Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à contrôler la migration des leucocytes. Elle concerne également un procédé mettant en oeuvre le dispositif de l'invention pour contrôler la migration des leucocytes en présence d'un écoulement de cisaillement physiologique, et ainsi simuler des états physiologiques d'un vaisseau sanguin in vivo. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé d'utilisation du dispositif pour cribler à haute capacité plusieurs substances d'essai. Elle concerne en outre un système de dosage souple et de nombreux dosages pouvant être mis en oeuvre pour tester des interactions et des systèmes biologiques. Des gradients d'écoulement laminaire sont utilisés pour simuler des situations de gradient présentes in vivo.
