Description

Logistics information processing method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of information processing technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing logistics information.
Background
In an e-commerce transaction platform, a relatively common mode is that a buyer user selects and purchases a desired commodity in an online browsing manner, and then a seller selects a logistics service provider in a cooperative relationship with the seller, and delivers the corresponding commodity to a delivery address designated by the buyer user.
In order to facilitate the buyers to know the logistics distribution situation, the platform generally provides an interface for uploading information for the logistics service provider, and the logistics service provider can upload related logistics detail information to the platform server every step from the acquisition of goods express to the transfer between each transfer station and the final delivery of a delivery member. The buyer user can inquire the corresponding logistics details by inquiring the order details so as to know the specific delivery condition in real time and prepare for receiving goods in advance.
However, in the course of actually carrying out goods delivery by the logistics service provider, a long-time non-delivery situation often occurs due to various reasons. For example, a buyer user's receiving location is in Beijing and the goods are shipped in Hangzhou, and typically, the goods can arrive at Beijing two or three days, but there may be situations where the goods have been shipped for five or six days and the buyer user still does not receive the goods. At this time, although the logistics service provider may already provide some logistics detail information, generally only the name, time, etc. of the site where the goods arrive are displayed, and if the buyer user wants to obtain more detailed information, including specific reasons that the goods are not received for a long time, the buyer user can only call the telephone of the logistics service provider by himself to make a consultation, or the buyer user contacts with the customer service staff of the seller user through the instant messaging function associated with the platform, and then the seller user consults the logistics service provider, and finally the result of the consultation is returned to the buyer user through the instant messaging function. Not only does this process take a long time and have a poor user experience, but it also wastes resources to some extent from the perspective of system resources.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the present application, in case that the order has been submitted and paid for, but the buyer user does not receive the goods within a normal time, the buyer user may be provided with an operation option for conducting a logistics question consultation, by which the buyer user may submit a logistics-related question that he needs to ask, including why his goods have not yet been delivered, and so on. After receiving the questions submitted by the buyer user, the server may send the questions to the seller user and/or the related logistics service provider, and provide the obtained related reply information to the first user client. Therefore, the first user client can more conveniently and quickly know the problems of the logistics service provider in the transportation process of the goods. Specific implementations are described in detail below.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present application provides a method for processing logistics information, mainly from the perspective of a server, and specifically, the method may include the following steps:
s101: the server provides a first operation option for consulting logistics problems when the transaction order is in a to-be-received state;
it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, a buyer user in the transaction platform may be referred to as a first user, and a seller user or a merchant, etc. may be referred to as a second user.
After the first user selects a certain commodity object and clicks a purchase option, the server can generate a transaction order for the commodity object, the first user can enter a delivery process after completing related operations such as payment and the like, and correspondingly, the transaction order enters a to-be-received state. At this point, the first user can focus on the details of the particular shipment and delivery process by their logistics details. For example, whether a shipment has been made, whether the service personnel of the logistics service provider has acquired the package, which site the goods are shipped to, and the like.
In addition to the above logistics detail information, in the embodiment of the present application, a first operation option for consulting logistics problems may be provided in the first user client, for example, a button may be provided in the vicinity of the logistics detail information, and if the first user has a question about the goods delivery process, for example, why the goods have not been sent from the last site, and the like, a question may be initiated by clicking the button. It should be noted that the first operation option provided in the embodiment of the present application is different from the operation option in the prior art for initiating a dialog with the second user service person, and the first operation option is dedicated to receiving the consultation problem related to the logistics service.
S102: when a consultation problem about a specified trading order submitted by a first user client is received through the first operation option, extracting a logistics service provider identifier from the specified trading order;
after receiving the consultation question input by the first user through the first operation option, the first user client can submit the consultation question to the server, and also submit the current trade order identification information such as an order number and the like to the server. The server may extract the logistics service provider information from the trade order after receiving the related information. The information about the logistics service provider may be configured by the second user in advance, for example, in a case where the second user only orders one logistics service provider, all the commodity objects issued by the second user may be distributed by the logistics service provider by default; alternatively, the second user may also be accurate to different merchandise objects, choose different logistics solutions, respectively, and so on. In summary, the logistics service provider corresponding to the commodity object may be determined before the trade order is generated, so that after the trade order is generated, the related logistics service provider identification information may be recorded in the trade order.
