本发明涉及饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料;由以下按重量份计的原料组成:玉米胚芽20~30、构树叶粉8~12、观辣树叶粉15~20、豆腐树叶粉6~9、鱼肝油4~7、蚯蚓粉5~8、花生壳粉3~5、中药组合物10~15;本发明制备的牛饲料,将预防和治疗口蹄疫疾病的药物与日粮结合,实现双赢的目的,既具有饲料补充营养的功效,还具有防治口蹄疫疾病的功效,提高饲料利用率,减少养殖成本,在满足牛生长所需要的营养之外,还能有效的起到预防和治疗的口蹄疫疾病的作用,制备的饲料营养丰富,口蹄疫疾病的防治效果显著,无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料。
背景技术
口蹄疫是由口蹄疫病毒引起的偶蹄的急性、热性、高度接触性传染病,具有流行快、传播广、发病急、犊牛死亡率较高等流行病学特点,是影响肉牛养殖业的最严重的传染病之一。牛口蹄病毒在牛群中的潜伏期为2~7d,体温迅速升高至40~41℃,牛群在潜伏期时通常食欲不振、精神萎靡和口流唾液,唇内、齿龈、口腔、颊部黏膜、蹄趾间和蹄冠部柔软皮肤以及乳房出现黄豆甚至核桃大的水泡,水泡破裂后出现溃烂,蹄部疼痛跛行甚至蹄壳脱落;病牛口温高,嘴边挂满白色泡沫状粘液,停止采食和反刍。解剖死牛可见患病牛的咽喉、器官、支气管和胃黏膜都有水泡、溃烂,而且出现黑棕色痂块,病牛胃部和大小肠黏膜出现血性炎症,肺呈浆液性浸润,心包内有大量浑浊和粘稠液体,心包膜头弥漫性点状出血,心肌有灰白色或浅黄色条纹如同虎皮状斑纹,俗称“虎斑心”。肉犊牛患病时,水泡症状不明显,常呈急性胃肠炎和心肌炎症状而突然死亡,死亡率高达20%-60%。
目前,针对牛口蹄疫疾病还没有特效疗法,主要的办法在于预防,但是由于方法的不合理或者所用的药剂的配方不科学,导致预防效果不好,牛口蹄疫的发病率仍然很高,而在发病后一些养殖者加大抗生素的使用,非但效果不明显,还对牛机体造成损害,严重影响牛养殖业的发展,所以,针对这种高发的牛口蹄疫疾病,做好良好的预防工作,减少牛的发病率、提高存活率,避免抗生素的滥用,对牛养殖业具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种能预防感冒的牛饲料。
具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:玉米胚芽20~30、构树叶粉8~12、观辣树叶粉15~20、豆腐树叶粉6~9、鱼肝油4~7、蚯蚓粉5~8、花生壳粉3~5、中药组合物10~15;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)中药组合物处理:中药组合物,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁4~7、蒲公英10~15、藿香3~6、丁香2~5、黄连10~15、五味子8~12、大蒜6~9、紫草7~10、败酱草8~12、穿心莲10~15、野菊花10~15、虎杖3~5、茵陈2~4、石膏6~9、红景天3~5、石榴皮10~15、淫羊藿4~8、葛根5~10、甘草根9~13;
按配方称取原料后,捣碎15~20min,加入乙酸乙酯浸泡1~2h,减压回收乙酸乙酯,过滤,得中药滤液,将滤渣烘干粉碎过80~100目筛,得中药微粉,加水中药微粉质量5倍的水,100℃下煎煮100~120min后,加入中药滤液,将温度调至75℃,继续煎煮至含水量为10~13%,取出即可;
(2)制备构树叶粉:采摘新鲜的构树叶,去除杂质后,平铺放入35~40℃,相对湿度为50~60%的密封的暗室内,放置1.5~2h,用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为7~9%,粉碎过40~60目筛;
(3)制备观辣树叶粉:采摘新鲜的观辣树叶,清水洗净后,浸泡于消毒液中30~35min,过沸水3~5min,在80℃的烘箱内烘干至含水量为10~13%,粉碎过80~100目筛;
