Abstract
processo para produção de substrato de resina tendo camada de revestimento duto, e substrato de resina tendo camada de revestimento duro. a invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de um substrato de resina tendo uma camada de revestimento duto, que é capaz de formar revestimento duto tendo suficiente resistência á abrasão sobre um substrato de resina, e um substrato de resina tendo uma camada de revestimento duto excelente na resistência á abrasão. um processo para produção de um substrato de resina tendo uma camada de revestimento duro sobre pelo menos um lado de um substrato de resina, compreendendo, na seguinte ordem, uma etapa de aplicação de uma composição de revestimento duro contendo um organopolissiloxano a pelo menos um lado do substrato de resina para formar um filme de revestimento da composição, e então aplicando um primeiro tratamento térmicoaofilme de revestimento para formar um filme curado; uma etapa de irradiação de aplicação de um tratamento de irradiação de luz de excimer de xe~ 2~ao filme curado em uma atmosfera tendo uma concentração de oxigênio de no máximo 5% em volume; e uma etapa de aplicação de um tratamento de oxidação para filme curado obtido pela etapa de irradiação e então ainda aplicando um segundo tratamento térmico para formar a camada de revestimento duro.
