Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置,使用时,汽车废气先通过滤芯作用,对废气含有的悬浮微粒吸附,再通过挡板作用,对废气含有的金属微粒吸附,最终过滤完成的尾气向外排出,废气中含有的残余燃油会粘连到挡板,通过重力作用,使残余燃油流入收集瓶内,从而实现该装置收纳残余燃油的效果,当该装置使用一段时间后,使用人员可推动卡板,再将插板从插孔内拔出,从而实现滤芯的清洗,同时,使用人员也可将收集瓶内部燃油清理,该汽车尾气过滤环保装置,不仅能够对汽车尾气进行有效的过滤,避免尾气污染环境,还能通过简单的操作,对该装置进行清理,继而使得该装置能够持续使用,从而极大的降低了使用人员的投入成本。

一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤装置,尤其涉及一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置。
背景技术
汽车的尾气是现阶段城市空气恶化的污染源之一,也是近年来加剧大气温室效应的因素之一,因此,降低汽车尾气中污染物的排放是治理环境过程中不可忽略的一项内容,汽车尾气过滤装置能够明显降低汽车尾气中的污染物含量,但目前传统的过滤装置不仅生产成本高,当过滤装置使用一段时间后,污染物便会装满,需要重新更换,这样也极大的提高了消费者的使用成本,鉴于以上缺陷,实有必要设计一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置,来解决目前传统的过滤装置不仅生产成本高,还需要经常更换的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置,包括罩体、连接嘴、插孔、插板、滤芯、挡板、滑槽、排出嘴、漏油嘴、收集瓶,所述的连接嘴位于罩体右侧,所述的连接嘴与罩体一体相连,所述的插孔位于连接嘴左侧上端,所述的插孔与罩体一体相连,所述的插板贯穿插孔,所述的插板与罩体滑动相连,所述的滤芯位于插板内部,所述的滤芯与插板胶水相连,所述的挡板数量为若干件,所述的挡板位于插板左侧,所述的挡板与罩体螺纹相连,所述的滑槽位于挡板底部,所述的滑槽与罩体螺纹相连,所述的排出嘴位于挡板左侧,所述的排出嘴与罩体一体相连,所述的漏油嘴位于罩体底部,所述的漏油嘴与罩体一体相连,所述的收集瓶位于漏油嘴底部,所述的收集瓶与漏油嘴螺纹相连。
进一步,所述的插板上端两侧还设有滑槽座,所述的滑槽座与罩体螺纹相连。
进一步,所述的滑槽座内部还设有弹簧,所述的弹簧与滑槽座卡扣相连。
进一步,所述的弹簧一侧还设有卡板,所述的卡板与弹簧卡扣相连。
进一步,所述的收集瓶内部右侧还设有过滤棉,所述的过滤棉与收集瓶胶水相连。
进一步,所述的收集瓶左侧还设有密封盖,所述的密封盖与收集瓶螺纹相连。
与现有技术相比,该汽车尾气过滤环保装置,使用时,使用人员首先将收集瓶与漏油嘴相连,使收集瓶与罩体相连固定,再将连接嘴与汽车尾气管道相连,使得罩体整体与汽车尾气管道相连固定,当使用人员驾驶汽车时,汽车排出的废气便会进入到罩体内部,当废气进入罩体后,先穿过滤芯,通过滤芯作用,对废气中的悬浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物等进行有效吸附,然后,废气再通过挡板区域,过滤完的汽车尾气便从排出嘴排出,所以废气中含有的残余燃油会粘连到挡板上,因为挡板材质为铁氧体,具有铁磁性的金属氧化物,能够有效对废气中的金属微粒进行吸附,通过重力作用,使得残余燃油带着金属微粒落入滑槽,再从滑槽进入漏油嘴,再从漏油嘴流入收集瓶内,因为过滤棉的作用,使得残余燃油不会回流到罩体,从而实现收集瓶收纳残余燃油的效果,当该装置使用一段时间后,使用人员可推动卡板,使卡板挤压弹簧即卡板向两侧滑动,再将插板从插孔内拔出,从而实现滤芯的清洗,避免滤芯出现堵塞,同时,使用人员也可旋转收集瓶,使收集瓶与漏油嘴分离,更换过滤棉,再旋转密封盖,使得收集瓶内部燃油排出,该汽车尾气过滤环保装置,结构巧妙,操作方便,节约环保,不仅能够对汽车尾气进行有效的过滤,避免尾气污染环境,还能通过简单的操作,对该装置进行清理,继而使得该装置能够持续使用,从而极大的降低了使用人员的投入成本。

