Abstract

"PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO PARA MANUFATURAMENTO DE RECIPIENTES DE BOLSA DUPLA". No processo e instalação para formação de recipientes de bolsa dupla, duas cintas externas contínuas (3), faceando uma à outra, são alimentadas em uma direção de avanço para uma zona de alimentação onde uma terceira cinta central (5) e inserida entre as cintas externas (3). As bolsas são formadas pela injeção de um fluido de formação entre as cintas externas (3), de modo a determinar uma expansão destas contra compartimentos de dois meio-moldes tendo uma forma que corresponde a uma forma de bolsa final. Cada recipiente tem duas bolsas similares, uma faceando à outra, que são definidas por um par de paredes externas e por uma parede central acoplada ao longo de um perímetro desta às paredes centrais. O processo capacita formação rápida e económica de recipientes de bolsa dupla.