S103: providing the consultation question to the logistics service provider;
after the logistics service provider is determined, the received consultation question can be provided to the logistics service provider. Specifically, there may be a plurality of specific implementation manners for providing the consultation problem to the logistics service provider, for example, in one implementation manner, some large logistics service providers may generally deploy their own ERP (enterprise resource management) systems for managing logistics information, in this case, the large logistics service providers may communicate with the logistics service provider in advance to obtain an interface of their ERP systems, so that the transaction platform server may send a message to their ERP systems through the interface, so that the server may send the consultation problem to the ERP systems of the logistics service providers through the interface, and accordingly, staff of the logistics service providers may check the relevant consultation problem through their ERP systems.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, some trading platforms (e.g. naobao, tianmao, etc.) perform unified logistics management by means of 4PL, so-called 4PL, that is, the trading platform can purchase the services of the logistics service provider in advance to form a logistics solution, and a second user in the trading platform can order the logistics solution from the trading platform. Under the 4PL system, an information interaction channel is established between the trading platform side and the logistics service provider, a trading order generated by the trading platform side can be sent to the logistics service provider through the channel, and the logistics service provider can transmit logistics detail information back to the trading platform through the channel. Such a channel may be established by knowing in advance the system interface of the other party. That is, in the 4PL system, the transaction platform server may pre-store an interface of the logistics service provider ERP system, so that, after receiving a logistics problem consultation request, the server may send the request to the logistics service provider ERP system through the interface.
Certainly, in practical applications, there may also be some small logistics service providers, and there may not be an ERP system deployed, and for such a case, in this embodiment of the application, a logistics service provider workstation may also be provided for such a logistics service provider, that is, an ERP of such a logistics service provider is hosted. That is, in this form, the logistics service provider may also exist as another user of the transaction platform, which may register its own account number through the logistics service provider workstation, and the transaction platform server may open up a corresponding storage space for storing various logistics information about the logistics service provider, and may also implement interaction with the logistics service provider, including sending messages to it, etc. Therefore, in this case, it may be determined that the logistics service provider registers account information in the server through a preset logistics service provider client, and then, the consultation problem submitted by the first user client may be sent to the logistics service provider client through the account information, so that the logistics service provider may also view the corresponding consultation problem.
S104: and when receiving reply information returned by the logistics service provider, providing the reply information to the first user client.
After the logistics service provider checks the consultation questions, the consultation questions can be answered by related service personnel, of course, the logistics service provider can also deploy an automatic question answering system in advance, the consultation questions can be answered by a robot, and given reply information can be submitted to a server through a client side provided by an ERP system or a transaction platform of the logistics service provider. The server, upon receiving the reply message, may provide it to the first user client. Thus, the first user client can acquire more specific logistics information of goods. Of course, in a specific implementation, after receiving the reply information of the logistics service provider, the server may also provide the reply information to the second user associated with the current transaction order, so that the second user may also have more detailed knowledge of the logistics details.
For example, a first user finds, through the logistics details, that the purchased goods have been sent to a certain site for a plurality of days, and have not been sent to the next site, and has not received the goods, and at this time, the first user may consult through the first operation option provided in the client, for example, may input a question "how did my goods have not been sent", and so on. After receiving the consultation question, the server can extract the identification of the logistics service provider from the trading order and provide the question to the logistics service provider. After the logistics service provider answers and returns the reply information to the server, the server can return the reply information to the first user client, so that the first user can check the specific reply information through the client.
It can be seen that, according to the embodiment of the present application, when the logistics service provider has provided the logistics details, but the first user still has a question to consult, the consultation can be initiated directly by using the operation option specifically provided for the first user, the server can directly send the consultation question of the first user to the logistics service provider in a reverse direction, and after the consultation question is answered, the answering information can be returned to the first user client, so that the first user can know the more detailed logistics details more conveniently and quickly, and does not need to communicate with the second user by means of the instant messaging tool.
