Abstract
Dispositivos eléctricos (1) comprendiendo un elemento con coeficiente de temperatura positivo (PTC) (2) comprendiendo un polímero que tiene partículas conductoras dispersas en él. Las superficies superior e inferior del elemento PTC (2) están revestidas con una capa conductora (3, 4), respectivamente. Electrodos (5, 6) con una pluralidad de huecos se fijan a las capas conductoras (3, 4) en cada superficie del elemento PTC (2), respectivamente. Los dispositivos (1) se hacen al dispersar partículas conductoras en un polímero para formar una composicion PTC de polímero. La composicion PTC de polímero se moldea para formar un elemento PTC de forma laminar (2). Las superficies opuestas primera y segunda del elemento PTC están revestidas con una capa conductora (3, 4). Los electrodos (5, 6), caracterizados por una pluralidad de huecos, se ponen en contacto con las capas conductoras (3, 4) y se calientan mientras se aplica presion para formar un laminado. El laminado de forma después adicionalmente en una pluralidad de dispositivos de proteccion de circuito eléctrico PTC.
