背景技术
葛根,又名野葛,为豆科植物野葛,其味甘凉可口,常作煲汤之用,也可切成簿片,可直接食用。葛根的主要成分是淀粉,含有多种活性成分,野生葛根内含12%的黄酮类化合物,如葛根素、大豆黄酮苷、花生素等营养成分,还有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖、和人体必需的铁、钙、铜、硒等矿物质;具有降血糖、血脂、血清胆固、强心、抗氧化、解毒、利大小便、解酒、止渴、去烦热等功效。以及人体对食管和胃黏膜还有保护作用。市场销售的各种葛根饮料或食品功能单一,养分含量不高,已逐渐无法满足人们的需求,因此本发明根据葛根具有独特的使用价值,配以其他辅料,制成风味独特、营养丰富、口感好的葛根饮料。
近年来,随着现代城市化步伐的加快,亚健康问题日益突出,严重威胁人们的健康,致使广大消费者对各式各样的饮料的要求越来越高,如何通过饮料进行健康保健功效日益引起人们的重视。而功能性功能饮料近年来受到人们的极大关注,同时随着消费者追求健康、天然的意识的不断提高,愈来愈多的人们崇尚营丰富且口感独特的绿色食品,促使饮料食品领域的研究人员不断探索研究开发新产品,来满足人们日
益增长的对新型功能食品的需要,改善混合饮料营养、口感、悬浮稳定性以及营养成分保留完整度对满足人们的需求具有重要的意义。

针对上述存在的不足,本发明提供了一种葛根护肝饮料及其制作方法,本发明的制备方法能有效保留葛根及其辅料特有的营养成分,简单易行、成本低,可操作性强,所制备的葛根护肝饮料营养价值高,味道清爽,能促动肠道蠕动,加快酒精代谢,具有清热解毒,清肝明目、排毒养颜等保健功效,本发明为了实现上述目的,采用的技术方案如下:
一种葛根护肝饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根70~100份、黑木耳粉15~25份、海参蛋白7~15份、蜂蜜8~15份、白芍4~10份、白蔻6~12份、决明子3~8份、菊花2~8份、玉米须4~10份、枳椇子3~8份、蓝莓8~16份、薄荷4~10份、芦荟5~12份、白萝卜汁5~12份、木糖醇1~6份、果胶酶0.05~0.12份和柠檬酸0.3~1.2份。
所述葛根护肝饮料由以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根80份、黑木耳粉20份、海参蛋白12份、蜂蜜13份、白芍7份、白蔻10份、决明子6份、菊花6份、玉米须7份、枳椇子5份、蓝莓12份、薄荷7份、芦荟9份、白萝卜汁9份、木糖醇3份、果胶酶0.08份和柠檬酸0.8份。
一种葛根护肝饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取原料:葛根、黑木耳粉、海参蛋白、蜂蜜、白芍、白蔻、决明子、菊花、玉米须、枳椇子、蓝莓、薄荷、芦荟、白萝卜汁、木糖醇、果胶酶和柠檬酸;
(2)滤液制备:分别将白芍、白蔻、决明子、菊花、玉米须除杂物后晒干、切碎,置于器皿中用1~3倍的水浸泡2~5小时,然后用煎煮两次,每次20~40分钟,过滤、合并制得滤液;
(3)浆液制备:分别取新鲜的枳椇子、蓝莓、薄荷、芦荟去除杂质,并将其同时送入榨汁机内,加8~12倍量的水进行榨汁,经60~80目网筛过滤,然后回流提取1~3次,然后在温度为60~70℃,压力为-0.2~-0.08MPa的条件下进行浓缩,得到浓缩浆液,同时将葛根剔除侧根系、清洗、切片、制成葛根浆液,并将葛根浆液、浓缩浆液、白萝卜汁、黑木耳粉、海参蛋白、蜂蜜和木糖醇进行混合调糖处理,得到混合浆液,备用;
(4)均质调配:将步骤(2)制备的滤液、步骤(3)制备的浆液、柠檬酸和果胶酶进行混合搅拌调节pH值在4.2~6.5之间,然后送入温度为55~65℃、压力为100~120MPa的均质机中进行混合均质调配两次,得均质料液;