In addition, during the transaction, the first user may typically initiate an evaluation of the order, the evaluation mainly including an evaluation of the quality of the goods, an evaluation of the quality of the service of the merchant (which may be the quality of the service of customer service staff in general), an evaluation of the logistics service, and so on. The evaluation information can provide reference for subsequent other buyer users to help the buyer users to make shopping decisions. The evaluation of the logistics service can be used for the reference of the first user, and the evaluation of the logistics service also has reference value for the second user. For example, the second user may determine whether to continue to cooperate with the first user based on the first user's evaluation of the logistics service, or to place improvement requirements on the services of the logistics service provider, and so on.
In the prior art, each evaluation is generally to provide an operation option for evaluation for a first user after the first user receives goods, and the evaluation of the quality of goods object, the quality of service of merchants and the quality of logistics service are generally performed simultaneously. However, some first users may use some marketing means in pursuit of a good rate, for example, the first user may be prompted when he browses or purchases related goods, and a certain number of cash, coupons, etc. may be returned if all the ratings are given full points. In this case, the actual idea of the first user may not be expressed any more, so that the evaluation given in practice may be unrealistic. Meanwhile, the possible problems of the logistics service which should be reflected from the evaluation information are covered, so that the reference value of the evaluation of the logistics service to the second user is difficult to reflect, the service quality of the cooperative logistics service provider cannot be determined according to the evaluation information of the first user, and the evaluation information loses meaning.
In this case, in the embodiment of the present application, in addition to the aforementioned first operation option provided to the first user when the transaction order is in the pending state, a second operation option for evaluating the logistics service during the goods delivery process may be provided. When receiving the logistics service evaluation information through the second operation option, the second user identifier can be extracted from the currently specified transaction order, and the logistics service evaluation information is provided for the second user client and the logistics service provider. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, the logistics service may be evaluated separately, and the evaluation may be separated from the evaluation of the quality of the commodity object, and the evaluation may be performed in the distribution process, instead of waiting until the goods are received, so that the logistics service provider or the second user may find possible problems more timely.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, a more fine-grained evaluation of logistics service may also be achieved, for example, the second operation option may include a plurality of sub-options, each of which is evaluated with respect to a station that has already been visited in the goods delivery process, where the so-called station may include an ex-warehouse station, a transit station, or a delivery station. That is, through the sub-option, the first user can evaluate each link in the distribution process respectively, and because the evaluation is not affected by the quality of the goods or the marketing means of the second user, the problem existing in the distribution process can be reflected more truly, so that the second user and the logistics service provider have higher reference values.
Among them, the site that has already been routed in the delivery of goods can be known through various routes. For example, in one of the manners, when providing the logistics details, the logistics service provider generally provides the name, time, etc. of the site where the goods have arrived, and thus, the site that has been routed in the delivery process of the goods can be extracted based on the logistics detail information submitted by the logistics service provider. That is, in this manner, more sub-options may be offered as logistics details are updated. For example, after goods of an order are delivered from a warehouse, a logistics service provider provides a piece of logistics detail, at a certain time of a certain day, the goods are delivered from the warehouse, at this time, the server can extract information such as the name of the warehouse and the like from the information, and then a logistics service evaluation sub-option is generated for evaluating the warehouse site; then, when the goods are delivered to a transit station, the logistics service provider updates the logistics details thereof, and adds a record that the goods have arrived at the transit station at a certain time on a certain day, at this time, the server may also generate another evaluation sub-option for evaluating the transit station, or the delivery situation between the transit station and the previous station, and so on.
Alternatively, the same logistics service provider will have the same route site when shipping between the same two shipments and consignees. For example, when a logistics service provider delivers goods from Shanghai to Beijing, the sites of the routes may include shipping warehouses, airport terminals from Shanghai, airport terminals from Beijing, and so on. Therefore, in another implementation, information of a delivery location and a receiving location of the goods associated with the currently specified transaction order can be determined, then, sites of a goods delivery process route can be determined according to delivery history records of the logistics service provider between the delivery location and the receiving location, and then evaluation sub-options corresponding to the sites are provided at one time. Of course, in a specific implementation, when the goods do not arrive at a certain site, the sub-option corresponding to the site may be set to be in an inoperable state, and along with the update of the logistics details, when the goods are found to be delivered to the certain site, the corresponding sub-option is switched to be in an operable state.
