Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM MATERIAL NANOCOMPóSITO COM BASE EM UMA MATRIZ POLIMéRICA E UM HIDRóXIDO DE CAMADA DUPLA, MATERIAL NANOCOMPóSITO, E, ARTIGO CONFORMADO DO MESMO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para preparar um material nanocompósito com base em uma matriz polimérica e um hidróxido de camada dupla, compreendendo as etapas de a) prover um hidróxido de camada dupla que contém uma quantidade de ânions de pelo menos 20%, com base no número total de ânions do hidróxido de camada dupla, cujos ânions são compatíveis e/ou reativos com a matriz polimérica; b) misturar o hidróxido de camada dupla com um material monomérico para formar a matriz polimérica, em uma quantidade tal que a matriz polimérica está presente no material nanocompósito em uma quantidade de pelo menos 50% em peso, com base no material nanocompósito; c) polimerizar o material monomérico para formar a matriz polimérica. A invenção ainda se refere a um material nanocompósito obtido por este processo e a um artigo conformado fabricado a partir deste material nanocompósito.