(5)脱气:将均质料液冷却至常温并通过真空脱气机进行脱气处理,得脱气料液;
(6)灭菌、质检化验、包装:将步骤(5)中制得的脱气料液体进行灭菌,质检化验合格后进行包装,即得到成品。
优选地,所述步骤(6)的灭菌是在100~121℃下灭菌10~15分钟。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中葛根浆液的制作过程如下,将切成片的葛根送入筛网孔径为70~90目的粉碎机,按照葛根与水的质量比为1:8~15的比例往粉碎机内加水,浸泡30min后,粉碎得葛根原浆液,然后向葛根原浆液加入淀粉酶混合搅拌并将其煮沸,降温至30~40℃后,将煮沸后的葛根原浆液送入砂布滤架上反复过滤3~5次使粉渣充分分离,收集上清液作为葛根浆液。
上述方案进一步优选地,所述淀粉酶为β-淀粉酶,该淀粉酶的添加量为7~12U/g
葛根。
本发明所采用的葛根为野生葛根,制备过程中有效保留葛根特有的营养成分,简单易行、成本低,可操作性强,具有清热解毒、通便利尿、降血压血脂、生津止渴以及能促动肠道蠕动,加快酒精代谢等功效,添加的黑木耳粉、海参蛋白、蜂蜜和白萝卜汁原料,增加了饮料中的蛋白质、矿物质和纤维素的含量,能有效促进肠道的蠕动,具有较好的清涤胃肠、清热解毒、润肠通便、调节脾胃的作用,添加的白芍、白蔻、决明子、菊花、玉米须、枳椇子具有解毒清肝、平肝明目,清热利湿、润肠养颜、消食健脾等效果;添加的蓝莓、薄荷、芦荟、木糖醇、果胶酶等成分有效增加了饮料的色香味、酸甜度以及营养成价值,使饮料含有多种酶成分,其性质更加稳定,更容易被人体吸收,具有抑菌杀毒、增强免疫力、降血压血糖,清肝明目、美容养颜的效果。
蓝莓,又名笃斯,蓝莓中富含丰富维生素、矿物质和纤维元素等营养成分,蓝莓能有效降低胆固醇,防止动脉粥样硬化,促进心血管健康;有增强心脏功能、预防癌症和心脏病的功效,能防止脑神经衰老、增强脑力;可以强化视力,减轻眼球疲劳。此外,蓝莓还可以治疗一般的伤风感冒、咽喉疼痛以及腹泻等症状,蓝莓中还有丰富的抗氧化剂、提高人体免疫力和延缓人体的衰老。
黑木耳含有大量的碳水化合物, 蛋白质、脂肪、纤维素、铁、钙、磷、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2和C等有效的营养物质;具有清肺、润津、取淤生新的功效, 黑木耳中还含有抗癌物质,是一种抗癌药用食品,为天然黑色保健食品和著名滋补品。
薄荷,土名叫“银丹草”,是一种有特种经济价值的芳香作物,它是辛凉性发汗解热药,具有清利头目、清新怡神、疏风散热、疏肝行气、增进食欲、防腐杀菌、利尿、化痰、健胃和助消化等功效;用于治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、食滞气胀、肝郁气滞等症。
芦荟是集食用、药用、美容、观赏于一身植物新星, 芦荟中含有多糖和多种维生素,具有泻火、解毒、杀菌、抗炎、湿润美容、健胃下泄、强心活血、免疫与抗肿瘤等作用。
决明子,味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经;润肠通便,降脂明目,治疗便秘及高血脂,高血压。清肝明目,利水通便,还有缓泻作用。
白蔻,别名:多骨、壳蔻、白豆蔻、白蔻仁、豆蔻;具有行气开胃,暖脾胃,抑反胃腹痛,能促进胃液分泌,兴奋肠管蠕动,驱除肠内积气。
白芍,性味苦,平,微寒,入肝、脾经,具有平肝止痛、缓中止痛、敛阴收汗,养血调经等功效。
枳椇子:又称鸡爪子或拐枣,枳椇子含有大量的水分、蛋白质、脂肪、纤维素、矿物质、碳水化合物、以及还含葡萄糖、苹果酸、草酸、乙酸、皂甙等;具有润肠养颜、解毒清肝的作用、生津止渴,清热除烦、抗脂质过氧化和降低血压等功效,特别是对酒精性肝损伤具有良好的治疗作用。
综上所述,本发明由于采用了上述方案,具有以下优点:
