技术领域和背景技术
本发明涉及一种交通工具座椅,诸如飞行器的乘客座椅,所述交通工具座椅具有用来提供更大乘客舒适性的改善运动。在豪华舱乘坐区域中,座椅通常具有“平躺放平”或者“接近平躺放平”特性,这使得乘客可以从完全直立的滑行(taxi)、起飞和着陆(TTOL)位置移动到适于休息或睡眠的卧倒位置,并且在这两个极端位置之间具有一些中间位置。随着现有技术的座椅从完全直立位置移动,椅盘的后端向下倾斜而椅盘的前部升高,与此同时固定的腿支托将乘客的双脚升高离开飞行器甲板。
已知的是,乘客很少要求座椅底部移动到更大角度位置而椅背也斜置,而且现有技术的座椅还将双脚升高来保持相对身体角度与椅背斜置相同。
因此,对于乘客座椅而言存在一种需要来提供一种更加舒适和节省空间的座椅。在机舱的豪华舱乘坐区域中更加新的飞行器座椅必须具有更多的便利设施和特点,并且必须可更容易调整,包括椅盘角度和基本上放平的斜置功能,从而给乘客提供了额外的飞行中舒适性。当飞行器驾驶员想要给其乘客提供便利设施(诸如可调整的座椅)时,具有可移动的椅背和椅盘的现有技术的飞行器座椅使得飞行器驾驶员提出了针对椅盘与椅背进行同时倾斜和将斜置功能结合到更加舒适的运动中的挑战。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种交通工具座椅,所述交通工具座椅在最初斜置运动期间保持椅背和椅底部之间的舒适角度,而同时将腿支托保持在允许双脚保持在支撑表面(例如飞行器支撑甲板)上的位置。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种飞行器乘客座椅,所述飞行器乘客座椅提供了椅盘接合部,以使得椅背和椅盘绕着前枢轴同时旋转。这种运动并不会将乘客的双脚升高离开地板,并且这种运动增强了座椅调节和乘客舒适性。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种飞行器乘客座椅,所述飞行器乘客座椅提供了椅盘接合部,以使得椅背和椅盘在随后的斜置运动期间同时绕着前枢轴旋转,这使得乘客随着脚和腿被举起而进一步斜置。

具体实施方式
现在具体地参照附图,图示了交通工具座椅10的组装的结构元件。如图1-4所示,主要的结构元件是椅盘组件12、椅背组件14、头枕组件16、腿支托组件18和托架组件20,其他主要结构元件安装在该托架组件上。托架组件20适于安装到支撑表面(诸如飞行器甲板),用来进行前后运动,与横向延伸的框架管19一样。也示出了外部元件,诸如扶手等。所图示的实施例具有飞行器乘客座椅,但是本发明也能应用到其他类型的交通工具座椅。
图1-4大体上图释了应用到特别图释示的座椅10的新颖运动次序。如图1中所示,飞行器乘客座椅10的最初位置是TTOL构造,在TTOL构造中,椅背组件14的前表面相对于椅盘组件12的上表面成近似90度。头枕组件16的前表面在结构上与椅背组件14的前表面对准,并且腿支托组件18的前表面相对于椅盘组件12的上表面成近似直角而且垂直于水平托板,腿支托组件位于所述水平托板上。由该位置所规定的乘坐位置被设计为在乘客期望竖直乘坐位置以及TTOL事件安全要求时提供舒适性。
如图2所示,座椅10可移动到稍微斜置的位置,在稍微斜置的位置中,椅背组件14向后倾斜并且椅盘12的前边缘稍微向上倾斜,从而保持了舒适的乘坐位置。然而,需要注意的是,腿支托组件18保持在其垂直于地板的竖立位置。该特征先前没有在这种类型的座椅中使用,并且这种特征是由以下观测所导致的,即当乘客仅仅稍微斜置时,他们喜欢将他们的脚仍旧搁置在地板上。因而,椅盘组件12与腿支托组件18之间的角度现在是锐角。
现在来参见图3,随着座椅10继续其斜置运动,椅背组件14进一步向后倾斜,同时椅盘组件12的前边缘进一步逐渐向上倾斜,而且腿支托组件18开始绕着枢转点向上枢转,该枢转点恰好在椅盘12的前边缘的前方。椅背组件14与椅盘组件12之间的角度张开成钝角,并且椅盘组件12与腿支托组件之间的角度开始变直。如图4中所示,这种渐进且同时斜置过程继续进行。需要注意椅盘组件12与腿支托组件18之间的关系。如图8中所示,在其最后平躺放平位置,腿支托组件18、椅盘组件12和椅背组件14已经移动相对于彼此共面的位置。

如图5所示,椅盘组件12包括椅盘12A和椅盘架30。前部椅盘枢转臂32和后部枢转臂34将上部座椅支撑架36和前后平移滑动导轨组件38相互连接。这些元件形成了四连杆机构,所述四连杆机构相互作用来允许椅盘组件12、椅背组件14和腿支托组件16的期望运动。

Claims (16)
1.一种交通工具座椅,包括:
(a)座椅托架组件,其用于安装在支撑甲板上,用来在支撑甲板上前后运动;
(b)椅盘组件,其安装在座椅托架组件上,用来相对于座椅托架组件前后运动;
(c)椅背组件,其安装在座椅托架组件上且处于椅盘组件后部,并且适于与椅盘组件一起同时运动;
(d)腿支托组件,其安装在座椅托架组件上且处于椅盘前方;
(e)座椅托架组件包括连杆组件,所述连杆组件将椅盘组件、椅背组件和腿支托组件相互连接,由此随着座椅托架组件相对于座椅安装所在的支撑甲板向后运动;
(i)椅盘组件和椅背组件同时调整,以在最初斜置运动期间保持预定的乘坐位置,其中腿支托组件保持在处于椅盘组件下方的收缩位置中;以及
(ii)在随后的斜置运动期间,随着靠背组件和椅盘组件逐渐朝着平躺放平结构斜置,腿支托组件逐渐升高到腿支撑位置,