如图1、图2所示,一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置,包括罩体1、连接嘴2、插孔3、插板4、滤芯5、挡板6、滑槽7、排出嘴8、漏油嘴9、收集瓶10,所述的连接嘴2位于罩体1右侧,所述的连接嘴2与罩体1一体相连,所述的插孔3位于连接嘴2左侧上端,所述的插孔3与罩体1一体相连,所述的插板4贯穿插孔3,所述的插板4与罩体1滑动相连,所述的滤芯5位于插板4内部,所述的滤芯5与插板4胶水相连,所述的挡板6数量为若干件,所述的挡板6位于插板4左侧,所述的挡板6与罩体1螺纹相连,所述的滑槽7位于挡板4底部,所述的滑槽7与罩体1螺纹相连,所述的排出嘴8位于挡板6左侧,所述的排出嘴8与罩体1一体相连,所述的漏油嘴9位于罩体1底部,所述的漏油嘴9与罩体1一体相连,所述的收集瓶10位于漏油嘴9底部,所述的收集瓶10与漏油嘴9螺纹相连,所述的插板4上端两侧还设有滑槽座101,所述的滑槽座101与罩体1螺纹相连,所述的滑槽座101内部还设有弹簧102,所述的弹簧102与滑槽座101卡扣相连,所述的弹簧102一侧还设有卡板103,所述的卡板103与弹簧102卡扣相连,所述的收集瓶10内部右侧还设有过滤棉1001,所述的过滤棉1001与收集瓶10胶水相连,所述的收集瓶10左侧还设有密封盖1002,所述的密封盖1002与收集瓶10螺纹相连。该汽车尾气过滤环保装置,使用时,使用人员首先将收集瓶10与漏油嘴9相连,使收集瓶10与罩体1相连固定,再将连接嘴2与汽车尾气管道相连,使得罩体1整体与汽车尾气管道相连固定,当使用人员驾驶汽车时,汽车排出的废气便会进入到罩体1内部,当废气进入罩体1后,先穿过滤芯5,通过滤芯5作用,对废气中的悬浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物等进行有效吸附,然后,废气再通过挡板6区域,然后,过滤完的汽车尾气便从排出嘴8排出,所以废气中含有的残余燃油会粘连到挡板6上,因为挡板材质为铁氧体,具有铁磁性的金属氧化物,能够有效对废气中的金属微粒进行吸附,通过重力作用,使得残余燃油带着金属微粒落入滑槽7,再从滑槽7进入漏油嘴9,再从漏油嘴9流入收集瓶10内,因为过滤棉1001的作用,使得残余燃油不会回流到罩体1,从而实现收集瓶10收纳残余燃油的效果,当该装置使用一段时间后,使用人员可推动卡板103,使卡板103挤压弹簧102即卡板103向两侧滑动,再将插板4从插孔3内拔出,从而实现滤芯5的清洗,避免滤芯5出现堵塞,同时,使用人员也可旋转收集瓶10,使收集瓶10与漏油嘴9分离,更换过滤棉1101,再旋转密封盖1002,使得收集瓶10内部燃油排出。

1.一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置,其特征在于包括罩体、连接嘴、插孔、插板、滤芯、挡板、滑槽、排出嘴、漏油嘴、收集瓶,所述的连接嘴位于罩体右侧,所述的连接嘴与罩体一体相连,所述的插孔位于连接嘴左侧上端,所述的插孔与罩体一体相连,所述的插板贯穿插孔,所述的插板与罩体滑动相连,所述的滤芯位于插板内部,所述的滤芯与插板胶水相连,所述的挡板数量为若干件,所述的挡板位于插板左侧,所述的挡板与罩体螺纹相连,所述的滑槽位于挡板底部,所述的滑槽与罩体螺纹相连,所述的排出嘴位于挡板左侧,所述的排出嘴与罩体一体相连,所述的漏油嘴位于罩体底部,所述的漏油嘴与罩体一体相连,所述的收集瓶位于漏油嘴底部,所述的收集瓶与漏油嘴螺纹相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置,其特征在于所述的插板上端两侧还设有滑槽座,所述的滑槽座与罩体螺纹相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置,其特征在于所述的滑槽座内部还设有弹簧,所述的弹簧与滑槽座卡扣相连。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置,其特征在于所述的弹簧一侧还设有卡板,所述的卡板与弹簧卡扣相连。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置,其特征在于所述的收集瓶内部右侧还设有过滤棉,所述的过滤棉与收集瓶胶水相连。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种汽车尾气过滤环保装置,其特征在于所述的收集瓶左侧还设有密封盖,所述的密封盖与收集瓶螺纹相连。
