Abstract
Un método para cuantificar las variantes de carga dentro de un analito puede incluir la introducción de un buffer de muestra que comprende el analito en un capilar, la separación de las variantes de carga dentro del buffer de muestra a lo largo de un gradiente isoeléctrico, la incubación del capilar en un anticuerpo de detección, la cuantificación de una abundancia relativa de una variante de carga en base a una señal que corresponde al anticuerpo de detección. El método puede incluir además la generación de un electroferograma, en donde el electroferograma incluye un gráfico de una intensidad de una señal generada por una molécula reportera frente a un punto isoeléctrico a lo largo del gradiente isoeléctrico donde se detectó la señal.
