液,并进行快速分解中和,少量残留毒素在短时间内排出,饮后10分钟即可消除头痛、眩晕、神志不清等症状,最大程度地降解饮酒过量对人体地严重危害,并迅速补充能量,恢复体质。
由于所述饮料成分及组合物是在纯天然食用植物中提取,不含对人体有害的物质,适合长期饮用,具有环保、安全、解毒、保健、高效等优点,因此可放心饮用。同时也是目前一种性能最理想的保健及快速解酒功效的饮料,是日常保健的首选饮品,是常饮酒人群的健康保护神。根据近一年多的应用实践,无不良反应,使用所述饮料在饮酒前、饮酒中、饮酒后解酒均达到良好效果,具有安全、迅速、显著等特点。
1. 木酚素及木脂素的提取 选新鲜籽粒饱满的上好黑芝麻,筛选-淘洗-漂选-晾干-焙炒-冷却-榨油,从油液中或黑芝麻饼粕中提取木酚素和木脂素。采用超临界 CO2萃取法,根据温度调整和压力控制使被萃取物达到临界值, 随着罐内溶质蒸汽压的增减,挥发的强度而分离出不同的萃取物-木酚素和木脂素。
2.乳酸菌的制作 A. 材料:面包粉、酵母粉、LBS粉、脱脂奶粉、MRS培养基、金双歧及葡萄糖等。 B. 用75℃左右的水把原料加入溶解罐中溶解成液状原料液,迅速冷却至43-45℃,粗滤。 C. 把原料液送至液压杀菌机95℃巴氏杀菌10 min,在菌罐内加入适量稳定剂,稳定剂可用CMC、果胶、PGA复配后加入, D. 再把菌罐里面的菌种与原料液混合送入培养罐液体培养发酵,接种,罐内温度控制在43℃左右,发酵时间为15-18h,。E. 为了避免发酵液里面的物质沉淀分层,温度冷却至10℃左右用高压匀质机匀质,压力为22MPa, 调和, 得到嗜热链球菌 -- 双歧杆菌 - 嗜酸乳杆菌 -- 乳杆菌乳酸亚种 --乳酸乳球菌乳亚种 – 乳酸乳球菌双乙酰亚种等有益菌。待用。
取上述1中的萃取物加入蛋白氨基酸、膳食纤维 (非溶性 )、椴树蜜、卵磷脂 和浓缩草莓汁,以水稀释,加热至75-80℃,1-3 min降至常温,加入柠檬汁、大豆低聚糖和葡萄糖、柠檬酸用匀质机匀质。再把维生素B1、牛磺酸、维生素B6、谷胱甘肽 、维生素C与所述2的乳酸菌制成菌溶液,一并加入。最后加入聚甘油脂肪酸酯,用双联过滤机过滤。
灌装产品。 进行二次高温95- 98℃杀菌,时间20-30min。
常温下装箱。
Claims (6)
1.本发明涉及一种解酒、保健、补充能量多种功效的饮料,适合人们保健长期饮用,其配方质量比为:膳食纤维 0.10% - 2%,木脂素1% - 6%,椴树蜜1% - 8%,牛磺酸0.05% -0.20%,浓缩草莓汁1% - 6%,葡萄糖 0.10% - 3%,柠檬汁 1% - 3%,木酚素1% - 5%,卵磷脂0.10% - 5%,大豆低聚糖 0.01% - 0.50%,维生C 0.01% - 0.10%,维生素B1 0.01% -0.05%,维生B6 0.01% - 0.03%,谷胱甘肽 0.01% - 0.30%,聚甘油脂肪酸酯 0.01% -0.30%,嗜热链球菌 1% - 5%,嗜酸乳杆菌 1% - 5%,双歧杆菌0.10% - 2%,乳酸乳球菌乳酸亚种 0.10% - 3% ,乳酸乳球菌乳脂亚种 0.10% - 3%,乳酸乳球菌双乙酰亚种 0.10% -3%。
2.如权利要求1所述解酒、保健、补充能量的饮料,其特征在于所述原料中的膳食纤维、木脂素、木酚素成分与组合物及特性。
3.如权利要求1所述解酒、保健、补充能量的饮料,其特征为所述原料中解酒及矫味的浓缩草莓汁、椴树蜜、柠檬汁中的一种或几种混合。
4.如权利要求1所述解酒、保健、补充能量的饮料,其特征为所述原料乳栓菌中的嗜热链球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、 乳酸乳球菌乳酸亚种 、 乳酸乳球菌乳脂亚种、 乳酸乳球菌双乙酰亚种中的一种或几种混合及乙醇降解性能。
5.如权利要求1所述解酒、保健、补充能量的饮料,其特征在于所述原料中的卵磷脂、葡萄糖、牛磺酸、维生素中的一种或几种混合。
6.如权利要求1所述解酒、保健、补充能量的饮料,其特征在于所述原料中的大豆低聚糖、谷胱甘肽中的一种或几种混合。
