Abstract
<B>"PROCESSOS PARA PRODUçãO DE FIO E MATERIAL ELáSTICOS DE POLIURETANO"<D>. Um processo para produção de um material elástico de poliuretano ou de um fio elástico de poliuretano a partir de um primeiro diol polimérico possuindo um peso molecular de 600 ou maior, um segundo diol polimérico possuindo um peso molecular de 600 ou maior, um primeiro diol de baixo peso molecular possuindo um peso molecular de 500 ou menor, e um segundo diol de baixo peso molecular, um primeiro diisocianato e um segundo diisocianato como principais materiais iniciais, a quantidade total de primeiro diisocianato e segundo diisocianato nos materiais iniciais sendo de 0.95 a 1,25 vezes a quantidade molar total de primeiro diol polimérico, segundo diol polimérico, o primeiro diol de baixo peso molecular e o segundo diol de baixo peso molecular, compreendendo a etapa de: extrudar continuamente a partir de um bocal um polímero de poliuretano no estado fluido obtido pela reação contínua de um pré-polímero possuindo uma terminação de hidroxila obtido pela reação do primeiro diol polimérico, o primeiro diol de baixo peso molecular e o primeiro diisocianato, com um pré-polímero possuindo terminação de isocianato obtido pela reação do segundo diol polimérico, o segundo diol de baixo peso molecular e o segundo diisocianato.