7.如权利要求1所述的交通工具座椅,其中,座椅托架组件被安装用于在平移滑动导轨组件上运动,所述平移滑动导轨组件由滑动导轨活塞和缸组件提供动力。
8.如权利要求1所述的交通工具座椅,其中在最初斜置运动期间,椅背组件向后倾斜,而椅盘组件的前边缘向上倾斜,以保持椅背组件的前表面与椅盘组件的上表面之间的近似直角位置。
9.一种飞行器乘客座椅,包括:
(a)座椅托架组件,其用于安装在支撑甲板上,用来在支撑甲板上前后运动;
(b)椅盘组件,其安装在座椅托架组件上,用来相对于座椅托架组件前后运动;
(c)椅背组件,其安装在座椅托架组件且处于椅盘组件后部,并且适于与椅盘组件一起同时运动,其中飞行器乘客座椅的最初位置是TTOL构造,在该TTOL构造中,椅背组件的前表面与椅盘组件的上表面成近似直角地定位;
(d)腿支托组件,其安装在座椅托架组件上且处于椅盘前方;
(e)座椅托架组件包括连杆组件,所述连杆组件将椅盘组件、椅背组件和腿支托组件相互连接,由此随着座椅托架组件相对于座椅安装所在的支撑甲板向后运动;
(i)椅盘组件和椅背组件同时调整,以在最初斜置运动期间保持预定的乘坐位置,其中腿支托组件保持在处于椅盘组件下方的收缩位置中,其中在最初斜置运动期间,椅背组件向后倾斜而椅盘组件的前边缘向上倾斜,以保持椅背组件的前表面与椅盘组件的上表面之间的近似直角位置;以及
(ii)在随后的斜置运动期间,随着靠背组件和椅盘组件逐渐朝着平躺放平构造斜置,腿支托组件逐渐升高到腿支撑位置,
其中,座椅的运动通过线性液压锁定装置提供动力,所述线性液压锁定装置通过曲柄连杆连接到椅背组件,并且通过将上部座椅支撑架连杆附接到上部座椅支撑架的附接而连接到椅盘组件。
10.如权利要求9所述的飞行器乘客座椅,其中椅盘组件包括椅盘、椅盘架、前部椅盘枢转臂和后部椅盘枢转臂,所述前部椅盘枢转臂和后部椅盘枢转臂将上部座椅支撑架和前后平移滑动导轨组件相互连接。
11.如权利要求9所述的飞行器乘客座椅,其中,座椅包括:承载于椅盘架上的椅盘、前部椅盘枢转臂和后部枢转臂,所述前部椅盘枢转臂和后部枢转臂将上部座椅支撑架和前后平移滑动导轨组件相互连接以形成四连杆机构,所述四连杆机构相互作用以允许椅盘组件、椅背组件和腿支托组件的期望运动。
12.如权利要求9所述的飞行器乘客座椅,其中,所述线性液压锁定装置包括活塞和缸组件。
13.如权利要求9所述的飞行器乘客座椅,其中,座椅托架组件被安装用来在平移滑动导轨组件上运动,所述平移滑动导轨组件通过滑动导轨活塞和缸组件提供动力。
14.一种飞行器乘客座椅,包括:
(a)座椅托架组件,其用于安装在支撑甲板上,用来在支撑甲板上前后运动;
(b)椅盘组件,其安装在座椅托架组件上,用来相对于座椅托架组件前后运动,其中椅盘组件包括椅盘、椅盘架、前部椅盘枢转臂和后部椅盘枢转臂,所述前部椅盘枢转臂和后部椅盘枢转臂将上部座椅支撑架和前后平移滑动导轨组件相互连接;
(c)椅背组件,其安装在座椅托架组件上且处于椅盘组件后部,并且适于与椅盘组件一起同时运动,其中飞行器乘客座椅的最初位置是TTOL构造,在该TTOL构造中,椅背组件的前表面与椅盘组件的上表面成近似直角地定位;
(d)腿支托组件,其安装在座椅托架组件上且处于椅盘前方;
(e)座椅托架组件包括连杆组件,所述连杆组件将椅盘组件、椅背组件和腿支托组件相互连接,由此随着座椅托架组件相对于座椅安装所在的支撑甲板向后运动;
(i)椅盘组件和椅背组件同时调整,以在最初斜置运动期间保持预定的乘坐位置,其中腿支托组件保持在处于椅盘组件下方的收缩位置中,其中在最初斜置运动期间,椅背组件向后倾斜而椅盘组件的前边缘向上倾斜,以保持椅背组件的前表面与椅盘组件的上表面之间的近似直角位置;以及
(ii)在随后的斜置运动期间,随着靠背组件和椅盘组件逐渐朝着平躺放平构造斜置,腿支托组件逐渐升高到腿支撑位置,其中,座椅的运动通过线性液压锁定装置提供动力,该线性液压锁定装置通过曲柄连杆而连接到椅背组件,并且通过将上部座椅支撑架连杆附接到上部座椅支撑架的附接而连接到椅盘组件。
15.如权利要求14所述的飞行器乘客座椅,其中,所述线性液压锁定装置包括活塞和缸组件。
16.如权利要求14所述的飞行器乘客座椅,其中,座椅托架组件被安装用来在平移滑动导轨组件上运动,所述平移滑动导轨组件通过滑动导轨活塞和缸组件提供动力。
