Abstract

Una composición farmacéutica sólida que comprende a) un compuesto sólido farmacéuticamente activo que posee un punto de fusión mayor o igual a 37°C y b) un ácido graso o una sal de ácido graso o una mezcla de un ácido graso y una sal de ácido graso, y c) opcionalmente excipientes adicionales farmacéuticamente aceptables, en donde los constituyentes de a) y b) muestran una disminución de sus puntos de fusión menor o igual a 37°C cuando entran en contacto con una solución acuosa. También se dan a conocer: un proceso para la preparación de dichas composiciones, kit para el tratamiento de la obesidad, y uso de dichas composiciones en la elaboración de medicamentos.
