Abstract
Se proveen método y aditivos mejorados para eliminar o reducir concentraciones de sulfuro de hidrógeno o iones de sulfuro solubles para utilizar en las formaciones y fluidos subterráneos. En una realización, los métodos comprenden: proveer un fluido de tratamiento que comprende un liquido a base de aceite y un aditivo secuestrante de sulfuro que comprende una o más aminas polialifáticas y un catalizador que comprende una o más sales de amonio cuaternario; introducir el fluido de tratamiento en al menos una porción de una formación subterránea; y permitir que el aditivo secuestrante de sulfuro interactúe con el sulfuro de hidrógeno o los iones de sulfuro presentes en el fluido de tratamiento.
