Claims (11)
- 누에고치 또는 견섬유에서 세리신을 제거한 후 얻어진 실크단백질 또는 실크단백질 복합체 용액을 탈염 및 건조하여 실크막 형태의 구조를 갖는 실크단백질을 이용한 인공고막으로, 상기 실크막은 젤라틴, 콜라겐, 키토산, 알길산, 히아론산, 플루로닉(Pluronic) 127 또는 PEG(Poly(ethylene glycol)) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 첨가제를 포함하며, 80㎛ 내지 120㎛의 두께로서, 0.8% 내지 20% 농도의 실크단백질 또는 실크단백질 복합체 용액으로부터 실온 내지 90℃의 온도 조건에서 제조되고, 에탄올, 프로판올 또는 그 수용액으로 재결정화된 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고막.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 실크단백질 또는 실크단백질 복합체 용액은 브롬화리듐(LiBr), 염화리듐(LiCl2), 염화아연(ZnCl2) 또는 염화칼슘(CaCl2) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 화합물 또는 이를 포함한 에탄올 수용액으로 이루어진 차오트로픽 염을 사용하여 용해되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실크단백질을 이용한 인공고막.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 실크막에 적용부위의 추가 감염을 방지하기 위하여 가소제, 유연제, 항생제, 항미생물제, 세포, 효소, 항체 또는 안료 중 적어도 어느 하나의 첨가제 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 첨가제가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실크단백질을 이용한 인공고막.
- (a) 누에고치 또는 견섬유에서 세리신을 제거한 후 실크단백질 또는 실크단백질 복합체 용액을 획득하는 단계;(b) 상기 획득된 실크단백질 또는 실크단백질 복합체 용액에 젤라틴, 콜라겐, 키토산, 알길산, 히아론산, 플루로닉(Pluronic) 127 또는 PEG(Poly(ethylene glycol)) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 첨가제를 포함시킨 후 탈염 및 실온 내지 90℃의 온도 조건에서 건조하여 80㎛ 내지 120㎛ 두께의 막 형태로 실크막을 형성하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 실크막을 물에 대한 용해도를 감소시키기 위하여 열처리하거나 에탄올, 프로판올 또는 그 수용액을 이용하여 재결정화시키는 단계를 포함하는 실크단백질을 이용한 인공고막의 제조방법.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 단계(a)이후에, 상기 실크단백질 또는 실크단백질 복합체 용액을 브롬화리듐(LiBr), 염화리듐(LiCl2), 염화아연(ZnCl2) 또는 염화칼슘(CaCl2) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 화합물 또는 이를 포함한 에탄올 수용액으로 이루어진 차오트로픽 염을 사용하여 용해시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실크단백질을 이용한 인공고막의 제조방법.

- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 단계(a)에서 획득된 실크단백질 또는 실크단백질 복합체 용액의 농도를 조절하기 위하여 PEG(Poly(ethylene glycol))를 사용하거나 건조기 또는 진공건조기를 통한 감압건조를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실크단백질을 이용한 인공고막의 제조방법.