(4)制备豆腐树叶粉:采摘新鲜的豆腐树叶,捣碎15~20min,加入乙醇,浸泡15~18h,减压回收乙醇,过滤,将滤渣烘干、粉碎过40~60目筛,加水煎煮30~40min后,加入滤液,继续煎煮至含水量为18~22%的浸膏,取出,换用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为5~7%,粉碎即可;
(5)制备饲料:将鱼肝油置于60~80℃的锅内加热3~5min后,加入玉米胚芽、蚯蚓粉和花生壳粉,翻炒15~20min,趁热加入构树叶粉、观辣树叶粉、豆腐树叶粉和中药组合物,在锅内翻炒5~8min,拌匀即可;
优选地,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:玉米胚芽25、构树叶粉10、观辣树叶粉18、豆腐树叶粉8、鱼肝油5、蚯蚓粉7、花生壳粉4、中药组合物13。
优选地,所述的中药组合物,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁5、蒲公英13、藿香5、丁香4、黄连13、五味子10、大蒜7、紫草9、败酱草10、穿心莲13、野菊花13、虎杖4、茵陈3、石膏8、红景天4、石榴皮13、淫羊藿6、葛根8、甘草根11。
进一步,所述的花生壳粉,粒径为0.3~0.4mm。
进一步,所述的步骤(1)的中药组合物处理,还包括中药的浸泡步骤,是将紫花地丁、蒲公英、藿香、黄连、紫草、败酱草、穿心莲、野菊花、茵陈、红景天、淫羊藿浸泡于15~20℃、浓度为0.2~0.3%的盐水中1~1.2h,将丁香、五味子、大蒜、虎杖、葛根、甘草根浸泡于25~30℃、浓度为1~2%的盐水中浸泡25~30min,捞出沥干。
进一步,所述的制备构树叶粉的步骤中,构树叶的平铺厚度为15~20cm。
进一步,所述的消毒液,是将浓度为1~2%的氢氧化钠、0.5~0.8%的硫化钠按0.3~0.5∶0.2~0.4的质量比混合制得。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明制备的牛饲料,将预防和治疗口蹄疫疾病的药物与日粮结合,实现双赢的目的,既具有饲料补充营养的功效,还具有防治口蹄疫疾病的功效,提高饲料利用率,减少养殖成本,在满足牛生长所需要的营养之外,还能有效的起到预防和治疗的口蹄疫疾病的作用,制备的饲料营养丰富,口蹄疫疾病的防治效果显著,无毒副作用,有效的将发病率控制在2%以内,减少抗生素的使用,显著提高牛的存活率,提高养殖收益。
其中,加入构树叶,构树叶的蛋白质含量高达20%~30%,其中还含有丰富的氨基酸、维生素、碳水化合物及微量元素,有效的补充牛生长所需的营养,另外,构树叶还具有清热解毒、祛风止痒、敛疮止血、利尿消肿以及杀虫灯功效,具有较高的食用价值和药用价值,在满足牛生长的营养物质外,还能对防治口蹄疫疾病起到显著效果。
观辣树叶,含有丰富的蛋白质,热量,碳水化合物、脂肪、矿物质以及维生素和微量元素,全面及时的补充牛生长的营养,另外,观辣树叶还具有较高的药用价值,能对金黄脓球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌、肠炎杆菌等多种细菌具有较高的抑制作用,具有较强的消炎杀菌的作用,另外,观辣树对溃疡具有一定的疗效,因此,观辣树不仅具有全面的营养成分还具有较高的药用价值,对口蹄疫的防治具有促进作用。
豆腐树叶含有丰富的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、总糖、果胶以及生长所需的氨基酸和维生素,具有丰富的食用价值,同时,豆腐树叶还具有清热解毒,消肿止血,抗炎杀菌的功效,具有较高的药用价值,在防治口蹄疫方面具有促进作用。
