Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein aus mehreren Teilprofilen bestehendes Verbundprofil für feuerhemmende Tür-oder Fensterrahmen, dessen Profil-Zwischenräume ganz oder teilweise mit Wärmedämmstoff gefüllt sind. Verbundprofile dieser Art sind grundsätzlich bekannt. Sie haben den Nachteil, dass in den Fällen, in denen als Wärmedämmstoff Kunststoffe verwendet werden, die Gesamtkonstruktion häufig den Zusammenhalt verliert, wenn die Kunststoffe bei erhöhter Temperatur erweichen. Um dies zu vermeiden, ist es bekannt, die Teilprofile mit Laschen oder ähnlichen Bauelementen zu verbinden, was jedoch wärmetechnische Nachteile aufweist, da die Laschen Wärmebrücken darstellen. Rahmen vorzuschlagen, welches auch bei erhöhter Temperatur seine mechanische Stabilität nicht verliert. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich aus dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruches 1. Die Teilprofile 2 können dann beispielsweise in an sich bekannter Weise im Gebäude befestigt sein, wobei - wenn es sich beispielsweise um Fensterrahmen handelt - die Fensterscheiben im Teilprofil 3 gelagert sind. Die Teilprofile 3 können hierzu in an sich bekannter Weise Aufnahmerinnen 11 aufweisen, in welche die in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten Fensterscheiben eingesetzt werden. Bei Beanspruchung in Richtung des Pfeiles 9 werden dann in jedem Fall die Flächen 7 und 8 als Druckflächen wirken, wobei sie Druck ausüben auf jeweils ein angrenzendes Dämmstoffpolster 10.