(1)、本发明的制备方法简单易行、成本低,可操作性强,极具推广作用,在加工过程中有效避免和减少配方中有效营养成分的损失,并仍保留其中原有的自然成份, 保证产品具有良好的风味和相对持久稳定的品质。
(2)、本发明含有丰富的蛋白质、矿物质、氨基酸、维生素和纤维素等营养成分,具提高人体免疫力,解毒清肝、平肝明目、通便利尿、清火泻痢、生津止渴、调节血糖血压以及能促动肠道蠕动,加快酒精代谢等功效。
(3)、本发明的葛根护肝饮料酸甜适中,营养价值高,不产生毒副作用,而且安全方便,无毒副作用,具有广阔的应用前景,能满足不同消费群体的需要。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明一种葛根护肝饮料及其制作方法,作进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种葛根护肝饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根100份、黑木耳粉15份、海参蛋白7份、蜂蜜8份、白芍4份、白蔻6份、决明子3份、菊花2份、玉米须4份、枳椇子3份、蓝莓8份、薄荷4份、芦荟5份、白萝卜汁5份、木糖醇1份、果胶酶0.05份和柠檬酸0.3份。
本实施例提供一种葛根护肝饮料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取原料:葛根100份、黑木耳粉15份、海参蛋白7份、蜂蜜8份、白芍4份、白蔻6份、决明子3份、菊花2份、玉米须4份、枳椇子3份、蓝莓8份、薄荷4份、芦荟5份、白萝卜汁5份、木糖醇1份、果胶酶0.05份和柠檬酸0.3份;
(2)滤液制备:分别将白芍、白蔻、决明子、菊花、玉米须除杂物后晒干、切碎,置于器皿中用1倍的水浸泡2小时,然后用煎煮两次,每次20分钟,过滤、合并制得滤液;
(3)浆液制备:分别取新鲜的枳椇子、蓝莓、薄荷、芦荟去除杂质,并将其同时送入榨汁机内,加8倍量的水进行榨汁,经60目网筛过滤,然后回流提取1次,然后在温度为60℃,压力为-0.08MPa的条件下进行浓缩,得到浓缩浆液,同时将葛根剔除侧根系、清洗、切片、制成葛根浆液,并将葛根浆液、浓缩浆液、白萝卜汁、黑木耳粉、海参蛋白、蜂蜜和木糖醇进行混合调糖处理,得到混合浆液,备用;在本实施例中,所述葛根浆液的制作过程如下,将切成片的葛根送入筛网孔径为70目的粉碎机,按照葛根与水的质量比为1:8的比例往粉碎机内加水,浸泡30min后,粉碎得葛根原浆液,然后向葛根原浆液加入淀粉酶混合搅拌并将其煮沸,降温至30℃后,将煮沸后的葛根原浆液送入砂布滤架上反复过滤3次使粉渣充分分离,收集上清液作为葛根浆液,所述淀粉酶为β-淀粉酶,该淀粉酶的添加量为7U/g 葛根;
(4)均质调配:将步骤(2)制备的滤液、步骤(3)制备的浆液、柠檬酸和果胶酶进行混合搅拌调节pH值为4.2,然后送入温度为55℃、压力为120MPa的均质机中进行混合均质调配两次,得均质料液;
(5)脱气:将均质料液冷却至常温并通过真空脱气机进行脱气处理,得脱气料液;
(6)灭菌、质检化验、包装:将步骤(5)中制得的脱气料液体进行灭菌,灭菌温度为100℃,灭菌的时间为15分钟,质检化验合格后进行包装,即得到成品。
将本实施例的葛根护肝饮料进行检验,检验结果如下,外观:体态均匀,半透明,无褐色,可有少量果肉沉淀,无肉眼可见杂质;色泽:淡褐色;滋味与气味:酸甜适宜,细腻爽口,味道清爽,无不良气味;可溶物固形物(%)≥0.49,总酸(以柠檬酸计:g/100mL)≥0.07,多肽(mg/100mL)≥50,符合商业无菌要求,经检测的指标都为合格。
实施例2:
一种葛根护肝饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根70份、黑木耳粉25份、海参蛋白15份、蜂蜜15份、白芍10份、白蔻12份、决明子8份、菊花8份、玉米须10份、枳椇子8份、蓝莓16份、薄荷10份、芦荟12份、白萝卜汁12份、木糖醇6份、果胶酶0.12份和柠檬酸1.2份。