通过中药组合物的加入,有效的提高牛机体的免疫力,提高对疾病的免疫抵抗力,其中包含了清热解毒、消炎杀菌的中药,还包括能促进免疫系统发育完善的中药,还包括抗菌抗病毒的中药成份,本中药组合物即能从内提高机体对疾病的免疫抵抗力,也能从外起到抗炎、抗病毒、杀菌的作用,减少口蹄疫疾病的发病率,在牛染病后,有良好的治疗效果。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替,仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
一种能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:玉米胚芽20kg、构树叶粉8kg、观辣树叶粉15kg、豆腐树叶粉6kg、鱼肝油4kg、蚯蚓粉5kg、花生壳粉3kg、中药组合物10kg;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)中药组合物处理:中药组合物,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁4kg、蒲公英10kg、藿香3kg、丁香2kg、黄连10kg、五味子8kg、大蒜6kg、紫草7kg、败酱草8kg、穿心莲10kg、野菊花10kg、虎杖3kg、茵陈2kg、石膏6kg、红景天3kg、石榴皮10kg、淫羊藿4kg、葛根5kg、甘草根9kg;
按配方称取原料后,捣碎15min,加入乙酸乙酯浸泡1h,减压回收乙酸乙酯,过滤,得中药滤液,将滤渣烘干粉碎过80目筛,得中药微粉,加水中药微粉质量5倍的水,100℃下煎煮100min后,加入中药滤液,将温度调至75℃,继续煎煮至含水量为10%,取出即可;
(2)制备构树叶粉:采摘新鲜的构树叶,去除杂质后,平铺放入35℃,相对湿度为50%的密封的暗室内,放置1.5h,用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为7%,粉碎过40目筛;
(3)制备观辣树叶粉:采摘新鲜的观辣树叶,清水洗净后,浸泡于消毒液中30min,过沸水3min,在80℃的烘箱内烘干至含水量为10%,粉碎过80目筛;
(4)制备豆腐树叶粉:采摘新鲜的豆腐树叶,捣碎15min,加入乙醇,浸泡15h,减压回收乙醇,过滤,将滤渣烘干、粉碎过40目筛,加水煎煮30min后,加入滤液,继续煎煮至含水量为18%的浸膏,取出,换用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为5%,粉碎即可;
(5)制备饲料:将鱼肝油置于60℃的锅内加热3min后,加入玉米胚芽、蚯蚓粉和花生壳粉,翻炒15min,趁热加入构树叶粉、观辣树叶粉、豆腐树叶粉和中药组合物,在锅内翻炒5min,拌匀即可;
所述的花生壳粉,粒径为0.3mm。
所述的步骤(1)的中药组合物处理,还包括中药的浸泡步骤,是将紫花地丁、蒲公英、藿香、黄连、紫草、败酱草、穿心莲、野菊花、茵陈、红景天、淫羊藿浸泡于15℃、浓度为0.2%的盐水中1h,将丁香、五味子、大蒜、虎杖、葛根、甘草根浸泡于25℃、浓度为1~2%的盐水中浸泡25min,捞出沥干。
所述的制备构树叶粉的步骤中,构树叶的平铺厚度为15cm。
所述的消毒液,是将浓度为1%的氢氧化钠、0.5%的硫化钠按0.3:0.2的质量比混合制得。
实施例2
一种能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:玉米胚芽30kg、构树叶粉12kg、观辣树叶粉20kg、豆腐树叶粉9kg、鱼肝油7kg、蚯蚓粉8kg、花生壳粉5kg、中药组合物15kg;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)中药组合物处理:中药组合物,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁7kg、蒲公英15kg、藿香6kg、丁香5kg、黄连15kg、五味子12kg、大蒜9kg、紫草10kg、败酱草12kg、穿心莲15kg、野菊花15kg、虎杖5kg、茵陈4kg、石膏9kg、红景天5kg、石榴皮15kg、淫羊藿8kg、葛根10kg、甘草根13kg;
