Abstract

本发明涉及一种显示面板及显示装置,用以解决现有技术中的显示面板采用光学胶贴敷偏光片和触摸屏等各功能膜层,由于贴敷的光学胶厚度较大,进而导致显示面板较厚的问题,该显示面板包括:依次层叠设置的各功能膜层,分别设置在各功能膜层的最上层和最下层、且能够通过磁力相互吸引的两个膜层。本发明在显示面板的最上层和最下层分别设置有能够通过磁力相互吸引的两个膜层,通过磁力固定显示面板的各个膜层,取代了现有显示面板中的光学胶,降低了显示面板的厚度,进一步实现了显示面板的超薄设计。

一种显示面板及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示面板领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板及显示装置。
背景技术
随着显示器制造技术的发展,显示器从原来的CRT(Cathode Ray Tube,阴极射线管)新换代为LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管),但是,当LED全面占领市场的高地的时候,人们并没有满足,仍然在不断最求显示器的轻薄化,超薄显示器的普及势必成为显示器发展的新趋势。除了适配器外移技术,采用更轻薄显示面板的显示器势必将成为用户的首选。而目前,对于现有的显示面板而言,在现有生产工艺中通常利用了贴敷偏光片和触摸屏,现有的贴敷方式光学胶厚度高达275um,导致显示面板较厚,为了实现显示器的轻薄化,需要进一步降低显示面板的厚度。
综上所述,目前现有技术的显示面板中,采用光学胶贴敷偏光片和触摸屏等各功能膜层,由于贴敷的光学胶厚度较大,进而导致显示面板较厚。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供的一种显示面板及显示装置,用以解决现有技术的显示面板中,采用光学胶贴敷偏光片和触摸屏等各功能膜层,由于贴敷的光学胶厚度较大,进而导致显示面板较厚的问题。
本发明实施例提供的一种显示面板,包括:依次层叠设置的各功能膜层,分别设置在所述各功能膜层的最上层和最下层、且能够通过磁力相互吸引的两个膜层。
较佳的,所述两个膜层分别为设置在所述各功能膜层最上层的纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层,以及设置在所述各功能膜层最下层的第二磁性膜层。
较佳的,所述第一磁性膜层和第二磁性膜层为磁性材料与粘性值小于预设阈值的胶料的混合物,其中所述预设阈值为影响所述显示面板正常工作的最低粘性值。
较佳的,所述磁性材料为下列任一材料中的一种或组合:
纳米铁铬钴,纳米铝镍钴,纳米钐钴和纳米铷铁硼。
较佳的,所述磁性材料在混合物中所占的质量比为0.03%~0.17%。
较佳的,所述胶料为快干漆。
较佳的,所述各功能膜层的最上层为显示面时,所述纳米金属膜层或所述第一磁性膜层设置在所述显示面板的非显示区域。
较佳的,所述纳米金属膜层或所述第一磁性膜层的厚度为5μm。
较佳的,所述各功能膜层的最下层为非显示面时,所述第二磁性膜层为一整层或设置在所述显示面板的非显示区域。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,并不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种显示面板的结构示意图,该显示面板包括:依次层叠设置的各功能膜层101,分别设置在各功能膜层101的最上层1011和最下层1012、且能够通过磁力相互吸引的两个膜层。
目前现有技术的显示面板中,采用光学胶贴敷偏光片和触摸屏等各功能膜层,由于贴敷的光学胶厚度较大,甚至高达275um,进而导致显示面板较厚。而本发明在显示面板的最上层1011和最下层1012分别设置有能够通过磁力相互吸引的两个膜层,通过磁力固定显示面板的各功能膜层101,取代了现有显示面板中的光学胶,降低了显示面板的厚度,进一步实现了显示面板的超薄设计。
在具体实施时,本发明的显示面板可以是普通的显示面板,也可以是基于柔性基底材料制作形成的柔性显示面板,只要是能够通过两个膜层磁力固定各个功能膜层即可。较佳的,显示面板为柔性显示面板。本发明通过磁力固定显示面板的各功能膜层101,降低了显示面板的厚度,进而可以减少柔性显示面板在弯曲过程中纵向的应力,降低了弯曲半径,防止柔性显示面板中的电极受到应力作用而断裂,影响显示质量;提高TFT(Thin FilmTransistor,薄膜晶体管)的电学性能的稳定性。
上述能够通过磁力相互吸引的两个膜层,可以同时为极性相反的磁性膜层,也可以一个为磁性膜层,一个为纳米金属膜层,较佳的,两个膜层分别为设置在各功能膜层最上层1011的纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层102,以及设置在各功能膜层最下层1012的第二磁性膜层103。
在具体实施时,可以不限定两个膜层的材料,只要是能够通过磁力相互吸引即可,例如,极性相反的磁性材料可以相互吸引,具有磁性的材料和金属也可以相互吸引。
针对两个膜层为具有磁性的膜层的情况,较佳的,第一磁性膜层102和第二磁性膜层103为磁性材料与粘性值小于预设阈值的胶料的混合物,其中预设阈值为影响显示面板正常工作的最低粘性值。较佳的,胶料为快干漆。
在具体实施时,第一磁性膜层和第二磁性膜层均为磁性材料和粘性较小的胶料的混合物,实施中,磁性膜层的粘性至少不能影响显示面板的正常工作。在制作第一磁性膜层和第二磁性膜层时,可以采用粘性较小的快干漆,磁性材料按一定的质量比放入快干漆中,通过磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀,涂覆成薄膜形式,即可得到本发明实施例中提供的第一磁性膜层102和第二磁性膜层103。其中,第一磁性膜层和第二磁性膜层只是为了进行区分,并无特殊含义,两者都是具有磁性的薄膜层。
在具体实施时,磁性材料和胶料安装一定的质量比进行混合,较佳的,磁性材料在混合物中所占的质量比为0.03%~0.17%。磁性材料在混合物中的比例不能过多也不能过少,磁性材料过多,则可能使胶料无法很好的粘合磁性材料,进而无法形成薄膜,而磁性材料过少,则可能会由于磁力不够,无法很好的固定各功能膜层101。
而针对上述的磁性材料,只要是能够制作成纳米级的具有磁性的材料均可。较佳的,磁性材料为下列任一材料中的一种或组合:纳米铁铬钴,纳米铝镍钴,纳米钐钴和纳米铷铁硼。较佳的,纳米金属为镍。在具体实施时,磁性材料和纳米金属均可以根据需要选取其它的材料,只要是满足为能够制作成薄膜的纳米级材料、且使得到的两个膜层能够通过磁力相互吸引固定各功能膜层即可。
下面再详细介绍一下纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层102,以及第二磁性膜层103的位置和厚度等参数。
第一、纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层102。
如图2所示,为本发明实施例提供的图1显示面板的俯视图,在具体实施时,为了不影响显示面板的显示效果,纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层102应尽量设置在非显示区域。较佳的,各功能膜层的最上层1011为显示面时,纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层102设置在显示面板的非显示区域。
在具体实施时,纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层102的厚度可以根据需要进行设置。较佳的,纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层102的厚度为5μm。实施中,可以根据需要选取其它的尺寸,但需要保证与第二磁性膜层103相互吸引的磁力能够固定各功能膜层。
第二、第二磁性膜层103。
若本发明实施例提供的显示面板为单侧显示的面板,且各功能膜层的最下层1012为非显示面,则第二磁性膜层103的位置和宽度可以根据需要进行设置。较佳的,各功能膜层的最下层1012为非显示面时,第二磁性膜层103为一整层或设置在显示面板的非显示区域。由于第二磁性膜层103设置在显示面板各功能膜层之外、且又位于非显示面上,因而即使将第二磁性膜层103设置成一整层,也不会影响显示面板的正常工作。
在具体实施时,第二磁性膜层103的厚度可以根据需要进行设置。较佳的,第二磁性膜层103的厚度不大于5μm。实施中,可以根据需要选取其它的尺寸,但需要保证与纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层102相互吸引的磁力能够固定各功能膜层101。
本发明实施例提供的显示面板,可以是任意类型的显示面板,例如,柔性显示面板,单侧显示或者双侧显示的显示面板等。如果是双侧显示的显示面板,则纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层102,以及第二磁性膜层103均需要设置在非显示区域,具体的宽度可以根据需要进行设置,只要不影响显示面板的正常工作,且不会增加边框的宽度即可。当设置在各功能膜层最上层1011的为纳米金属膜层,而设置在各功能膜层最下层1012的为磁性膜层时,可以根据需要设置磁性膜层的宽度略大于纳米金属膜层,以便相互吸引的磁力能够更好的固定各功能膜层。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种显示装置,该显示装置包括本发明实施例提供的上述显示面板。由于该显示装置解决问题的原理与上述显示面板相似,因此该显示装置的实施可以参见上述显示面板的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明在显示面板的最上层和最下层分别设置有能够通过磁力相互吸引的两个膜层,通过磁力固定显示面板的各个膜层,取代了现有显示面板中的光学胶,降低了显示面板的厚度,进一步实现了显示面板的超薄设计。

