Abstract
DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA TROCAR UM CARRO DE PALETE. Instalação para tratamento de materiais brutos, em que os carros de paletes (3) são transportados continuamente por meio de uma roda de elevação (10) e uma roda de rebaixamento nos trilhos (8, 9) em uma corrente sem fim (4), um elo de curva externo (16) do trilho (9) pode ser aberto na região de um fio de fundo da roda de elevação (10), com a finalidade de remover o carro de palete (3) da corrente (4). Na região do fio de topo (5) da roda de elevação (10) um elo de curva externo do trilho (9) pode ser aberto, com a finalidade de inserir um novo carro de palete (3) na corrente. Na região do fio de fundo da roda de elevação (10) um comutador de remoção (30) é fornecido, através do qual um carro de palete (3) pode ser movido para fora da corrente (4), enquanto na região do fio de topo (5) da roda de elevação (10) um comutador de suprimento (21) é fornecido, através do qual um carro de palete (3) pode ser movido na corrente (4).