按配方称取原料后,捣碎20min,加入乙酸乙酯浸泡2h,减压回收乙酸乙酯,过滤,得中药滤液,将滤渣烘干粉碎过100目筛,得中药微粉,加水中药微粉质量5倍的水,100℃下煎煮120min后,加入中药滤液,将温度调至75℃,继续煎煮至含水量为13%,取出即可;
(2)制备构树叶粉:采摘新鲜的构树叶,去除杂质后,平铺放入40℃,相对湿度为60%的密封的暗室内,放置2h,用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为9%,粉碎过60目筛;
(3)制备观辣树叶粉:采摘新鲜的观辣树叶,清水洗净后,浸泡于消毒液中35min,过沸水5min,在80℃的烘箱内烘干至含水量为13%,粉碎过100目筛;
(4)制备豆腐树叶粉:采摘新鲜的豆腐树叶,捣碎20min,加入乙醇,浸泡18h,减压回收乙醇,过滤,将滤渣烘干、粉碎过60目筛,加水煎煮40min后,加入滤液,继续煎煮至含水量为22%的浸膏,取出,换用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为7%,粉碎即可;
(5)制备饲料:将鱼肝油置于80℃的锅内加热5min后,加入玉米胚芽、蚯蚓粉和花生壳粉,翻炒20min,趁热加入构树叶粉、观辣树叶粉、豆腐树叶粉和中药组合物,在锅内翻炒8min,拌匀即可;
所述的花生壳粉,粒径为0.4mm。
所述的步骤(1)的中药组合物处理,还包括中药的浸泡步骤,是将紫花地丁、蒲公英、藿香、黄连、紫草、败酱草、穿心莲、野菊花、茵陈、红景天、淫羊藿浸泡于20℃、浓度为0.3%的盐水中1.2h,将丁香、五味子、大蒜、虎杖、葛根、甘草根浸泡于30℃、浓度为2%的盐水中浸泡30min,捞出沥干。
所述的制备构树叶粉的步骤中,构树叶的平铺厚度为20cm。
所述的消毒液,是将浓度为2%的氢氧化钠、0.8%的硫化钠按0.5:0.4的质量比混合制得。
实施例3
一种能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:玉米胚芽25kg、构树叶粉10kg、观辣树叶粉18kg、豆腐树叶粉8kg、鱼肝油5kg、蚯蚓粉7kg、花生壳粉4kg、中药组合物13kg;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)中药组合物处理:中药组合物,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁5kg、蒲公英13kg、藿香5kg、丁香4kg、黄连13kg、五味子10kg、大蒜7kg、紫草9kg、败酱草10kg、穿心莲13kg、野菊花13kg、虎杖4kg、茵陈3kg、石膏8kg、红景天4kg、石榴皮13kg、淫羊藿6kg、葛根8kg、甘草根11kg;
按配方称取原料后,捣碎18min,加入乙酸乙酯浸泡1.5h,减压回收乙酸乙酯,过滤,得中药滤液,将滤渣烘干粉碎过90目筛,得中药微粉,加水中药微粉质量5倍的水,100℃下煎煮110min后,加入中药滤液,将温度调至75℃,继续煎煮至含水量为11%,取出即可;
(2)制备构树叶粉:采摘新鲜的构树叶,去除杂质后,平铺放入38℃,相对湿度为55%的密封的暗室内,放置1.8h,用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为8%,粉碎过50目筛;
(3)制备观辣树叶粉:采摘新鲜的观辣树叶,清水洗净后,浸泡于消毒液中33min,过沸水4min,在80℃的烘箱内烘干至含水量为12%,粉碎过90目筛;
(4)制备豆腐树叶粉:采摘新鲜的豆腐树叶,捣碎18min,加入乙醇,浸泡16h,减压回收乙醇,过滤,将滤渣烘干、粉碎过50目筛,加水煎煮35min后,加入滤液,继续煎煮至含水量为20%的浸膏,取出,换用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为6%,粉碎即可;

