Abstract
sonda indicadora de limites divisórios entre materiais. a presente invenção descreve um método, aparelho e programa de computador para detectar localizações de limites divisórios entre diferentes materiais em um desejado volume de medição. o aparelho usa pelo menos uma sonda de medição, cujos eletrodos são caracterizados pelo fato de que quando juntos formam uma unidade não-retilínea. além disso, um volume de uma determinada distância da unidade pode ser também observado pela dita unidade, de modo que as medições podem ser conduzidas à distância e, por outro lado, o aparelho permanece intacto em diversas situações de medição. ao utilizar o procedimento de medição eit, e ao aplicar, por exemplo, o (s) chamado (s) método (s) <sym>-1d (condutividade unidimensional) de aprendizado de máquina, são detectadas distribuições de condutividade elétrica no volume medido. como resultado, localizações de possíveis limites divisórios entre resultado, localizações de possíveis limites divisórios entre diferentes materiais ou, por exemplo, espessuras de diferentes camadas de materiais são detectadas.
