Detecting the conditions of swiping a correct account opening card (only opening an account without recharging) on the interactive terminal in the formal key state, reading the card and executing the card by the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter, wherein the conditions comprise the account opening state, the updating of the electricity purchasing information file of the security module, the updating of the customer number and the electricity purchasing record;
preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, if each execution condition detected in this step is matched with the corresponding preset response information, the detection conclusion in this step is qualified; otherwise, the detection conclusion of the step is unqualified.

Detecting the card reading and executing conditions of the dual-mode fee-control electric energy meter, including an account opening state, updating of a safety module electricity purchasing information file, updating of a customer number and an electricity purchasing record, when a correct account opening card (account opening and recharging) is swiped on the interactive terminal in a formal key state and the residual amount after the planned recharging is less than or equal to the limit value of the stocked amount;
preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, if each execution condition detected in this step is matched with the corresponding preset response information, the detection conclusion in this step is qualified; otherwise, the detection conclusion of the step is unqualified.

Step 11: and initializing the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter. And (3) checking the detection conditions of the steps 2-10, if the detection conclusion of any step is unqualified, the overall detection conclusion is unqualified, and only if the detection conclusions of the 9 steps are qualified, the overall detection conclusion is qualified.
The account opening function test method of the charge control electric energy meter of the embodiment of the invention covers various technical requirements of technical standards on account opening functions (remote account opening/account opening card account opening/account opening through an interactive terminal), and has comprehensive test contents; the evaluation method is suitable for each unit to evaluate the account opening function of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter, and is wide in applicability.
It should be noted that, for the sake of simplicity, the foregoing method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combinations, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present invention is not limited by the described order of acts, as some steps may be performed in other orders or simultaneously according to the present invention.
Based on the same idea as the account opening function test method of the fee-controlled electric energy meter in the embodiment, the invention also provides an account opening function test system of the fee-controlled electric energy meter, and the system can be used for executing the account opening function test method of the fee-controlled electric energy meter. For convenience of explanation, the schematic structural diagram of the embodiment of the account opening function test system of the fee-controlled electric energy meter only shows a part related to the embodiment of the present invention, and those skilled in the art will understand that the illustrated structure does not constitute a limitation to the system, and may include more or less components than those illustrated, or combine some components, or arrange different components.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an account opening function testing system of a fee-controlled electric energy meter according to an embodiment of the invention; as shown in fig. 2, the account opening function testing system of the fee-controlled electric energy meter of the present embodiment includes: the first testing module 710, the second testing module 720, the third testing module 730, and the determining module 740 are described in detail as follows:
the first testing module 710 is configured to obtain response execution information of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter to a correct account opening signal in a key testing state;
the account opening method of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: remote account opening, account opening card account opening and account opening through an interactive terminal. Correspondingly, the first testing module 710 needs to respectively obtain response execution information of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter to the correct account opening signal corresponding to each account opening manner in the state of testing the secret key.
The second testing module 720 is configured to obtain response execution information of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter to the abnormal account opening signal in a formal key state;
preferably, the second testing module 720 is specifically configured to respectively obtain response execution information of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter in a formal key state to the abnormal account opening signal corresponding to each account opening manner; and controlling the dual-mode fee control electric energy meter to enter a formal key state, and respectively acquiring response execution information of a correct account opening signal corresponding to each account opening mode when the residual amount of the dual-mode fee control electric energy meter after the pseudo-charging is larger than the limit value of the stocked amount.
The third testing module 730 is configured to initialize the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter, and acquire response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to a correct account opening signal in a formal key state;
preferably, the third testing module 730 is specifically configured to: acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to a correct account opening signal which is not charged in account opening in a formal key state; acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to a correct account opening and recharging account opening signal in a formal key state; acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode fee-control electric energy meter when a correct account opening signal which does not charge the account is received and a correct account opening and charged account opening signal is received in a formal key state; acquiring response execution information when the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter detects a correct account opening signal in other forms under the state of a formal secret key and under the condition that account opening is finished through the account opening signal in a certain form; and acquiring response execution information of the correct account opening and recharging account opening signal of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter under the condition that the account is opened and the recharging is carried out more than once.
The judging module 740 is configured to compare the obtained response execution information with the corresponding preset response information, determine that the account opening function of the dual-mode cost-controlled electric energy meter is qualified if all the comparison results are matched, and determine that the account opening function of the dual-mode cost-controlled electric energy meter is not qualified if all the comparison results are matched.
Preferably, the determining module 740 is specifically configured to: comparing the acquired response execution information in the test key state with preset test response information, comparing the acquired response execution information to the abnormal account opening signal in the formal key state with preset abnormal response information, and comparing the acquired response execution information to the correct account opening signal in the formal key state with preset correct response information; if all the comparison results are matched, judging that the account opening function of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter is qualified, otherwise, judging that the account opening function of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter is unqualified.
As another preferred embodiment, the account opening function testing system of the fee-controlled electric energy meter further includes: the setting module is used for detecting the current charge control mode state of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter; and if the local fee control mode is not the local fee control mode, setting the dual-mode fee control electric energy meter as the local fee control mode.
Preferably, the setting module can be further used for setting a stocked amount limit value and an overdraft amount limit value of the dual-mode fee control electric energy meter.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the account opening function testing system of the cost-controlled electric energy meter, because the contents of information interaction, execution process, and the like between the modules are based on the same concept as the foregoing method embodiment of the present invention, the technical effect brought by the contents is the same as the foregoing method embodiment of the present invention, and specific contents may refer to the description in the method embodiment of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
In addition, in the embodiment of the account opening function testing system of the fee-controlled electric energy meter, the logic division of each functional module is only an example, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be performed by different functional modules according to needs, for example, due to the configuration requirements of corresponding hardware or the convenience of implementation of software, that is, the internal structure of the account opening function testing system of the fee-controlled electric energy meter is divided into different functional modules to perform all or part of the above described functions. The functional modules can be realized in a hardware mode or a software functional module mode.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program, which is stored in a computer readable storage medium and sold or used as a stand-alone product. The program, when executed, may perform all or a portion of the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to a correct account opening signal in a key testing state;
acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to an abnormal account opening signal and response execution information of a correct account opening signal in a formal key state;
comparing the acquired response execution information with corresponding preset response information respectively; if all the comparison results are matched, judging that the account opening function of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter is qualified, otherwise, judging that the account opening function of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter is unqualified.
2. The account opening function test method of the fee-controlled electric energy meter according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the response execution information of the dual-mode fee-controlled electric energy meter to the correct account opening signal in the state of testing the secret key further comprises:
detecting the current charge control mode state of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter; and if the local fee control mode is not the local fee control mode, setting the dual-mode fee control electric energy meter as the local fee control mode.
3. The account opening function test method of the fee-controlled electric energy meter according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the response execution information of the dual-mode fee-controlled electric energy meter to the correct account opening signal in the state of testing the secret key further comprises:
and setting a stocked amount limit value and an overdraft amount limit value of the dual-mode fee control electric energy meter.