所述的步骤(1)的中药组合物处理,还包括中药的浸泡步骤,是将紫花地丁、蒲公英、藿香、黄连、紫草、败酱草、穿心莲、野菊花、茵陈、红景天、淫羊藿浸泡于18℃、浓度为0.25%的盐水中1.1h,将丁香、五味子、大蒜、虎杖、葛根、甘草根浸泡于28℃、浓度为1.5%的盐水中浸泡28min,捞出沥干。
所述的制备构树叶粉的步骤中,构树叶的平铺厚度为18cm。
所述的消毒液,是将浓度为1.5%的氢氧化钠、0.7%的硫化钠按0.4∶0.3的质量比混合制得。
实施例4
一种能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:玉米胚芽20kg、构树叶粉8kg、观辣树叶粉20kg、豆腐树叶粉9kg、鱼肝油7kg、蚯蚓粉5kg、花生壳粉3kg、中药组合物15kg;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)中药组合物处理:中药组合物,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁7kg、蒲公英15kg、藿香3kg、丁香2kg、黄连15kg、五味子8kg、大蒜9kg、紫草10kg、败酱草8kg、穿心莲10kg、野菊花15kg、虎杖5kg、茵陈2kg、石膏6kg、红景天5kg、石榴皮15kg、淫羊藿4kg、葛根5kg、甘草根9kg;
按配方称取原料后,捣碎15min,加入乙酸乙酯浸泡2h,减压回收乙酸乙酯,过滤,得中药滤液,将滤渣烘干粉碎过80目筛,得中药微粉,加水中药微粉质量5倍的水,100℃下煎煮120min后,加入中药滤液,将温度调至75℃,继续煎煮至含水量为10%,取出即可;
(2)制备构树叶粉:采摘新鲜的构树叶,去除杂质后,平铺放入40℃,相对湿度为50%的密封的暗室内,放置2h,用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为7%,粉碎过40目筛;
(3)制备观辣树叶粉:采摘新鲜的观辣树叶,清水洗净后,浸泡于消毒液中30min,过沸水3min,在80℃的烘箱内烘干至含水量为13%,粉碎过100目筛;
(4)制备豆腐树叶粉:采摘新鲜的豆腐树叶,捣碎15min,加入乙醇,浸泡18h,减压回收乙醇,过滤,将滤渣烘干、粉碎过60目筛,加水煎煮30min后,加入滤液,继续煎煮至含水量为18%的浸膏,取出,换用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为5%,粉碎即可;
(5)制备饲料:将鱼肝油置于80℃的锅内加热3min后,加入玉米胚芽、蚯蚓粉和花生壳粉,翻炒20min,趁热加入构树叶粉、观辣树叶粉、豆腐树叶粉和中药组合物,在锅内翻炒5min,拌匀即可;
所述的花生壳粉,粒径为0.3mm。
所述的步骤(1)的中药组合物处理,还包括中药的浸泡步骤,是将紫花地丁、蒲公英、藿香、黄连、紫草、败酱草、穿心莲、野菊花、茵陈、红景天、淫羊藿浸泡于20℃、浓度为0.2%的盐水中1.2h,将丁香、五味子、大蒜、虎杖、葛根、甘草根浸泡于25℃、浓度为1%的盐水中浸泡30min,捞出沥干。
所述的制备构树叶粉的步骤中,构树叶的平铺厚度为15cm。
所述的消毒液,是将浓度为1%的氢氧化钠、0.8%的硫化钠按0.5∶0.2的质量比混合制得。
实施例5
一种能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:玉米胚芽30kg、构树叶粉8kg、观辣树叶粉20kg、豆腐树叶粉6kg、鱼肝油7kg、蚯蚓粉5kg、花生壳粉5kg、中药组合物10kg;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)中药组合物处理:中药组合物,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁4kg、蒲公英15kg、藿香3kg、丁香5kg、黄连15kg、五味子8kg、大蒜9kg、紫草7kg、败酱草12kg、穿心莲10kg、野菊花15kg、虎杖3kg、茵陈4kg、石膏6kg、红景天5kg、石榴皮10kg、淫羊藿4kg、葛根10kg、甘草根9kg;
