本发明公开了一种弹簧外置自锁泵,包括有锁瓶盖,在锁瓶盖中间设有安装孔,在安装孔内设有泵室,在泵室下端设有进液口,在进液口内设有能封闭进液口的泵珠,在泵室内设有上泵杆,上泵杆上端伸出泵室,在上泵杆上连接有弯嘴,在泵室上部内设有能将泵室锁定在锁瓶盖上的锁紧盖,在锁紧盖下部内壁设有能与上泵杆外壁动态密封的弹性密封部,在上泵杆下端设有上限位凸台和下限位凸台,在上限位凸台和下限位凸台之间的上泵杆上活动套设有吸塞,在下限位凸台上方的上泵杆上设有连通孔,在锁瓶盖与弯嘴之间设有复位弹簧,在弯嘴外壁设有定位凸筋,在锁紧盖内壁设有让位槽。本发明结构简单,使用方便,能通过旋转弯嘴实现自锁的且复位弹簧不与液体接触。

一种弹簧外置自锁泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹簧外置自锁泵。
背景技术
乳液泵由于其设计精美,使用方便,已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。现有用于乳液泵,其结构相对比较复杂,而且在使用完毕后弯嘴一般都是处于活动状态,如果误按,有可能会发生不必要的麻烦。为了解决这个问题,现有的做法是在喷盖上额外设置外盖,但是现有的这种做法,不仅增加了生产成本,而且在使用过程中外盖很容易掉落在地上,使用不方便。而且现有乳液泵的复位弹簧一般都是设置在泵室内,与泵室内的液体相接触,这样会对液体会造成污染,不卫生。
故此,现有的乳液泵有待于进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,能通过旋转弯嘴实现自锁的且复位弹簧不与液体接触的弹簧外置自锁泵。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种弹簧外置自锁泵,包括有锁瓶盖,在锁瓶盖中间设有安装孔,在所述安装孔内设有泵室,在所述泵室下端设有进液口,在所述进液口内设有能封闭进液口的泵珠,在所述泵室内设有上泵杆,所述上泵杆上端伸出泵室,在所述上泵杆上端连接有弯嘴,其特征在于:在所述泵室上部内设有能将泵室锁定在锁瓶盖上的锁紧盖,在所述锁紧盖下部内壁设有能与上泵杆外壁动态密封的弹性密封部,在所述上泵杆下端设有上限位凸台和下限位凸台,在所述上限位凸台和下限位凸台之间的上泵杆上活动套设有吸塞,在所述下限位凸台上方的上泵杆上设有连通孔,在所述锁瓶盖与弯嘴之间设有复位弹簧,在所述弯嘴外壁设有定位凸筋,在所述锁紧盖内壁设有让位槽。
如上所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述弯嘴下部外壁设有锁定凹槽,在所述锁紧盖上设有拨动定位片,所述拨动定位片插接在锁定凹槽时上泵杆被锁定。
如上所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述泵室上端设有连接凸环,在所述锁紧盖上端设有外翻连接部,所述连接凸环设置在外翻连接部内。
如上所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述锁紧盖外壁设有定位倒扣,在所述泵室内壁与定位倒扣对应的位置设有定位环槽,所述定位倒扣设置在定位环槽内。
如上所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述弯嘴内设有连接管,所述上泵杆上端插接在所述连接管内。
如上所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述锁瓶盖内设有垫片。
如上所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述进液口内插接有引液管。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
一、本发明中在弯嘴下端外壁设有定位凸筋,在所述锁紧盖内壁上设有能让定位凸筋上、下移动的让位槽,弯嘴顺时针旋转可打开;反之逆时针旋转又可锁上,使用方便。
二、本发明中弯嘴下部外壁上的锁定凹槽与锁紧盖上的拨动定位片相互配合,有效防止弯嘴在运输过程中因喷嘴而转动解锁。
三、本发明中复位弹簧置于锁紧盖内部,吸塞上方,与液体隔离开来,无论使用或自锁状态都不会与液体接触,起到环保作用。