Example two
In the first embodiment, the server sends the consultation question to the logistics service provider after receiving the consultation question submitted through the first operation option, and in the second embodiment, the server can also send the consultation question to the second user client, and the second user client communicates with the logistics service provider to obtain the reply information, and then submits the reply information to the server, and the server provides the reply information to the first user client. In the process, the first user does not need to communicate with the second user through tools such as instant messaging and the like, and only needs to submit the problems needing to be consulted on the transaction order detail page through a special first operation option, so that the method is simpler and more convenient.
Referring to fig. 2, the second embodiment provides a logistics information processing method, which may specifically include the following steps:
s201: the server provides a first operation option for consulting logistics problems when the transaction order is in a to-be-received state;
s202: when a consultation problem about a specified trading order submitted by a first user is received through the first operation option, extracting a second user identification from the specified trading order;
s203: providing the consultation question to the second user client so that the second user can obtain response information from a related logistics service provider;
the second user may obtain the reply information from the logistics service provider in various ways, for example, by way of manual consultation, and the like.
S204: and when receiving reply information returned by the second user client, providing the reply information to the first user client.
Compared with the first embodiment, the second embodiment is different only in the sending object of the consultation problem, and other implementation details may be the same, so reference may be made to the description in the first embodiment, and details are not described here.
EXAMPLE III
In the third embodiment, the server may also send the consultation question to the second user client and the logistics service provider at the same time, both of which may reply to the consultation question, and the server may provide the first user client with the reply information received first, so that the time for the first user to receive the reply information may be further shortened.
Referring to fig. 3, the third embodiment also provides a logistics information processing method from the perspective of a server, and the method may include the following steps:
s301: the server provides a first operation option for consulting logistics problems when the transaction order is in a to-be-received state;
s302: when a consultation problem about a specified transaction order submitted by a first user is received through the first operation option, extracting a second user identification and a logistics service provider identification from the specified transaction order;
s303: providing the consultation problem to the second user client and a logistics service provider identifier;
s304: and when reply information returned by the second user client or the logistics service provider is received, providing the reply information to the first user client.
Compared with the first embodiment, the second embodiment also only adds the sending object of the consultation problem, and other implementation details may be the same, so that reference may be made to the description in the first embodiment, and details are not described here.
Example four
In a fourth embodiment, a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application is introduced from the perspective of the first user client, referring to fig. 4, where the fourth embodiment provides a method for processing logistics information, and the method may include the following steps:
s401: the method comprises the steps that a first user client receives a consultation problem about a specified trading order submitted by a first user through a first operation option when the trading order is in a to-be-received state;
s402: submitting the consultation question to a server so that the server extracts a second user identifier and/or a logistics service provider identifier from the specified transaction order, provides the consultation question to the second user and/or the logistics service provider, and returns response information to the first user client when receiving the response information returned by the second user or the logistics service provider;
s403: and receiving the reply information returned by the server.
During specific implementation, when the trade order is in a to-be-received state, the first user client can also receive logistics service evaluation information which is submitted by the first user through the second operation option and is related to the specified trade order; then, the logistics service evaluation information may be submitted to a server, so that the server provides the logistics service evaluation information to the second user and/or the logistics service provider.
EXAMPLE five
The fifth embodiment is introduced from the perspective of the logistics service provider client, where the logistics service provider client may be the case where the transaction platform hosts the ERP system of the logistics service provider, as described in the first embodiment, and the client is the "workbench" provided for the logistics service provider. Or, the logistics service provider client may also refer to an ERP system deployed by the logistics service provider, and implement a corresponding function in the ERP system.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, a fifth embodiment provides a logistics information processing method, which may include the following steps:
s501: the method comprises the steps that a logistics service provider client receives a consultation problem sent by a server, wherein the consultation problem is submitted to the server by a first user client through a first operation option for consulting the logistics problem when a trading order is in a to-be-received state;
s502: after receiving the input reply information, submitting the reply information to a server so as to provide the reply information to the first user client by the server.
During specific implementation, logistics service evaluation information sent by a server can be received, wherein the logistics service evaluation information is submitted to the server by a first user client through a preset second operation option when the transaction order is in a to-be-received state.
