Abstract

Se proporcionan métodos y aditivos mejorados para eliminar o reducir concentraciones de sulfuro de hidrógeno o iones de sulfuro solubles para uso en fluidos y formaciones subterráneas. En una modalidad, los métodos comprenden: proporcionar un fluido de tratamiento que comprende un líquido a base de petróleo y un aditivo depurador de sulfuro que comprende una o más aminas polialifáticas y un catalizador que comprende una o más sales de amonio cuaternario; introducir el fluido de tratamiento en al menos una parte de la formación subterránea; y permitir que el aditivo depurador de sulfuro interactúe con el sulfuro de hidrógeno o iones de sulfuro presentes en el fluido de tratamiento.