四、本发明乳液泵设计巧妙,结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至5所示的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,包括有锁瓶盖1,在锁瓶盖1中间设有安装孔,在所述安装孔内设有泵室2,在所述泵室2下端设有进液口3,在所述进液口3内设有能封闭进液口3的泵珠4,在所述泵室2内设有上泵杆5,所述上泵杆5上端伸出泵室2,在所述上泵杆5上端连接有弯嘴12,其特征在于:在所述泵室2上部内设有能将泵室2锁定在锁瓶盖1上的锁紧盖6,在所述锁紧盖6下部内壁设有能与上泵杆5外壁动态密封的弹性密封部7,在所述上泵杆5下端设有上限位凸台8和下限位凸台9,在所述上限位凸台8和下限位凸台9之间的上泵杆5上活动套设有吸塞10,在所述下限位凸台9上方的上泵杆5上设有连通孔11,在所述锁瓶盖1与弯嘴12之间设有复位弹簧14,在所述弯嘴12外壁设有定位凸筋13,在所述锁紧盖6内壁设有让位槽15。
本发明中在弯嘴下端外壁设有定位凸筋,在所述锁紧盖内壁上设有能让定位凸筋上、下移动的让位槽,弯嘴顺时针旋转可以打开;反之逆时针旋转又可锁上,使用方便。
本发明中在所述弯嘴12下部外壁设有锁定凹槽16,在所述锁紧盖6上设有拨动定位片17,所述拨动定位片17插接在锁定凹槽16时上泵杆5被锁定。本发明中弯嘴下部外壁上的锁定凹槽与锁紧盖上的拨动定位片相互配合,有效防止弯嘴在运输过程中因喷嘴而转动解锁。
本发明中在所述泵室2上端设有连接凸环18,在所述锁紧盖6上端设有外翻连接部19,所述连接凸环18设置在外翻连接部19内。泵室与锁紧盖之间连接牢固,安全可靠。
本发明中在所述锁紧盖6外壁设有定位倒扣20,在所述泵室2内壁与定位倒扣20对应的位置设有定位环槽,所述定位倒扣20设置在定位环槽内。
本发明中在所述弯嘴12内设有连接管21,所述上泵杆5上端插接在所述连接管21内。
本发明中在所述锁瓶盖1内设有垫片22。
本发明中在所述进液口3内插接有引液管23。
本发明的工作原理:
1、首先将弯嘴顺时针旋转90°打开;
2、按压弯嘴时,克服弹簧弹力弯嘴顶住上泵杆一起下移,而吸塞因与泵室摩擦滞后,此时吸塞与上泵杆排气通道打开;
3、继续下移,上泵杆顶住吸塞一起下移将泵室内局部气体排出;
4、松开时,弹簧弹力作用上泵杆上移,而吸塞滞后,此时吸塞与上泵杆立即密封,继续上移,泵室内形成局部真空,从而将液体引进泵室,连续按压直到泵室内腔充满液体,再次按压时,因液体不可压缩性,从而将液体自弯嘴孔喷出。

1.一种弹簧外置自锁泵,包括有锁瓶盖(1),在锁瓶盖(1)中间设有安装孔,在所述安装孔内设有泵室(2),在所述泵室(2)下端设有进液口(3),在所述进液口(3)内设有能封闭进液口(3)的泵珠(4),在所述泵室(2)内设有上泵杆(5),所述上泵杆(5)上端伸出泵室(2),在所述上泵杆(5)上端连接有弯嘴(12),其特征在于:在所述泵室(2)上部内设有能将泵室(2)锁定在锁瓶盖(1)上的锁紧盖(6),在所述锁紧盖(6)下部内壁设有能与上泵杆(5)外壁动态密封的弹性密封部(7),在所述上泵杆(5)下端设有上限位凸台(8)和下限位凸台(9),在所述上限位凸台(8)和下限位凸台(9)之间的上泵杆(5)上活动套设有吸塞(10),在所述下限位凸台(9)上方的上泵杆(5)上设有连通孔(11),在所述锁瓶盖(1)与弯嘴(12)之间设有复位弹簧(14),在所述弯嘴(12)外壁设有定位凸筋(13),在所述锁紧盖(6)内壁设有让位槽(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述弯嘴(12)下部外壁设有锁定凹槽(16),在所述锁紧盖(6)上设有拨动定位片(17),所述拨动定位片(17)插接在锁定凹槽(16)时上泵杆(5)被锁定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述泵室(2)上端设有连接凸环(18),在所述锁紧盖(6)上端设有外翻连接部(19),所述连接凸环(18)设置在外翻连接部(19)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述锁紧盖(6)外壁设有定位倒扣(20),在所述泵室(2)内壁与定位倒扣(20)对应的位置设有定位环槽,所述定位倒扣(20)设置在定位环槽内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述弯嘴(12)内设有连接管(21),所述上泵杆(5)上端插接在所述连接管(21)内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述锁瓶盖(1)内设有垫片(22)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧外置自锁泵,其特征在于在所述进液口(3)内插接有引液管(23)。
