Abstract
Un sistema óptico para mostrar una imagen que incluye un elemento óptico de guía de luz (LOE) que tiene una región de recepción y una región de propagación, una configuración de emisión asociada con la región de propagación del LOE, un proyector de imágenes para generar la iluminación de imagen correspondiente a una imagen colimada, y una configuración de multiplicación de haz externa al LOE. El multiplicador de haz es una placa transparente unida al LOE adyacente a la región de recepción.
