Abstract
"MEMBRANA NANO-FIBROSA NãO-TECIDA DE FIBROìNA DE SEDA PARA REGENERAçãO DE TECIDO DE OSSO GUIADO, E MéTODO DE MANUFATURAMENTO DA MESMA". A presente invenção se refere a uma membrana para regeneração de tecido de osso guiado, e, mais particularmente, a uma membrana para regeneração de tecido de osso guiado tendo uma estrutura que nanofibras de fibroína de seda obtida pela remoção de sericina a partir de fibras de seda são formadas como um não-tecido, e a um método de manufaturamento da mesma. Uma membrana para regeneração de tecido de osso guiado, de acordo com a presente invenção, tem uma resistência predeterminada, biocompatibilidade, e biodegradabilidade, e pode manter um sistema de liberação de droga sustentado, quando drogas são adicionadas no processo de manufaturamento. Adicionalmente, uma membrana para regeneração de tecido de osso guiado, de acordo com a presente invenção, pode ser modificada correspondendo à condição de uso, porque uma espessura da membrana pode ser ajustada pelo controle da finura de nanofibras, compacidade de nanofibras, e tamanho de poro de uma estrutura multi-porosa pode ser ajustado, em um processo de manufaturamento de não-tecido. Uma membrana não-fibrosa para regeneração de tecido de osso guiado, de acordo com a presente invenção, é manufaturada pelo congelamento rapidamente, secagem de uma solução de fibroína de seda obtida pela remoção de sericina a partir das fibras de seda, e por eletro-centrifugação após dissolução da fibroína de seda seca em um solvente de eletro-centrifugação. A membrana, de acordo com a presente invenção, tem excelente adesão e permeabilidade ao ar, e é, desse modo, efetiva na regeneração de tecidos peridontais danificados.
