Abstract
"KIT PARA DETECçãO DO VìRUS H5, PATOGêNICO OU NãO-PATOGêNICO, DO SUBTIPO A DA GRIPE". Os métodos atuais para detecção do vírus H5, subtipo A da gripe, por exemplo, cultura de células, anticorpo fluorescente, inibição por hemoaglutinação, imunoensaio de enzimas e reação em cadeia de polimerase de transcriptase inversa (RT-PCR) podem apresentar desvantagens em relação à baixa sensibilidade e baixa especificidade. Além disso, tais métodos são relativamente difíceis de utilização e podem não ser adequados para detecção de rotina em uma base diária. O kit para detecção do vírus H5 da presente invenção pode proporcionar uma alternativa conveniente ao usuário, que é relativamente mais sensível e específica ao vírus H5. O kit de detecção utiliza dois iniciadores especialmente designados iniciadores A e B, para replicação do vírus H5 e uma sonda de captação específica para imobilização do RNA viral ampliado. Um primer adicional C é também designado para detecção do vírus patogênico H5. A detecção do vírus H5 através do kit de detecção pode ser obtida dentro de um dia, se desejado.