按配方称取原料后,捣碎15min,加入乙酸乙酯浸泡2h,减压回收乙酸乙酯,过滤,得中药滤液,将滤渣烘干粉碎过80目筛,得中药微粉,加水中药微粉质量5倍的水,100℃下煎煮120min后,加入中药滤液,将温度调至75℃,继续煎煮至含水量为13%,取出即可;
(2)制备构树叶粉:采摘新鲜的构树叶,去除杂质后,平铺放入40℃,相对湿度为60%的密封的暗室内,放置2h,用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为9%,粉碎过60目筛;
(3)制备观辣树叶粉:采摘新鲜的观辣树叶,清水洗净后,浸泡于消毒液中30min,过沸水3min,在80℃的烘箱内烘干至含水量为10%,粉碎过80目筛;
(4)制备豆腐树叶粉:采摘新鲜的豆腐树叶,捣碎20min,加入乙醇,浸泡18h,减压回收乙醇,过滤,将滤渣烘干、粉碎过60目筛,加水煎煮40min后,加入滤液,继续煎煮至含水量为22%的浸膏,取出,换用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为7%,粉碎即可;
(5)制备饲料:将鱼肝油置于60℃的锅内加热3min后,加入玉米胚芽、蚯蚓粉和花生壳粉,翻炒15min,趁热加入构树叶粉、观辣树叶粉、豆腐树叶粉和中药组合物,在锅内翻炒5min,拌匀即可;
所述的花生壳粉,粒径为0.3mm。
所述的步骤(1)的中药组合物处理,还包括中药的浸泡步骤,是将紫花地丁、蒲公英、藿香、黄连、紫草、败酱草、穿心莲、野菊花、茵陈、红景天、淫羊藿浸泡于20℃、浓度为0.3%的盐水中1.2h,将丁香、五味子、大蒜、虎杖、葛根、甘草根浸泡于30℃、浓度为2%的盐水中浸泡30min,捞出沥干。
所述的制备构树叶粉的步骤中,构树叶的平铺厚度为15cm。
所述的消毒液,是将浓度为1%的氢氧化钠、0.8%的硫化钠按0.3∶0.2的质量比混合制得。
实验例
1、毒性试验:
1.1、试验对象:选取身体状况健康的小白鼠100只,雌雄各半,体重25~29g,在人工照明12h、通风条件良好情况下饲养观察3d,随机分为5组,其中一组为空白对照试组,给药前12h和给药后4小时禁止进食,但不禁水。
1.2、方法:3d过后,除了空白组分别对另外4组小白鼠灌服剂量分别为0.55g/kg、1.1g/kg、1.8g/kg、2.3g/kg的本发明的饲料,观察7d。
1.3、结果:连续观察7d,全部小白鼠均健活且全部小白鼠的精神、食欲、分泌物、呼吸、眼等方面均未观察到异常,将实验小鼠和对照组小鼠经剖解后,各组织器官无明显感官不同,取心、肝、脾、肺、肾及肠作病理切片也无明显不同,增大一倍的剂量,同样的方法灌服,全部小鼠仍然健活,且与对照组比较无异常,说明该饲料对小鼠安全无毒。
2、用本发明的饲料与常规的饲料为对照进行比较试验,选择200头成年牛为试验对象,试验时间为6个月,分别对牛的发病率、死亡率以及抗生素的使用情况进行统计,结果如表1所示:

2、用本发明的饲料喂食已经发病的牛,对治疗情况进行统计,结果如表2所示:

说明:本发明饲料能对牛口蹄疫具有良好的预防效果,在治疗方面,对症状轻微的染病牛,有良好的治疗效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,其特征在于,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:玉米胚芽20~30、构树叶粉8~12、观辣树叶粉15~20、豆腐树叶粉6~9、鱼肝油4~7、蚯蚓粉5~8、花生壳粉3~5、中药组合物10~15;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)中药组合物处理:中药组合物,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁4~7、蒲公英10~15、藿香3~6、丁香2~5、黄连10~15、五味子8~12、大蒜6~9、紫草7~10、败酱草8~12、穿心莲10~15、野菊花10~15、虎杖3~5、茵陈2~4、石膏6~9、红景天3~5、石榴皮10~15、淫羊藿4~8、葛根5~10、甘草根9~13;
