Abstract
Derivados del ácido fenilamino benzohidroxámico, se definen por la formula (I), donde: R1 es hidrogeno, hidroxi, alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8, halo,trifluorometil o CN; R2 es hidrogeno; R3, R4 y R5 son independientemente hidrogeno, hidroxi, halo,triflu orometil, alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8, nitro, CN o (O oNH)m-(CH2)n-R9, donde R9 es hidrogeno, hidroxi, CO2H o NR10R11; n es 0 a 4; m es 0 a 1; R10 y R11 son independientemente hidrogeno o alquilo C1-8, o taquenojunto con el nitrogeno al que seunen pue den completar un anillo cíclico de 3-10 miembros que contiene 1, 2 o 3 heteroátomos adicionales seleccionados de O, S,NH o _alquilo C1-8; R6 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-8, C(O)-alquilo C1-8, arilo, aralquilo o cicloalquilo C3-10; R7 eshidrogeno, alquil o C1-8, alquenilo C2-8,alquinilo C2-8, cicloalquilo (o cicloalquilo que contiene, opcionalmente, un heteroátomo seleccionado de O, S o NR9) y donde cualquiera de los anterioresgrupos alquilo, alquenilo y alquinilo pueden ser sinsustituir o sustituid os con cicloalquilo (o cicloalquilo que opcionalmente contiene un heteroátomoseleccionado de O, S o NR9) arilo, ariloxi, heteroarilo o heteroariloxi, o R6 y R7 tomadas junto con el N-O al que se unen pueden completar un anillocíclicode 5-10 miembros , que contiene, opcionalmente, 1, 2 o 3 heteroátomos adicionales seleccionados de O, S o NR10R11. Son inhibidores potentes de las enzimas MEKy, como tales, son eficaces para el tratamiento del cáncer y otras enfermedadesproliferativas como la psoria sis y la restenosis.