The method for testing account opening function of a fee-controlled electric energy meter according to claim 1, wherein the account opening mode of the dual-mode fee-controlled electric energy meter comprises the following steps: opening an account remotely, opening an account by an account opening card and opening an account through an interactive terminal;
the step of acquiring the response execution information of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter to the correct account opening signal in the state of testing the secret key comprises the following steps: respectively acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter on a correct account opening signal corresponding to each account opening mode in a key testing state;
the step of acquiring the response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to the abnormal account opening signal in the formal key state comprises the following steps: respectively acquiring response execution information of the abnormal account opening signal corresponding to each account opening mode of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter in a formal key state;
the step of acquiring the response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to the correct account opening signal in the formal key state comprises the following steps: acquiring response execution information of a correct account opening signal which does not charge for account opening and corresponds to each account opening mode of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter in a formal key state; acquiring response execution information of a correct account opening and recharging account opening signal corresponding to each account opening mode of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter in a formal key state; acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter in a formal key state when receiving a correct account opening signal which does not charge for opening an account and corresponds to each account opening mode and receiving a correct account opening signal and a charged account opening signal of the same account opening mode; acquiring response execution information when the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter detects a correct account opening signal corresponding to other account opening modes under the condition that the account opening is finished by an account opening signal of a certain account opening mode in a formal key state; and acquiring response execution information of a correct account opening and recharging account opening signal corresponding to the same account opening mode under the condition that the account opening of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter is completed through a certain account opening mode and the recharging is more than one time.

The account opening function test method of the fee-controlled electric energy meter according to claim 4, wherein the step of obtaining the response execution information of the dual-mode fee-controlled electric energy meter to the abnormal account opening signal in the formal key state comprises the following steps:
controlling the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to enter a formal key state, and respectively acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to abnormal account opening signals corresponding to each account opening mode; and controlling the dual-mode fee control electric energy meter to enter a formal key, and respectively acquiring response execution information of a correct account opening signal corresponding to each account opening mode when the residual amount of the dual-mode fee control electric energy meter after the pseudo-charging is larger than the limit value of the stocked amount.

The account opening function test method of the fee-controlled electric energy meter according to claim 4, wherein the step of obtaining the response execution information of the dual-mode fee-controlled electric energy meter to the correct account opening signal in the formal key state comprises:
controlling a dual-mode cost control electric energy meter to enter a formal key state, and if detecting that the current account opening mode of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter is remote account opening, acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter to a correct remote account opening instruction which does not charge for account opening; acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to a correct account opening and recharging remote account opening instruction; the response execution information of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter when a correct remote account opening instruction which opens an account and is not charged is received, and the correct remote account opening instruction which opens an account and is charged is received is obtained; acquiring response execution information when the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter reads correct account opening card information under the condition that the remote account opening is carried out; acquiring response execution information of a correct account opening and recharging remote account opening instruction of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter under the condition that the account is opened and the recharging is more than one time;
controlling a dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to enter a formal key state, and if detecting that the current account opening mode of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter is account opening of an account opening card or account opening through an interactive terminal, acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter to correct account opening card information which is not recharged during account opening; acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter on correct account opening and charged account opening card information; acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode charge control electric energy meter when correct account opening card information which is not charged for opening an account is detected and correct account opening and charged account opening card information is detected; acquiring response execution information of the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter to a correct remote account opening instruction under the condition that an account is opened through account opening card information; and acquiring response execution information when the correct account opening and charged account opening card information is detected under the condition that the account is opened through a remote account opening instruction without charging the account; and acquiring response execution information when the correct account opening and recharging account opening card information is detected under the condition that the account opening and recharging are carried out on the dual-mode cost control electric energy meter for more than one time.

The account opening function test method of the fee-controlled electric energy meter according to claim 1, wherein the response execution information includes: the method comprises the following steps of reading an account opening signal, the current account opening state, updating an electricity purchasing information file, updating a customer number and one or more of electricity purchasing records.
8. The account opening function test method of the fee-controlled electric energy meter according to claim 1, wherein comparing the obtained response execution information with the corresponding preset response information respectively comprises:
the response execution information under the test key state is compared with preset test response information, the response execution information of the abnormal account opening signal under the formal key state is compared with preset abnormal response information, and the response execution information of the correct account opening signal under the formal key state is compared with preset correct response information.
