Abstract
本发明涉及封装胶膜技术领域,尤其是一种双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜;乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂含量为92.7%~96.14%,热稳定剂0.8%~1.75%,抗氧剂含量为0.3%~2%,光稳定剂含量为0.6%~0.9%,交联剂含量为0.45%~2%,硅烷偶联剂含量为0.25%~1.5%,促进剂含量0.10%~0.35%;选用交联促进剂与交联剂共同作用有效提高了EVA胶膜的交联效率,提高了交联度,增加了胶膜透光率及胶膜与玻璃的粘结强度;采用先EVA母粒制备,后进行流延工艺的两步法制备胶膜可有效避免少量粉末助剂在配方中的混合不均匀以及对薄膜生产产生的粉体污染等现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及封装胶膜技术领域,尤其是一种双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜。
背景技术
双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜是一种热固性有粘性的胶膜,用于放在夹胶玻璃中间(EVA是Ethylene乙烯Vinyl乙烯基Acetate醋酸盐的简称)。由于EVA胶膜在粘着力、耐久性、光学特性等方面具有的优越性,使得它被越来越广泛的应用于电流组件以及各种光学产品。
现有技术中的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜耐热性能差,透光率低的不足。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种耐热性强、透光率高的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂含量为92.7%~96.14%,热稳定剂0.8%~1.75%,抗氧剂含量为0.3%~2%,光稳定剂含量为0.6%~0.9%,交联剂含量为0.45%~2%,硅烷偶联剂含量为0.25%~1.5%,促进剂含量0.10%~0.35%。
进一步的,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂中醋酸乙烯的摩尔含量为20%~50%,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂的熔体流动速率为10g/10min~25g/10min。
进一步的,所述光稳定剂为双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酐、丁二酸与4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇的聚合物、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮中的一种。
进一步的,所述光稳定剂选用丁二酸与4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇的聚合物。
进一步的,所述热稳定剂为复合热稳定剂,二月桂酸二正辛基锡和聚锡二醇二月桂酸酯按1:1配合。
进一步的,所述交联剂选用过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸叔丁酯和3,3-二(叔丁基过氧)丁酸乙酯的复配物,其摩尔比为1:1。
进一步的,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三过氧化叔丁基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂包括主抗氧剂和辅抗氧剂,其中,所述主抗氧基为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯;所述辅抗氧剂为三(4-壬基酚)亚磷酸酯和亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯的复配物,其摩尔比为1:1。
进一步的,所述辅抗氧剂选用三(4-壬基酚)亚磷酸酯和亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯的复配物。
进一步的,所述促进剂包括三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二甲基丙烯酸二乙二醇酯中的一种或多种混合。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:
1、选用有机锡类复合热稳定剂能够有效的提高EVA胶膜的耐热老化性能以及透光率;
2、选用受阻胺类的低聚物光稳定剂,其挥发性低,耐迁移,与树脂相容性好,与抗氧剂形成良好的协同效应,降低了抗氧剂的用量,有效的提高了EVA胶膜的透光率、耐老化及耐黄变等特性;
3、选用交联促进剂与交联剂共同作用有效提高了EVA胶膜的交联效率,提高了交联度,增加了胶膜透光率及胶膜与玻璃的粘结强度;
4、采用先EVA母粒制备,后进行流延工艺的两步法制备胶膜可有效避免少量粉末助剂在配方中的混合不均匀以及对薄膜生产产生的粉体污染等现象。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
一种双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂含量为92.7%~96.14%,热稳定剂0.8%~1.75%,抗氧剂含量为0.3%~2%,光稳定剂含量为0.6%~0.9%,交联剂含量为0.45%~2%,硅烷偶联剂含量为0.25%~1.5%,促进剂含量0.10%~0.35%。
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂中醋酸乙烯的摩尔含量为20%~50%,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂的熔体流动速率为10g/10min~25g/10min。
光稳定剂为双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酐、丁二酸与4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇的聚合物、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮中的一种;光稳定剂优选为丁二酸与4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇的聚合物。
热稳定剂为复合热稳定剂,二月桂酸二正辛基锡和聚锡二醇二月桂酸酯按1:1配合。
交联剂选用过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸叔丁酯和3,3-二(叔丁基过氧)丁酸乙酯的复配物,其摩尔比为1:1。
硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三过氧化叔丁基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷中 的至少一种。
抗氧剂包括主抗氧剂和辅抗氧剂,其中,所述主抗氧基为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯;辅抗氧剂为三(4-壬基酚)亚磷酸酯和亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯的复配物,其摩尔比为1:1。
辅抗氧剂选用三(4-壬基酚)亚磷酸酯和亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯的复配物。
促进剂包括三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二甲基丙烯酸二乙二醇酯中的一种或多种混合。

Claims (10)
1.一种双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂含量为92.7%~96.14%,热稳定剂0.8%~1.75%,抗氧剂含量为0.3%~2%,光稳定剂含量为0.6%~0.9%,交联剂含量为0.45%~2%,硅烷偶联剂含量为0.25%~1.5%,促进剂含量0.10%~0.35%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂中醋酸乙烯的摩尔含量为20%~50%,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂的熔体流动速率为10g/10min~25g/10min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述光稳定剂为双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酐、丁二酸与4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇的聚合物、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮中的一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述光稳定剂选用丁二酸与4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇的聚合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂为复合热稳定剂,二月桂酸二正辛基锡和聚锡二醇二月桂酸酯按1:1配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述交联剂选用过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸叔丁酯和3,3-二(叔丁基过氧)丁酸乙酯的复配物,其摩尔比为1:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三过氧化叔丁基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂包括主抗氧剂和辅抗氧剂,其中,所述主抗氧基为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯;所述辅抗氧剂为三(4-壬基酚)亚磷酸酯和亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯的复配物,其摩尔比为1:1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述辅抗氧剂选用三(4-壬基酚)亚磷酸酯和亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯的复配物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的双玻组件用透明EVA封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述促进剂包括三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二甲基丙烯酸二乙二醇酯中的一种或多种混合。