本实施例提供一种葛根护肝饮料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取原料:葛根70份、黑木耳粉25份、海参蛋白15份、蜂蜜15份、白芍10份、白蔻12份、决明子8份、菊花8份、玉米须10份、枳椇子8份、蓝莓16份、薄荷10份、芦荟12份、白萝卜汁12份、木糖醇6份、果胶酶0.12份和柠檬酸1.2份;
(2)滤液制备:分别将白芍、白蔻、决明子、菊花、玉米须除杂物后晒干、切碎,置于器皿中用3倍的水浸泡5小时,然后用煎煮两次,每次40分钟,过滤、合并制得滤液;
(3)浆液制备:分别取新鲜的枳椇子、蓝莓、薄荷、芦荟去除杂质,并将其同时送入榨汁机内,加12倍量的水进行榨汁,经80目网筛过滤,然后回流提取3次,然后在温度为70℃,压力为-0.2MPa的条件下进行浓缩,得到浓缩浆液,同时将葛根剔除侧根系、清洗、切片、制成葛根浆液,并将葛根浆液、浓缩浆液、白萝卜汁、黑木耳粉、海参蛋白、蜂蜜和木糖醇进行混合调糖处理,得到混合浆液,备用;在本实施例中,所述葛根浆液的制作过程如下,将切成片的葛根送入筛网孔径为90目的粉碎机,按照葛根与水的质量比为1:15的比例往粉碎机内加水,浸泡30min后,粉碎得葛根原浆液,然后向葛根原浆液加入淀粉酶混合搅拌并将其煮沸,降温至40℃后,将煮沸后的葛根原浆液送入砂布滤架上反复过滤5次使粉渣充分分离,收集上清液作为葛根浆液,所述淀粉酶为β-淀粉酶,该淀粉酶的添加量为12U/g 葛根;
(4)均质调配:将步骤(2)制备的滤液、步骤(3)制备的浆液、柠檬酸和果胶酶进行混合搅拌调节pH值为6.5之间,然后送入温度为65℃、压力为100MPa的均质机中进行混合均质调配两次,得均质料液;
(5)脱气:将均质料液冷却至常温并通过真空脱气机进行脱气处理,得脱气料液;
(6)灭菌、质检化验、包装:将步骤(5)中制得的脱气料液体进行灭菌,灭菌温度为121℃,灭菌的时间为10分钟,质检化验合格后进行包装,即得到成品。
将本实施例的葛根护肝饮料进行检验,检验结果如下,外观:体态均匀,半透明,无褐色,可有少量果肉沉淀,无肉眼可见杂质;色泽:淡褐黄色;滋味与气味:酸甜适宜,细腻爽口,气味香醇,无不良气味;可溶物固形物(%)≥0.47,总酸(以柠檬酸计:g/100mL)≥0.06,多肽(mg/100mL)≥47,符合商业无菌要求,经检测的指标都为合格。
实施例3:
一种葛根护肝饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根80份、黑木耳粉20份、海参蛋白12份、蜂蜜13份、白芍7份、白蔻10份、决明子6份、菊花6份、玉米须7份、枳椇子5份、蓝莓12份、薄荷7份、芦荟9份、白萝卜汁9份、木糖醇3份、果胶酶0.08份和柠檬酸0.8份。
本实施例提供一种葛根护肝饮料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取原料葛根80份、黑木耳粉20份、海参蛋白12份、蜂蜜13份、白芍7份、白蔻10份、决明子6份、菊花6份、玉米须7份、枳椇子5份、蓝莓12份、薄荷7份、芦荟9份、白萝卜汁9份、木糖醇3份、果胶酶0.08份和柠檬酸0.8份;
(2)滤液制备:分别将白芍、白蔻、决明子、菊花、玉米须除杂物后晒干、切碎,置于器皿中用2倍的水浸泡3小时,然后用煎煮两次,每次30分钟,过滤、合并制得滤液;
