MÉTODOS E SISTEMAS PARA A ANÁLISE DE MOLÉCULAS DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO. São descritos processos e materiais para detectar câncer de uma biópsia. Em alguns casos, ácidos nucleicos livres de célula podem ser sequenciados, e o resultado do sequenciamento pode ser utilizado para detectar sequências derivadas de uma neoplasia. A detecção de variantes somáticas que ocorrem em fase pode indicar a presença de câncer em uma varredura diagnóstica e uma intervenção clínica pode ser realizada.
