Abstract

processo para o aproveitamento de materiais residuais orgânicos. em um processo para o aproveitamento de materiais residuais orgânicos, em particular de materiais residuais orgãnicos contendo celulose, úmidos, em um processo de produção de clínquer no qual os materiais residuais são introduzidos como combustível e são queimados no processo de produção de clínquer, os materiais residuais são colocados em contato com os gases quentes de exaustão do processo de produção de clínquer e secagem no qual os materiais residuais úmidos são passados junto com os gases de exaustão quentes através de uma série de tubos dispostos concentricamente, com diversas mudanças no sentido de fluxo de aproximadamente 180<198>, e a temperatura dos gases quentes de exaustão é ajustada a um valor máximo de 400<198>c por misturação de ar ambiente e/ou de ar do processo de produção de clínquer antes da etapa de secagem.