按配方称取原料后,捣碎15~20min,加入乙酸乙酯浸泡1~2h,减压回收乙酸乙酯,过滤,得中药滤液,将滤渣烘干粉碎过80~100目筛,得中药微粉,加水中药微粉质量5倍的水,100℃下煎煮100~120min后,加入中药滤液,将温度调至75℃,继续煎煮至含水量为10~13%,取出即可;
(2)制备构树叶粉:采摘新鲜的构树叶,去除杂质后,平铺放入35~40℃,相对湿度为50~60%的密封的暗室内,放置1.5~2h,用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为7~9%,粉碎过40~60目筛;
(3)制备观辣树叶粉:采摘新鲜的观辣树叶,清水洗净后,浸泡于消毒液中30~35min,过沸水3~5min,在80℃的烘箱内烘干至含水量为10~13%,粉碎过80~100目筛;
(4)制备豆腐树叶粉:采摘新鲜的豆腐树叶,捣碎15~20min,加入乙醇,浸泡15~18h,减压回收乙醇,过滤,将滤渣烘干、粉碎过40~60目筛,加水煎煮30~40min后,加入滤液,继续煎煮至含水量为18~22%的浸膏,取出,换用80℃的烘箱烘干至含水量为5~7%,粉碎即可;
(5)制备饲料:将鱼肝油置于60~80℃的锅内加热3~5min后,加入玉米胚芽、蚯蚓粉和花生壳粉,翻炒15~20min,趁热加入构树叶粉、观辣树叶粉、豆腐树叶粉和中药组合物,在锅内翻炒5~8min,拌匀即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,其特征在于,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:玉米胚芽25、构树叶粉10、观辣树叶粉18、豆腐树叶粉8、鱼肝油5、蚯蚓粉7、花生壳粉4、中药组合物13。
3.如权利要求1所述的能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,其特征在于,所述的中药组合物,由以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁5、蒲公英13、藿香5、丁香4、黄连13、五味子10、大蒜7、紫草9、败酱草10、穿心莲13、野菊花13、虎杖4、茵陈3、石膏8、红景天4、石榴皮13、淫羊藿6、葛根8、甘草根11。
4.如权利要求1所述的能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,其特征在于,所述的花生壳粉,粒径为0.3~0.4mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,其特征在于,所述的步骤(1)的中药组合物处理,还包括中药的浸泡步骤,是将紫花地丁、蒲公英、藿香、黄连、紫草、败酱草、穿心莲、野菊花、茵陈、红景天、淫羊藿浸泡于15~20℃、浓度为0.2~0.3%的盐水中1~1.2h,将丁香、五味子、大蒜、虎杖、葛根、甘草根浸泡于25~30℃、浓度为1~2%的盐水中浸泡25~30min,捞出沥干。
6.如权利要求1所述的能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,其特征在于,所述的制备构树叶粉的步骤中,构树叶的平铺厚度为15~20cm。
7.如权利要求1所述的能防治口蹄疫病的牛饲料,其特征在于,所述的消毒液,是将浓度为1~2%的氢氧化钠、0.5~0.8%的硫化钠按0.3~0.5∶0.2~0.4的质量比混合制得。
