Abstract
Modalidades particulares de la presente invención incluyen una superficie de rodamiento de un neumático de múltiples etapas que comprende dos o más capas de desgaste que comprenden una capa de desgaste exterior y una o más capas de desgaste internas dispuestas en el grosor de la superficie de rodamiento debajo de la capa de desgaste exterior. La superficie de rodamiento tiene además una relación de huecos volumétricos igual a aproximadamente 0.25 a 0.40 en la condición sin uso y aproximadamente 0.25 a 0.40 en condiciones desgastadas donde el lado externo, que acopla con el piso se dispone a lo largo de una de las capas de desgaste internas en la condición desgastada, la superficie de rodamiento además con una relación superficial de contacto igual a aproximadamente 0.66 a 0.72 en la condición sin uso y aproximadamente 0.56 a 0.66 en la condición desgastada.
