Abstract

En varias modalidades, la formulación de polietileno tiene una densidad mayor de 0.940 g/cm3 cuando se mide de acuerdo con ASTM D792, y un índice de fusión de alta carga (I21) de 1.0 g/10 min a 10.0 g/10 min cuando se mide de acuerdo con ASTM D1238 en 190 °C y una carga de 21.6 kg. Además, la formulación de polietileno tiene un peso molecular pico (Mp(GPC)) de menos de 50,000 g/mol, un peso molecular promedio en número (Mn(GPC)) de menos de 30,000 g/mol, y una fracción en peso (w1) de peso molecular (MW) menor de 10,000 g/mol menor o igual a 10.5 % en peso, según lo determinado por cromatografía de permeación en gel (GPC).