(3)浆液制备:分别取新鲜的枳椇子、蓝莓、薄荷、芦荟去除杂质,并将其同时送入榨汁机内,加10倍量的水进行榨汁,经70目网筛过滤,然后回流提取2次,然后在温度为65℃,压力为-0.12MPa的条件下进行浓缩,得到浓缩浆液,同时将葛根剔除侧根系、清洗、切片、制成葛根浆液,并将葛根浆液、浓缩浆液、白萝卜汁、黑木耳粉、海参蛋白、蜂蜜和木糖醇进行混合调糖处理,得到混合浆液,备用;在本实施例中,所述葛根浆液的制作过程如下,将切成片的葛根送入筛网孔径为80目的粉碎机,按照葛根与水的质量比为1:12的比例往粉碎机内加水,浸泡30min后,粉碎得葛根原浆液,然后向葛根原浆液加入淀粉酶混合搅拌并将其煮沸,降温至35℃后,将煮沸后的葛根原浆液送入砂布滤架上反复过滤4次使粉渣充分分离,收集上清液作为葛根浆液,所述淀粉酶为β-淀粉酶,该淀粉酶的添加量为10U/g 葛根;
(4)均质调配:将步骤(2)制备的滤液、步骤(3)制备的浆液、柠檬酸和果胶酶进行混合搅拌调节pH值为5.5,然后送入温度为60℃、压力为112MPa的均质机中进行混合均质调配两次,得均质料液;
(5)脱气:将均质料液冷却至常温并通过真空脱气机进行脱气处理,得脱气料液;
(6)灭菌、质检化验、包装:将步骤(5)中制得的脱气料液体进行灭菌,灭菌温度为116℃,灭菌的时间为13分钟,质检化验合格后进行包装,即得到成品。
将本实施例的葛根护肝饮料进行检验,检验结果如下,外观:体态均匀,半透明,无褐色,可有少量果肉沉淀,无肉眼可见杂质;色泽:淡褐色;滋味与气味:酸甜适宜,细腻爽口,气味香醇,无不良气味;可溶物固形物(%)≥0.48,总酸(以柠檬酸计:g/100mL)≥0.07,多肽(mg/100mL)≥48,符合商业无菌要求,经检测的指标都为合格。
二、毒性试验
取昆明种小老鼠50只,雌雄各25只,体重为18-22g,随机分为两组,每组25只,其中一组为正常试验,另一组为超常量实验组,正常量组用药为2mg/10g,超量组为4mg/10g,给药方式为灌胃法给药,每日早晚各一次,连服7天,每天观察服药反应。结果表明,各组小老鼠行为无异常,毛发光鲜,体型良好,无中毒症状,食用量、排便情况和粪便均无异常,表明本发明的葛根护肝饮料安全、无毒副作用。
三、应用实例:
1、患者:黄某,男,壮族,30岁,广西桂平市马皮乡马皮街人,经常酗酒抽烟,酒后经常体热上火,肠胃不适, 呕吐、头痛脑胀、口干等现象,酗酒后经服用本发明的葛根护肝饮料,每次饮用50-100mL,每隔1小时服用1次,可延缓醉酒时间,酒后喝可以清热解毒、通便利尿, 加快酒精代谢,降低酒后难受程度,解除醉酒引起的胃胀恶心、头痛脑胀、口干等不适感觉。
2、患者:高某,男,壮族,48岁,广西桂平市马皮乡马皮街人,经常酗酒抽烟,酒后经常体热上火,肠胃不适, 呕吐、头痛脑胀、口干等现象,酗酒后经服用本发明的葛根护肝饮料,每次饮用60mL,每隔0.5小时服用1次,连续服用3次,可延缓醉酒时间,酒后喝可以清热解毒、通便利尿,
加快酒精代谢,降低酒后难受程度,解除醉酒引起的胃胀恶心、头痛脑胀、口干等不适感觉。
3、患者:谭某,男,58岁,广西桂平市西山镇人,患有“三高”症状,经常感到头晕目眩,经常酗酒抽烟,酒后经常体热上火,肠胃不适, 呕吐、头痛脑胀、口干等现象,酗酒后经服用本发明的葛根护肝饮料,每次饮用60mL,每隔0.5小时服用1次,连续服用3次,可延缓醉酒时间,酒后喝可以清热解毒、通便利尿,
加快酒精代谢,降低酒后难受程度,解除醉酒引起的胃胀恶心、头痛脑胀、口干等不适感觉,连续服用90天后,每天服用3次,每次60mL,“三高”症状明显改善。
4、患者:江某,男,38岁,广西桂平市石龙镇人,患有心血管、脂肪肝和“三高”等方面症状,经常感到头晕目眩,还经常酗酒抽烟,酒后经常体热上火,肠胃不适, 呕吐、头痛脑胀、口干等现象,酗酒后经服用本发明的葛根护肝饮料,每次饮用60mL,每隔0.5小时服用1次,连续服用3次,可延缓醉酒时间,酒后喝可以清热解毒、通便利尿,
加快酒精代谢,降低酒后难受程度,解除醉酒引起的胃胀恶心、头痛脑胀、口干等不适感觉,连续服用90天后,每天服用3次,每次80mL,心血管、脂肪肝和“三高”症状明显改善。

Claims (6)
