Abstract
a invenção é um método de digestão anaeróbica de duas fases, onde monitoramento e ajuste do status de nitrogênio (razão molar de carbono para nitrogênio, isto é, razão molar de c/n ou teor de nitrogênio amoniacal ou total) permite a manutenção de condições ótimas durante o processo. o método aperfeiçoa o uso de uma variedade de materiais de carga de alimentação ou facilita a monodigestão de uma carga de alimentação. especialmente a introdução de materiais de carga de alimentação ricos em nitrogênio no processo é modificada. uma comunidade de micro-organismos acidogênicos e de hidrolisação no digestor de primeira fase realiza amonificação, isto é, liberação de nitrogênio orgânico como amônia. nitrogênio e fósforo são removidos e são recuperados a partir do digestado que, então, sofre biogaseificação na segunda fase do processo. água de rejeito oriunda da biogaseificação pode ser reciclada dentro do processo.