Claims (8)

1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:依次层叠设置的各功能膜层,分别设置在所述各功能膜层的最上层和最下层、且能够通过磁力相互吸引的两个膜层;
所述两个膜层分别为设置在所述各功能膜层最上层的纳米金属膜层或第一磁性膜层,以及设置在所述各功能膜层最下层的第二磁性膜层;
所述第一磁性膜层和第二磁性膜层为磁性材料与粘性值小于预设阈值的胶料的混合物,其中所述预设阈值为影响所述显示面板正常工作的最低粘性值;
所述磁性材料在混合物中所占的质量比为0.03%~0.17%;
所述胶料为快干漆。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述磁性材料为下列任一材料中的一种或组合:
纳米铁铬钴,纳米铝镍钴,纳米钐钴和纳米铷铁硼。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述各功能膜层的最上层为显示面时,所述纳米金属膜层或所述第一磁性膜层设置在所述显示面板的非显示区域。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述纳米金属膜层或所述第一磁性膜层的厚度为5μm。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述各功能膜层的最下层为非显示面时,所述第二磁性膜层为一整层或设置在所述显示面板的非显示区域。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第二磁性膜层的厚度不大于5μm。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板为柔性显示面板。
8.一种显示装置,其特征在于,该显示装置包括权利要求1-7中任一项所述的显示面板。