1.一种葛根护肝饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根70~100份、黑木耳粉15~25份、海参蛋白7~15份、蜂蜜8~15份、白芍4~10份、白蔻6~12份、决明子3~8份、菊花2~8份、玉米须4~10份、枳椇子3~8份、蓝莓8~16份、薄荷4~10份、芦荟5~12份、白萝卜汁5~12份、木糖醇1~6份、果胶酶0.05~0.12份和柠檬酸0.3~1.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种葛根护肝饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根80份、黑木耳粉20份、海参蛋白12份、蜂蜜13份、白芍7份、白蔻10份、决明子6份、菊花6份、玉米须7份、枳椇子5份、蓝莓12份、薄荷7份、芦荟9份、白萝卜汁9份、木糖醇3份、果胶酶0.08份和柠檬酸0.8份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的葛根护肝饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取原料:葛根、黑木耳粉、海参蛋白、蜂蜜、白芍、白蔻、决明子、菊花、玉米须、枳椇子、蓝莓、薄荷、芦荟、白萝卜汁、木糖醇、果胶酶和柠檬酸;
(2)滤液制备:分别将白芍、白蔻、决明子、菊花、玉米须除杂物后晒干、切碎,置于器皿中用1~3倍的水浸泡2~5小时,然后用煎煮两次,每次20~40分钟,过滤、合并制得滤液;
(3)浆液制备:分别取新鲜的枳椇子、蓝莓、薄荷、芦荟去除杂质,并将其同时送入榨汁机内,加8~12倍量的水进行榨汁,经60~80目网筛过滤,然后回流提取1~3次,然后在温度为60~70℃,压力为-0.2~-0.08MPa的条件下进行浓缩,得到浓缩浆液,同时将葛根剔除侧根系、清洗、切片、制成葛根浆液,并将葛根浆液、浓缩浆液、白萝卜汁、黑木耳粉、海参蛋白、蜂蜜和木糖醇进行混合调糖处理,得到混合浆液,备用;
(4)均质调配:将步骤(2)制备的滤液、步骤(3)制备的浆液、柠檬酸和果胶酶进行混合搅拌调节pH值在4.2~6.5之间,然后送入温度为55~65℃、压力为100~120MPa的均质机中进行混合均质调配两次,得均质料液;
(5)脱气:将均质料液冷却至常温并通过真空脱气机进行脱气处理,得脱气料液;
(6)灭菌、质检化验、包装:将步骤(5)中制得的脱气料液体进行灭菌,质检化验合格后进行包装,即得到成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种葛根护肝饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)的灭菌是在100~121℃下灭菌10~15分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种葛根护肝饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中葛根浆液的制作过程如下,将切成片的葛根送入筛网孔径为70~90目的粉碎机,按照葛根与水的质量比为1:8~15的比例往粉碎机内加水,浸泡30min后,粉碎得葛根原浆液,然后向葛根原浆液加入淀粉酶混合搅拌并将其煮沸,降温至30~40℃后,将煮沸后的葛根原浆液送入砂布滤架上反复过滤3~5次使粉渣充分分离,收集上清液作为葛根浆液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种葛根护肝饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述淀粉酶为β-淀粉酶,该淀粉酶的添加量为7~12U/g 葛根。
